The working principle is as follows: when the industrial solid waste is treated, the waste is sent into the material guide pipe 1 and enters the rotary drum 23, the rotary disc 22 is driven to rotate relative to the material guide pipe 1 by an external driving device, the rotary drum 23 is driven to rotate, the waste with smaller volume falls down between adjacent drum rings 231 in the rotary drum 23 and enters the next-stage rotary drum 23 for sorting, and meanwhile, the air flow is circulated in the outer drum 21 by matching with the fan 421 in the air duct 42 to generate downward pressure from the center of the rotary drum 23, so that the micro-dust attached to the bulk waste falls off, the waste is separately stacked, the classification treatment is facilitated, and meanwhile, the influence on the environment caused by the flying of the micro-dust in the waste due to the action of the air flow in the stacking process is avoided.

In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, "above" or "below" a first feature means that the first and second features are in direct contact, or that the first and second features are not in direct contact but are in contact with each other via another feature therebetween. Also, the first feature being "on," "above" and "over" the second feature includes the first feature being directly on and obliquely above the second feature, or merely indicating that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature includes the first feature being directly under and obliquely below the second feature, or simply meaning that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
