step 2: manufacturing a decorative mold: designing a pattern to be decorated, reversely inscripting and molding the designed pattern on the surface of the round roller in a male-female pattern mode, and drawing a decoration range outline on the wall surface and the ground according to a design drawing;

Background

The wall surfaces of a plurality of buildings or structures need pattern decoration, the demand of the decoration is increasing along with the development of social economy and the improvement of living standard of people, under the common condition, the current decorative patterns are mostly formed on wood boards, wallpaper, plastics, stone boards and other materials, and are required to be fixed on the wall surfaces through adhesive materials, so that the phenomena of falling off and the like are easy to occur, potential safety hazards exist, the ground is often lack of decoration, and the leveling is mainly used, so that the wall and ground decorative pattern forming process is provided, and the problem is solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a wall and floor decorative pattern forming process, which solves the problems that most of the existing decorative patterns are formed on materials such as wood boards, wallpaper, plastics, stone boards and the like, are easy to fall off due to the fact that the decorative patterns are required to be fixed on the wall surface through adhesive materials, have potential safety hazards, are often lack of decoration on the floor, and are mostly flat.

and step 3: and (3) making decorative patterns: after the wall surface is completely dried, uniformly spraying decorative coating on the wall surface by using spraying equipment to form a coating layer, then leveling the surface of the coating layer by using a leveling part, then rolling a round roller tightly attached to the coating layer, and forming decorative patterns on the surface of the coating layer by using the male and female patterns on the surface of the rolling round roller;

and 4, step 4: decorating decorative patterns: decorating decorative patterns on the surface of the coating layer by using a graver, and then polishing rough parts near the decorative patterns by using a polishing device to be smooth;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the decorative pattern is directly formed on the wall surface, and is decorated by the decorative coating and the colored paint, the decorative pattern and the wall surface are integrated, the sticking is not needed, the phenomena of falling and the like can not occur, the potential safety hazard is reduced, the decorative pattern is formed on the concrete on the ground, and the antiskid can be realized while the decoration is carried out.

Cleaning a wall surface and a ground base layer: firstly, removing mud and dust on a concrete wall surface or ground, then checking whether the wall surface or the ground is warped or cracked, polishing and flattening the warped part by using a polishing device, filling the concave part, injecting mortar into the cracked part, and filling and compensating the crack, thereby ensuring the complete flattening of the wall surface or the ground; manufacturing a decorative mold: designing a pattern to be decorated, reversely inscripting and molding the designed pattern on the surface of the round roller in a male-female pattern mode, and drawing a decoration range outline on the wall surface and the ground according to a design drawing; and (3) making decorative patterns: after the wall surface is completely dried, uniformly spraying decorative coating on the wall surface by using spraying equipment to form a coating layer, then leveling the surface of the coating layer by using a leveling part, then rolling a round roller tightly attached to the coating layer, and forming decorative patterns on the surface of the coating layer by using the male and female patterns on the surface of the rolling round roller; decorating decorative patterns: decorating decorative patterns on the surface of the coating layer by using a graver, and then polishing rough parts near the decorative patterns by using a polishing device to be smooth; spraying protective paint: after finishing the decoration pattern modification, spraying a protective paint on the surface of the decoration pattern by using a paint spraying device after the paint is dried; decorating the ground: the concrete slurry is sprayed on the ground with decorative patterns to form a concrete layer, leveling equipment is used for leveling the top of the concrete layer, then a round roller is tightly attached to the concrete layer to roll, and the rolling round roller forms the decorative patterns on the surface of the concrete layer by utilizing the male and female patterns on the surface.
