The household machine of claim 1, wherein the drain assembly comprises at least a first drain portion and a second drain portion, the first drain portion and the second drain portion being perpendicular to each other and the first drain portion being for draining water when the evaporator section (20) is in the upright position; the second water discharge part is used for discharging water when the evaporator section (20) is in a horizontal state.

The household machine of claim 5, wherein the first drain portion comprises a first drain port (201) and a first water pan (202), wherein the first drain port (201) and the first water pan (202) are located at the bottom of the evaporator section (20), the first drain port (201) and the first water pan (202) are communicated, and when the evaporator section (20) is in a vertical state, condensed water generated by the evaporator is drained through the first drain port (201) and the first water pan (202).

The household machine according to claim 5, wherein the second drain part comprises a second drain connector (203) and a second water pan (204), wherein the second drain connector (203) and the second water pan (204) are located at the side of the evaporator section (20), the second drain connector (203) and the second water pan (204) are communicated, and when the evaporator section (20) is in a horizontal state, condensed water generated by the evaporator is drained through the second drain connector (203) and the second water pan (204).

8. The household machine of claim 1, wherein the first and second mounting portions are mounting holes, and the fan section (10) and the evaporator section (20) are removably connected by a connector mounted in the first and second mounting portions.

Household machine according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the household machine has a first installation position, in which the evaporator section (20) is placed in a vertical position, and in that one of the faces of the fan section (10) provided with the first installation section is detachably connected to one of the faces of the evaporator section (20) provided with the second installation section.

Household machine according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the household machine has a second installation position, in which the evaporator section (20) is placed horizontally and one of the faces of the fan section (10) provided with the first installation section is detachably connected to one of the faces of the evaporator section (20) provided with the second installation section.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a household machine.

Background

The household machine is an air-cooled cold air type machine set. At present, a fan section and an evaporator section of a household machine are of an integrated structure. The applicant finds that at present, the household machine has at least the following defects in installation and use: (1) the household machine is generally installed in an attic or an aisle, the requirement of the household machine with an integrated structure on the installation environment is large, and a large installation space needs to be reserved in advance; (2) the existing household machine can only realize four air outlet modes of vertical air outlet, vertical air outlet and horizontal air outlet, and the air outlet mode selectable by a user is limited due to the limitation of installation space; (3) when changing the air-out mode, need change the position of water collector, need install again according to the mode of placing of family formula machine after dismantling the water collector promptly, not only the operation is complicated, and the quality of installing once more can't be controlled moreover.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a household machine, which solves the technical problems that the household machine in the prior art needs a larger installation space, has limited selectable air outlet modes and needs to be reinstalled after a water pan is dismantled for changing the air outlet mode. The technical effects produced by the preferred technical scheme of the invention are explained in detail in the following.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

the household machine comprises a fan section and an evaporator section, wherein the fan section is provided with an air outlet and a first mounting part; the evaporator section is internally provided with a drainage assembly, the drainage assembly is used for draining water in different installation states of the evaporator section, the evaporator section is further provided with a second installation part, and the fan section and the evaporator section are detachably connected through the first installation part and the second installation part.

According to a preferred embodiment, the air outlet is provided on one side of the fan section, and the first mounting portion is provided on at least one of the remaining sides of the fan section.

According to a preferred embodiment, the first mounting portion is provided on all the remaining five faces of the fan section.

According to a preferred embodiment, said evaporator section is provided with said second mounting portion on at least two opposite faces thereof.

According to a preferred embodiment, the drain assembly comprises at least a first drain portion and a second drain portion, the first drain portion and the second drain portion being perpendicular to each other and the first drain portion being for draining water when the evaporator section is in an upright state; the second water discharging part is used for discharging water when the evaporator section is in a horizontal state.

According to a preferred embodiment, the first water discharging part comprises a first water discharging interface and a first water receiving tray, wherein the first water discharging interface and the first water receiving tray are positioned at the bottom of the evaporator section, the first water discharging interface is communicated with the first water receiving tray, and when the evaporator section is in a vertical state, condensed water generated by the evaporator is discharged through the first water discharging interface and the first water receiving tray.

According to a preferred embodiment, the second drain part comprises a second drain connector and a second water pan, wherein the second drain connector and the second water pan are located on the side surface of the evaporator section, the second drain connector is communicated with the second water pan, and when the evaporator section is in a horizontal state, condensed water generated by the evaporator is drained through the second drain connector and the second water pan.

According to a preferred embodiment, the first and second mounting portions are mounting holes, and the fan section and the evaporator section are detachably connected by a connecting piece mounted in the first and second mounting portions.

According to a preferred embodiment, the household machine has a first installation state, when the household machine is in the first installation state, the evaporator section is placed vertically, and one surface of the fan section provided with the first installation part is detachably connected with one surface of the evaporator section provided with the second installation part.

According to a preferred embodiment, the household machine has a second installation state, when the household machine is in the second installation state, the evaporator section is horizontally placed, and one surface of the fan section, which is provided with the first installation part, is detachably connected with one surface of the evaporator section, which is provided with the second installation part.

The household machine provided by the invention at least has the following beneficial technical effects:

the household machine comprises a fan section and an evaporator section, wherein the fan section is provided with an air outlet and a first mounting part; the evaporator section is internally provided with a drainage component which is used for draining water when the evaporator section is in different installation states, the evaporator section is also provided with a second installation part, and the fan section and the evaporator section are detachably connected through the first installation part and the second installation part; secondly, because the drainage subassembly is applicable in the evaporimeter section drainage when different installation status, when changing the air-out mode and/or changing the state of placing of evaporimeter section, need not to install again after demolising the water collector, not only can avoid appearing the installation quality problem, but also can improve the packaging efficiency.

The fan section and the evaporator section are designed into the detachable connection structure, and the evaporator section is internally provided with the drainage component which can be suitable for drainage of the evaporator section in different installation states, so that the household machine solves the technical problems that the household machine in the prior art needs a larger installation space, has limited selectable air outlet modes and needs to dismount the water receiving disc and then remount the water receiving disc after changing the air outlet mode.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.

The household machine of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 9 of the specification.

The household machine of the embodiment comprises a fan section 10 and an evaporator section 20, as shown in fig. 1-6. Preferably, the fan section 10 is provided with an air outlet and a first mounting portion. Preferably, a drainage assembly is arranged in the evaporator section 20, the drainage assembly is used for draining water when the evaporator section 20 is in different installation states, a second installation part is further arranged on the evaporator section 20, and the fan section 10 and the evaporator section 20 are detachably connected through the first installation part and the second installation part. The arrow direction in fig. 1-6 is the air outlet direction of the household machine.

Firstly, because the fan section 10 and the evaporator section 20 are detachably connected, the placement states of the fan section 10 and the evaporator section 20 can be selected based on actual air outlet requirements and/or space sizes during installation and use, so that the limitation of installation space can be avoided, and various air outlet modes can be provided for users to select; secondly, because the drainage subassembly is applicable in the drainage of evaporimeter section 20 when different installation status, when changing the air-out mode and/or changing the state of placing of evaporimeter section 20, need not to install again after demolising the water collector, not only can avoid appearing the installation quality problem, but also can improve the packaging efficiency.

The household machine of this embodiment promptly, through designing fan section 10 and evaporimeter section 20 for can dismantle connection structure to be provided with the applicable drainage subassembly that is arranged in evaporimeter section 20 when different installation status in evaporimeter section 20, solved among the prior art household machine need great installation space, optional air-out mode is limited and change the air-out mode and need dismantle the technical problem of reinstallation after the water collector.

According to a preferred embodiment, the fan segment 10 is provided with an air outlet on one of its faces and the fan segment 10 is provided with a first mounting portion on at least one of its remaining faces. Preferably, the remaining five faces of the fan section 10 are each provided with a first mounting portion. All be provided with first installation department on the remaining five of this preferred technical scheme fan section 10 for fan section 10 all can be dismantled with evaporimeter section 20 and be connected except remaining five of being provided with the air outlet, thereby makes evaporimeter section 20 no matter be in vertical state or horizontal state, all can realize six kinds of air-out directions from top to bottom about, reduces the air-out direction of family formula machine to installation space's dependence.

According to a preferred embodiment, the evaporator section 20 is provided with second mounting portions on at least two opposite faces. Preferably, the second mounting portion is located on both upper and lower surfaces of the evaporator section 20 in a vertically-placed state. The second mounting portion of the preferred embodiment is located on the upper and lower surfaces of the evaporator section 20 in the vertical placement state, so that one of the five surfaces of the fan section 10 provided with the first mounting portion can be detachably connected to the upper surface of the evaporator section 20, and can also be detachably connected to the lower surface of the evaporator section 20. Without being limited thereto, the second mounting portion may be provided on the remaining four sides of the evaporator section 20 to provide more combinations and mounting ways for the household machine.

According to a preferred embodiment, the drainage assembly comprises at least a first and a second drainage portion, which are perpendicular to each other and which are used for drainage when the evaporator section 20 is in the upright position; the second drain portion is used for draining water when the evaporator section 20 is in a horizontal state. Preferably, the first drain portion includes a first drain interface 201 and a first drip tray 202. The first drain port 201 and the first water pan 202 are located at the bottom of the evaporator section 20, the first drain port 201 is communicated with the first water pan 202, and when the evaporator section 20 is in a vertical state, condensed water generated by the evaporator is drained through the first drain port 201 and the first water pan 202, as shown in fig. 9. When the evaporator section 20 is in a vertical state, no matter which surface of the fan section 10 is detachably connected with the upper surface or the lower surface of the evaporator section 20, condensed water generated by the evaporator can be discharged through the first water discharge interface 201 and the first water pan 202, and the water pan does not need to be dismounted and then mounted again.

Preferably, the second drain portion includes a second drain interface 203 and a second drip tray 204. The second drain port 203 and the second water-receiving tray 204 are located on the side of the evaporator section 20, the second drain port 203 is communicated with the second water-receiving tray 204, and when the evaporator section 20 is in a horizontal state, the condensed water generated by the evaporator is drained through the second drain port 203 and the second water-receiving tray 204, as shown in fig. 9. More preferably, the second drip tray 204 may be located to the right of the evaporator section 20. When the evaporator section 20 rotates rightwards to be in a horizontal state, no matter which surface of the fan section 10 is detachably connected with the left surface or the right surface of the evaporator section 20 (the left surface is the lower surface of the evaporator section 20 in a vertical state, the right surface is the upper surface of the evaporator section 20 in the vertical state, and the comparison is made in fig. 1-6), condensed water generated by the evaporator can be discharged through the second water discharging interface 203 and the second water receiving tray 204, and the water receiving tray does not need to be dismounted and then mounted again. More preferably, the second drip tray 204 may be located to the left of the evaporator section 20, not shown. When the evaporator section 20 rotates leftwards to be in a horizontal state, no matter which face of the fan section 10 is detachably connected with the left face or the right face of the evaporator section 20 (the left face is the upper face of the evaporator section 20 in a vertical state, and the right face is the lower face of the evaporator section 20 in the vertical state), condensed water generated by the evaporator can be discharged through the second water discharging interface 203 and the second water receiving tray 204, and the water receiving tray does not need to be dismounted and then mounted again. More preferably, the second drip tray 204 may also be located to the left and right of the evaporator section 20.

Preferably, the drain assembly may also include a third drain portion. The third drainage portion comprises a third drainage interface and a third water pan, wherein the third drainage interface and the third water pan are arranged above the evaporator section 20 and communicated with each other, and when the evaporator section 20 is in an inverted state, condensed water generated by the evaporator is drained through the third drainage interface and the third water pan.

According to a preferred embodiment, the first and second mounting portions are mounting holes, and the fan section 10 and the evaporator section 20 are detachably connected by connectors mounted in the first and second mounting portions. Fig. 7 and 8 show schematic views of the side and bottom surfaces of the fan section 10, and correspondingly, second mounting portions corresponding to the first mounting portions of the fan section 10 are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the evaporator section 20, and the connecting members are bolts and nuts or screws, so that the fan section 10 and the evaporator section 20 can be detachably connected by mounting the connecting members on the first mounting portions and the second mounting portions. Without being limited to this, one of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion may also be a buckle structure, and the other is a card slot structure, and the fan section 10 and the evaporator section 20 are detachably connected through the cooperation of the buckle and the card slot.

According to a preferred embodiment, the household machine has a first installation position, in which the evaporator section 20 is placed in a vertical position and one of the faces of the fan section 10 provided with the first installation section is detachably connected to one of the faces of the evaporator section 20 provided with the second installation section. As shown in fig. 1, when the household air conditioner is in the first installation state, the evaporator section 20 is placed vertically, and the lower surface of the fan section 10 is connected with the upper surface of the evaporator section 20 to realize vertical upward air outlet; as shown in fig. 2, the upper surface of the fan section 10 is connected with the lower surface of the evaporator section 20 to realize vertical downward air outlet. It can be known that, on the basis of fig. 1, after the fan section 10 is rotated and horizontally placed, vertical left-right air outlet and vertical front-back air outlet can be realized; on the basis of fig. 2, after the fan section 10 is horizontally placed, vertical left-right air outlet and vertical front-back air outlet can be realized. In the preferred embodiment, the vertical type means that at least the evaporator section 20 is in a vertical state.

According to a preferred embodiment, the household machine has a second installation position, in which the evaporator section 20 is placed horizontally and one of the faces of the fan section 10 provided with the first installation section is detachably connected to one of the faces of the evaporator section 20 provided with the second installation section. As shown in fig. 5, when the household air conditioner is in the second installation state, the evaporator section 20 is horizontally placed in a rightward rotating manner, and the left side of the fan section 10 is connected with the right side of the evaporator section 20 to realize horizontal right air outlet; as shown in fig. 6, when the household air conditioner is in the second installation state, the evaporator section 20 is horizontally placed in a rightward rotating manner, and the right side of the fan section 10 is connected with the left side of the evaporator section 20 to realize horizontal left air outlet. It can be known that, on the basis of fig. 5, the horizontal upper and lower air outlet and the horizontal front and rear air outlet can be realized by rotating the fan section 10, and the horizontal upper and lower air outlet is shown in fig. 3 or fig. 4; on the basis of fig. 6, horizontal up-and-down air outlet and horizontal front-and-back air outlet can also be realized by rotating the fan section 10. In the preferred embodiment, the horizontal state means that at least the evaporator section 20 is in a horizontal state.

Preferably, when the household machine is in the second installation state, the evaporator section 20 can also be horizontally placed in a left-handed rotating manner, and at this time, six air outlet modes, namely horizontal up-down, left-right, front-back, and front-back, can also be formed, and detailed description is omitted.

As shown in fig. 1-6, the evaporator section 20 is further provided with an inlet pipe 205 and an outlet pipe 205. Preferably, the inlet/outlet pipe 205 is in the form of a stop valve, and when the air outlet direction is changed, the position and the installation manner of the inlet/outlet pipe 205 do not need to be adjusted.

According to a preferred embodiment, the remaining components within the fan section 10 and evaporator section 20 are the same as in the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.

The fan section 10 and the evaporator section 20 of the household machine are detachably designed, and the two sections can be freely combined and installed, so that the household machine is simple, convenient and quick; the dependence of the household machine on the reserved installation space can be reduced; and various installation modes and air outlet modes can be provided for users to select.

In the description of the present invention, it is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, "a plurality" means two or more; the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", "front", "rear", "head", "tail", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are only for convenience in describing and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
