2. Killing the raw chicken;

the divided chicken is conveyed to a conditioner processing workshop 2 for processing conditioners, and different forms of processing are carried out according to different forms of chicken;

1. wrapping the powder line;

referring to fig. 5, chicken with meat quality similar to chicken breast meat and the like is sliced or further sliced, the sliced chicken is rolled and kneaded by corresponding equipment, the chicken is covered with slurry and then is kept stand for pickling for a period of time, and bread crumbs are covered on the outer side of the chicken; freezing and packaging the chicken wrapped with the bread crumbs, and selling the chicken as a finished product, wherein the chicken is directly opened for heating when being eaten; when the chicken wrapped with the bread crumbs is frozen, a single-freezing treatment mode is adopted, so that the effect of freezing and storing the chicken is better, and the chicken is conveniently packaged in the follow-up process; when the packaging is carried out, firstly, primary packaging, namely inner packaging, metal detection is carried out after the primary packaging, secondary packaging, namely outer packaging, is carried out after the metal detection is finished, and the packaging is transmitted to the full-automatic warehouse 4 for storage after the packaging is finished.

2. Bone-containing conditioning products;

injecting saline water into the chicken with bones, adding auxiliary materials into the injected chicken, rolling and kneading, freezing the rolled and kneaded chicken, performing primary packaging, metal detection and secondary packaging, and then conveying the chicken into a full-automatic warehouse 4 for storage.

3. Molding the prepared product;

mincing the raw materials, mixing the minced raw materials with liquid nitrogen for forming, then carrying out the processes of starching and coating the powder, freezing the coated chicken and carrying out subsequent packaging work, and then conveying the chicken into a full-automatic warehouse 4 for storage.

Thirdly, processing cooked food;

the divided chicken is conveyed to a cooked food processing workshop 3 for processing, a plurality of production lines are arranged in the cooked food processing workshop 3, and the raw materials are steamed, fried, roasted, sauced and marinated; the steaming and frying method comprises the following specific processing steps:

referring to fig. 6, normal saline is injected into a chicken raw material, then the raw material is rolled and kneaded, the chicken is powdered after being rolled and kneaded, specifically, the powdering process is divided into pre-powdering, starching and powdering, the chicken raw material can be better wrapped, the powdered raw material is fried, powder on the outer side of the chicken raw material is formed and wrapped on the outer side of the chicken, then the chicken is steamed and roasted, the raw material is processed into cooked food, the raw material is cooled after being processed at high temperature, the raw material is frozen after being cooled at a preset temperature, and the refrigeration quality of the food can be improved by specifically adopting a single-freezing mode for refrigeration; the food is packaged after being frozen singly, and is packaged for one time, namely inner packaging, metal detection is needed after the packaging for one time is finished to detect whether metal foreign bodies are contained, and further, X-ray detection is carried out, so that the processed food and the packaging can be detected more comprehensively, the condition of containing the foreign bodies is reduced, and the quality of the processed food is improved; after the detection is finished, the food is packaged for the second time, namely, the food is externally packaged, and after the packaging is finished, the food can be conveyed into the full-automatic warehouse 4 to be stored, namely, the processing of the food is finished.

In different processing areas, the raw materials are fried, roasted and marinated or processed into balls, the chicken raw materials can be processed into various cooked foods of different types, after the raw materials are processed in different forms, different foods are frozen in the same area, and subsequent packaging and detection are carried out, so that centralized utilization of fields and resources is realized, waste is reduced, and efficiency is improved.
