Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of natural gas gathering and transportation, in particular to a throttling heating system and method for a high-pressure gas gathering station of a natural gas well.

Background

In the production process of natural gas, the wellhead pressure is very high and can generally reach 20 MPa-70 MPa, and the wellhead pressure of individual gas wells is even up to more than 100 MPa. The temperature of the natural gas is greatly reduced in the production process, the natural gas is close to normal temperature, and the pressure is reduced to a certain degree. However, the reduction range of the saturated water content caused by the temperature reduction is far larger than the increase range of the water content caused by the pressure reduction, and the final result of the temperature reduction and the pressure reduction is that condensed water is separated out of the natural gas in the production process and is brought out of the ground by the airflow flowing at high speed. The presence of liquid phase water provides conditions for corrosion to occur. In the process of reducing the temperature, the natural gas and water can form ice-snow-shaped hydrate at normal temperature, so that a gas flow channel is blocked, and the continuous operation of gathering and transportation production is influenced.

Generally, the pressure of a gas field gathering and transportation pipe network can be divided into a high pressure, a medium pressure and a low pressure.

In a certain gas field of the Changqing gas area, the well mouth natural gas is not heated and throttled, the high-pressure natural gas directly enters the gas collecting station, the highest operating pressure of a gas production line is 25MPa, and the highest operating pressure of a gas collecting branch line is 6.0 MPa. Therefore, a gas collecting station (which is a place for collecting, regulating, separating, metering and other operations on gas well natural gas) is adopted to perform multi-well heating throttling, the pressure is reduced to 6.2MPa, a 'Jingbian mode' which takes 'high-pressure gas collection, centralized alcohol injection, multi-well heating, intermittent metering, small-station dehydration and centralized purification' as main technologies is formed, and the mode process is successful and remarkable in effect from the application condition; but from an energy utilization point of view, this approach is clearly unreasonable: firstly, after the high-pressure natural gas is depressurized by a throttle valve in the gas gathering station, high-pressure energy is not fully utilized but wasted on the throttle valve; secondly, in order to keep the gas flowing temperature above the generation temperature of the hydrate, the natural gas in front of the throttle valve needs to be heated, and extra energy needs to be consumed.

In recent years, the natural gas pipeline transportation pressure is getting higher and higher from the world. The pressure of the natural gas pipe network is far higher than the pressure required by users, and a large amount of pressure energy is stored in the natural gas pipe network. Therefore, a station internal throttling heating production process capable of utilizing the self energy of high-pressure gas to realize high-pressure natural gas is needed to reduce the operation cost and achieve the purposes of energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems and the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a throttling heating system and a throttling heating method for a high-pressure gas gathering station of a natural gas well.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a throttling heating system of a high-pressure gas gathering station of a natural gas well comprises a station entering main mechanism, power supply equipment and an impeller expansion machine;

one end of the station entering main mechanism is connected with one or at least two natural gas single wells which are arranged in parallel through an air inlet pipeline, the other end of the station entering main mechanism is communicated with the impeller expansion machine through an air outlet pipeline, and an electric heating device is arranged on the air outlet pipeline;

the electric heating device and the impeller expander are respectively connected with power supply equipment.

The power supply equipment comprises a generator and a storage battery pack, the impeller expander is connected with the generator, the generator generates electricity and stores the electricity into the storage battery pack, and the storage battery pack is electrically connected with the electric heating device.

Further, the generator is coaxially connected with the impeller expander.

Specifically, the electric tracing band is wound on the outer wall of the air outlet pipeline along the length direction of the air outlet pipeline.

s3, the heated gas enters an impeller expander to drive the impeller expander to rotate;

and S4, treating the gas flowing out of the nozzle of the impeller expander by a gas treatment process and finishing output.

The invention can replace the process system of throttling and depressurizing of the throttle valve in the station and heating of the heating furnace, convert the pressure potential energy of the high-pressure natural gas of the gathering and transportation pipe network into the heat energy required by medium heating, fully utilize the energy of the gathering and transportation system, avoid the waste and the investment of the energy and have good application prospect.

high-pressure gas enters an entrance main engine 1 of a gas gathering station from a single natural gas well through a gas inlet pipeline, is collected by the entrance main engine 1, then sequentially enters an electric heating device 2 and an impeller expander 4, and is subjected to a gas treatment process to complete outward output. The impeller expander 4 is connected with a generator of the power supply device 3, the generator generates electricity and stores the electricity into a storage battery pack of the power supply device 3, the storage battery pack supplies power to the electric heating device 2, and the electric heating device 2 exchanges heat with natural gas through an air outlet pipeline to convert pressure energy of the gas into heat energy of the gas. The electric heating device 2 can supplement the gas heat energy lost by the downstream impeller expander 4 due to throttling, and meet the normal working requirements required in the station for heating, heat preservation or freezing prevention of the natural gas medium in the gas outlet pipeline.

The throttling heating system of the high-pressure gas collecting station of the natural gas well is a process system utilizing the energy of a high-pressure gathering and transportation pipe network of a gas field, realizes the functions of throttling and pressure reduction and medium heating of the gas collecting station, meets the technical requirements of high-pressure gas collection, and reduces the energy consumption and the operation cost in the gas collecting process.

The impeller expander is a machine which obtains energy by utilizing the principle that high-pressure gas is expanded and depressurized and mechanical work is output outwards to reduce the temperature of the gas. The main work of the impeller expander is completed in the nozzle and the impeller, and when high-speed gas passes through the impeller channel, the gas speed is reduced rapidly due to the high-speed rotation of the impeller. Meanwhile, when the gas flows in a continuously enlarged channel, the internal energy of the gas is reduced due to the reduction of pressure and speed, and the temperature of the gas is further reduced. Due to the rapid rotation of the impeller of the expansion machine, the generator at the other end of the same shaft with the impeller of the expansion machine is driven to rotate to generate electricity. The impeller expander can be used as a power source for power generation, and can also be used for regulating the flow by regulating the angle and the quantity of the impellers, so that the pressure reduction effect is achieved.

Example 3:

s1, high-pressure gas enters the station entering main engine 1 of the gas gathering station from the natural gas single well 5 through the gas inlet pipeline, and enters the gas outlet pipeline after being collected by the station entering main engine 1;

s2, turning on the power supply device 3 to supply power to the electric heating device 2, and heating the air outlet pipeline after the electric heating device 2 is electrified;

s3, the heated gas enters the impeller expander 4 to drive the impeller expander 4 to rotate;

and S4, treating the gas flowing out of the nozzle of the impeller expander 4 by a gas treatment process and finishing output.

The impeller expander 4 is connected with a generator of the power supply device 3, the generator generates electricity and stores the electricity into a storage battery pack of the power supply device 3, the storage battery pack supplies power to the electric tracing band, and the electric tracing band exchanges heat with natural gas through an air outlet pipeline to convert pressure energy of the gas into heat energy of the gas.

In conclusion, the process disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple principle, few accessories, low cost, low maintenance workload and small occupied area, is particularly suitable for a multi-well high-pressure normal-temperature gas collection process, and can realize the functions of saving energy, reducing consumption and heating natural gas in a gas collection station.

The throttling heating system of the natural gas well high-pressure gas gathering station can replace a process system of throttling, pressure reduction and heating of a heating furnace of a throttling valve in the station, the pressure potential energy of high-pressure natural gas of a gathering and transporting pipe network is converted into heat energy required by medium heating, the energy of the gathering and transporting system is fully utilized, meanwhile, the waste and the investment of the energy are avoided, and the throttling heating system has a good application prospect.
