when a user triggers a thermometer leasing function, the system selects the thermometer with the longest drying time or the most sufficient electric quantity according to the system log and carries out the removable indication;

when the photoelectric sensor senses that the thermometer is inserted into an empty access channel, the main control board controls the transmission assembly to operate, the thermometer is wholly or partially moved into the disinfectant container to be disinfected for a set time, the disinfectant container can also integrate the cleaning function of the ultrasonic vibrator to enhance the cleaning efficiency, and then the transmission assembly drives the thermometer to move out of the disinfectant container to be dried;

the transmission component drives the thermometer to stay at a charging and data reading position in a descending or ascending stroke, and the charging and data transmission contact is in corresponding wire contact with the charging and data contact on the thermometer, so that the thermometer is charged and the data of the thermometer is read.

Background

With the popularization of the fever clinic, particularly during epidemic situations, the body temperature measuring requirement of hospitals is greatly increased; the electronic clinical thermometer at present still is difficult and serious to replace a mercury clinical thermometer comprehensively, because the clinical thermometer of a hospital requires soaking type disinfection, the electronic clinical thermometer capable of soaking disinfection at present is expensive, a battery cannot be replaced, the service life is limited, in addition, the clinical thermometer used in the hospital at present is held by hands of medical care personnel, when a patient needs to measure the body temperature, the clinical thermometer needs to be borrowed from the medical care personnel, after the use is completed, the medical care personnel still need to find the clinical thermometer and entrust reading and manual recording, the traditional clinical thermometer is used, the medical care personnel need to disinfect the clinical thermometer, the clinical thermometer needs to be soaked for 30 minutes or longer according to the rule, and the risk of cross infection is caused because the timing clinical thermometer does not meet the requirement of disinfectant soaking time under many conditions.

In view of the above, there is a need for a modular, automatic reading, automatic sterilization, automatic charging, and extremely long life shared thermometer system that addresses the above problems to fully meet the needs of a replacement mercury thermometer.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a system and method for automatically sterilizing a shared thermometer, which overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

constructing an automatic disinfection shared thermometer system, wherein the system comprises a mounting shell and a disinfectant container, the disinfectant container is arranged in the mounting shell, the disinfectant container can also integrate an ultrasonic cleaning function according to requirements, or the disinfectant container is connected to the mounting shell; the mounting shell is provided with an access channel for the thermometer to access, and the access channel is communicated with the inlet of the disinfectant container; a transmission assembly for moving the thermometer in the access channel into and out of the disinfectant container, a photoelectric sensor for sensing whether the thermometer is inserted into the access channel, a charging and data transmission contact and a main control board are arranged in the mounting shell; the transmission assembly is electrically connected with and controlled by the main control board, and the photoelectric sensor and the charging and data transmission contact are electrically connected with the main control board.

The automatic disinfection and sharing thermometer system is characterized in that an elastic clamping assembly for clamping the thermometer is arranged in the installation shell, the elastic clamping assembly is provided with electric contacts corresponding to the charging contacts and the data contacts on the thermometer one by one, and the electric contacts are arranged corresponding to the charging and data transmission contacts.

The automatic disinfection and sharing thermometer system is characterized in that a bracket is arranged on the access channel, and a limiting component for limiting the insertion of the thermometer and the elastic clamping component are arranged on the bracket; the bracket is driven by the transmission component to move.

The invention discloses a method for automatically sterilizing and sharing thermometers, which further comprises the following steps: and setting a preset calibration time period, when the time period is reached, driving the corresponding thermometers to descend to enable the detection ends of the thermometers to be immersed under the liquid level in the same disinfectant container to measure the temperature of the disinfectant for a set time, judging whether the thermometers needing to be calibrated exist according to temperature readings measured by the thermometers, and if the thermometers needing to be calibrated exist, calibrating the thermometers through the main control board.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the thermometer returns, the thermometer is inserted into the access channel, the photoelectric sensor senses the thermometer and then sends a signal to the main control board, the main control board controls the transmission assembly to move the thermometer into the disinfectant container for disinfection, the transmission assembly drives the thermometer to move out of the disinfectant container for drying after the disinfection is finished, the transmission assembly can drive the thermometer to move to the charging and data transmission contact for charging and data reading before or after disinfection, modularization is achieved, reading can be automatically uploaded, automatic disinfection is achieved, automatic charging and mercury sharing thermometer system with extremely long service life is achieved, and the requirement for replacing the thermometer is comprehensively met.

when the thermometer 3 returns, the thermometer 3 is inserted into the access channel, the photoelectric sensor 11 sends a signal to the main control board 13 after sensing the thermometer 3, the main control board 13 controls the transmission assembly 10 to move the thermometer 3 into the disinfectant container 2 for disinfection, the transmission assembly 10 drives the thermometer 3 to move out of the disinfectant container 2 for drying after the disinfection time, and the thermometer is driven by the transmission assembly 10 to move to the charging and data transmission contact 12 for charging and data reading before or after disinfection, so that a modularized shared thermometer system with the functions of automatic reading uploading, automatic disinfection, automatic charging and extremely long service life is realized, and the requirement for replacing a mercury thermometer is comprehensively met;
