Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and relates to mild shampoo.

Background

People often use shampoo to clean hair to remove dust and oil dirt. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, people also want the shampoo to have no stimulation, not stimulate eyes during the hair washing process, and the hair is smooth and glossy after the hair washing. However, most foaming agents in shampoo sold on the market at present adopt chemical synthesis raw materials such as sulfate and the like, so that the shampoo has strong cleaning and degreasing capabilities, good foamability and abundant foam, but has strong irritation, can generate certain irritation to scalp and hair after being used, and aggravates hair oil, dandruff, scalp itch, alopecia and the like due to over-cleaning.

Therefore, there is a need to develop a shampoo which has low irritation, good cleansing effect and good softening effect.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention aims to provide mild shampoo to make up for the defects of similar products in the market.

The invention provides mild shampoo which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2.4 to 7.5 percent of salt substance of coconut acyl hydrolyzed wheat protein, 0.1 to 0.6 percent of hydrolyzed wheat protein, 0.2 to 1.2 percent of maltose, 0 to 3 percent of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of sodium lauroyl glutamate, 0.6 to 1.2 percent of methyl cocoyl sodium taurate, 0.3 to 0.9 percent of lauroyl hydrolyzed collagen TEA salt and 0.18 to 0.3 percent of cocoamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate.

The salt substance of the cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein has low irritation to skin and hair, and has excellent emulsifying, dispersing, stain removing and antistatic capabilities when being used in shampoo; the maltose and the hydrolyzed wheat protein have good moisture retention and conditioning effects, and can soften and smooth hair. The shampoo uses the salt substance of the cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein as a main foaming cleanser, has lower skin irritation than a conventional sulfate surfactant, and is safer than surfactants which are easy to form nitrosamine, such as secondary chain alkylamine or tertiary chain alkylamine; maltose and hydrolyzed wheat protein are used as a softener, on the premise of enabling hair to be soft and smooth, the stimulation is lower than that of polyquaternium and cationic guar gum, the hair is not easy to itch, and meanwhile, the maltose and the hydrolyzed wheat protein can generate a synergistic effect with salt substances of cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein in the aspects of hair softening and cleaning. In addition, the shampoo is also added with foaming cleaning agents such as sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, lauroyl hydrolyzed collagen TEA salt, cocamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate and the like so as to further improve the foaming cleaning effect and the rinsing effect.

Preferably, the shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 6% of salt substance of coconut acyl hydrolyzed wheat protein, 0.2% of hydrolyzed wheat protein, 0.4% of maltose, 1.5% of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.9% of sodium lauroyl glutamate, 0.9% of sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, 0.9% of lauroyl hydrolyzed collagen TEA salt and 0.3% of cocamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate. When the salt substances of the cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein, maltose, hydrolyzed wheat protein, sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, lauroyl hydrolyzed collagen TEA salt and cocamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate are in the specific content, the shampoo has better cleaning force and flexibility and is easier to wash by water.

Preferably, the pH value of the shampoo is 6.0-6.3. The shampoo can obtain good antiseptic effect by adjusting the pH value to 6.0-6.3 without adding any preservative, and has moderate pH and low irritation.

Preferably, the pH value of the shampoo is adjusted by citric acid.

Preferably, the shampoo further comprises an anti-irritant, a hair glossing agent, a fatliquoring agent, a chelating agent and a perfume.

Preferably, the anti-irritant agent comprises oat kernel extract, the hair shine agent comprises panthenol, the fatting agent comprises at least one of caprylic/capric glyceride polyglycerol-10 esters, PPG-3 octyl ether, the chelating agent comprises disodium EDTA, and the fragrance comprises rosemary leaf extract.

Preferably, the shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.25-1% of oat kernel extract, 0.2-1% of panthenol, 0.1-1% of caprylic/capric glyceride polyglycerol-10 esters, 0.1-0.5% of PPG-3 octyl ether, 0.01-0.1% of EDTA disodium and 0.5-2% of rosemary leaf extract.

Further preferably, the shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5 percent of oat kernel extract, 0.5 percent of panthenol, 0.5 percent of caprylic/capric glyceride polyglycerol-10 esters, 0.2 percent of PPG-3 octyl ether, 0.05 percent of EDTA disodium and 1 percent of rosemary leaf extract.

Preferably, the shampoo further comprises the balance of water.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the mild shampoo takes the salt substances of the cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein as the main foaming cleaning agent, and has lower irritation to the skin than sulfate surfactants such as sodium (ammonium) laureth sulfate, sodium (ammonium) laureth sulfate and the like; maltose and hydrolyzed wheat protein are used as softeners, on the premise that the hair is soft and smooth, the stimulation is lower than that of polyquaternium and cationic guar gum, the hair is not easy to itch, and the cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein, the maltose and the hydrolyzed wheat protein have synergistic effects in softening the hair and cleaning. The mild shampoo disclosed by the invention is also added with foaming detergents such as sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, lauroyl hydrolyzed collagen TEA salt, cocamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate and the like so as to further improve the foaming cleaning effect and the rinsing effect.
