Background

The brake oil is a functional liquid used in a hydraulic brake system of an automobile for transmitting power and ensuring the brake function of a wheel brake system, and is an important liquid which is related to driving safety and ensures the personal safety of drivers and passengers in emergency.

In the actual use process of automobiles, because the brake fluid has extremely strong water absorbability, the use environment and the driving habit of the automobiles are different, and various factors of metal impurities in the brake fluid can reduce the performance of the brake fluid, particularly the boiling point is reduced, air gaps can be generated when the automobiles are frequently or continuously braked, so that the brake failure is caused, and the driving safety is influenced. The current brake fluid detection device mainly comprises 2 types: 1, a simple detector for detecting the water content in the brake fluid to judge whether the brake fluid is qualified or not is relatively unreliable; the detector 2 is used for detecting the boiling point of the brake fluid, is an imported product in the market, is expensive, and can directly extend a detection probe into a brake fluid container for detection, so that oil components are uneven, and large errors can be caused in detection.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the conventional brake fluid detector, the invention provides the brake fluid detection device, and the detection results are accurate.

The technical scheme for realizing the invention is as follows: the brake oil detection device consists of a heating element, a temperature sensor and a control display circuit, wherein the heating element and the temperature sensor are arranged in a probe which is arranged in an oil pot, and an oil pump is arranged below the oil pot; an overflow hole is arranged in the middle of a pipeline from the oil pump to the oil pot, and a valve is arranged between the overflow hole and the oil pot; and a heat insulator is arranged between the oil can and the oil pump shell. Thus, the oil pump of the detection device can extend into the brake oil container to pump oil properly, the overflow hole sprays the brake oil into the container to stir the brake oil as uniformly as possible, then the valve between the overflow hole and the oil pot is opened, a small amount of brake oil is put into the oil pot, the probe is heated, the index change rate of the temperature sensor is reduced when the brake oil boils, and the chip in the control display circuit records and displays the value to form the boiling point of the brake oil. Because the oil quantity in the oil pot is very small, the heat insulator is arranged between the oil pot and the oil pump shell, only a small amount of brake oil and the oil pot are heated by the probe, and the error between the boiling temperature detected by the probe and the boiling point of the probe is very small. And only a small amount of brake fluid is wasted in each detection. Meanwhile, as the technology of the temperature sensor and the control and calculation chip is mature at present, various types of brake oil standards can be stored in the chip in practical application, and the comparison result can be more visual by selecting the corresponding model after detection.

The invention has the advantages that the detection result of the boiling point of the brake oil can be very accurate, and reliable data is provided for judging the quality of the brake oil and whether the brake oil needs to be replaced.

And only a small amount of brake fluid is wasted in each detection. Meanwhile, as the technology of the temperature sensor and the control and calculation chip is mature at present, various types of brake oil standards can be stored in the chip in practical application, and the comparison result can be more visual by selecting the corresponding model after detection.
