Generally, a vise 1 for clamping an object is provided, referring to fig. 1 and 2, which mainly includes a fixed seat 10, a sliding seat 11 is disposed on the fixed seat 10, the sliding seat 11 has a sliding slot 110, a fixed chuck 12 is disposed on the sliding seat 11, a movable chuck 13 and the fixed chuck 12 are disposed corresponding to each other, a sliding rail 14 is disposed at the bottom of the movable chuck 13, the sliding rail 14 is disposed in the sliding slot 110 of the sliding seat 11, a main screw 15 is disposed in the sliding rail 14, the main screw 15 is screwed into the fixed seat 10 (as shown in fig. 2), one end of the main screw 15 protrudes out of an outer end of the movable chuck 13, and a holding rod 16 is disposed at an outer end portion of the main screw 15 protruding out of the movable chuck 13; when an object is to be clamped, the holding rod 16 is used to rotate the main screw 15 to rotate and move in the fixed seat 10, so that the movable chuck 13 moves towards the fixed chuck 12 and clamps the object; however, the existing vise only slides in the sliding groove 110 by means of the single sliding rail 14, and only the rotation of the main screw 15 drives the movable chuck 13 to move to abut and clamp on the object, and the movable chuck 13 and the fixed chuck 12 cannot firmly clamp and clamp the object, so the clamping force is not sufficient, the object clamped on the vise is easy to shake, shift or even fall off when being processed, and the general vise is horizontally arranged, so the object can only be horizontally clamped by the vise, and cannot be vertically arranged to provide processing in different directions.

in the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 3 to 6, which mainly includes a fixing base 2, a concave surface 20 is disposed on the fixing base 2, a fixing chuck 21 is fixedly disposed on a wall surface of the concave surface 20, a sliding groove 22 is disposed on the concave surface 20 of the fixing base 2, a guiding groove 23 is disposed on an outer side of the sliding groove 22, two end portions of the guiding groove 23 are respectively provided with a positioning groove 24 corresponding to the sliding groove 22, another wall surface of the fixing base 2 is provided with a screw hole 25, two side edges of the fixing base 2 are respectively provided with a positioning lug 26, the positioning lug 26 is provided with a long through hole 27, and a plurality of screw fixing elements 28 are inserted into the long through hole 27; a movable chuck 3 disposed on the concave surface 20 of the fixed seat 2, a concave hole 30 and a plurality of positioning through holes 31 are disposed on one wall surface of the movable chuck 3, a plurality of positioning bolts 32 are respectively disposed through the plurality of positioning through holes 31, a spring 33 is sleeved on each positioning bolt 32, a through groove 34 is disposed on the movable chuck 3, a positioning stop body 35 is disposed on the outer end surface of the through groove 34, a cutting groove 36 is disposed on the other wall surface of the movable chuck 3 and communicated with the through groove 34, a first screw hole 37 is disposed on the side wall surface of the movable chuck 3 and communicated with the concave hole 30, two second screw holes 38 are disposed on the movable chuck 3, a sliding block 39 is protruded from the movable chuck 3, and a plurality of fixing screw holes 390 are disposed on the sliding block 39; an eccentric shaft lever 4, locate in the trough 34 of the movable chuck 3, the middle part of the eccentric shaft lever 4 is set as the eccentric part 40, the eccentric part 40 corresponds to the trough 36 position of the movable chuck 3, the end of the eccentric shaft lever 4 has a screw hole 41, a lever 42 is set in the screw hole 41 of the eccentric shaft lever 4, the end of the lever 42 is set as the threaded section 43; a clamping chuck 5, which is arranged on the concave surface 20 of the fixed seat 2, a convex seat 50 is arranged on one wall surface of the clamping chuck 5, a plurality of positioning screw holes 51 for the screw locking of the positioning bolts 32 are arranged on the outer side surface of the clamping chuck 5, a clamping part 52 is arranged on the inner side surface of the clamping chuck 5, a sliding block 53 is convexly arranged on the clamping chuck 5, and two fixing screw holes 54 are arranged on the sliding block 53; two positioning plates 60, 70, which are arranged in the guide groove 23 of the fixed seat 2 and are respectively and fixedly arranged on the sliding blocks 39, 53 of the movable chuck 3 and the tightening chuck 5, the positions of the positioning plates 60, 61 corresponding to the fixed screw holes 390, 54 on the sliding blocks 39, 53 of the movable chuck 3 and the tightening chuck 5 are respectively provided with a through hole 600, 610, a screw 62, 63 is arranged in the through holes 600, 610, and the screw 62, 63 is respectively and spirally arranged in the fixed screw holes 390, 54; a main screw 7 screwed into the screw hole 25 of the fixed seat 2, the main screw 7 being provided with an external thread 70, one end of the main screw 7 being provided with a positioning protrusion 71, the positioning protrusion 71 being disposed in the concave hole 30 of the movable chuck 3, the positioning protrusion 71 being provided with an annular groove 72, a fixing member 73 being screwed into the first screw hole 37 of the movable chuck 3, an end portion of the fixing member 73 being disposed in the annular groove 72 of the main screw 7, the other end of the main screw 7 being provided with a holding rod 74, the main screw 7 being provided with a positioning nut 75; a base 8 (as shown in fig. 4) disposed on the fixing base 2, wherein two opposite positioning bosses 80 are disposed on one side surface of the base 8, the positioning bosses 80 are disposed in the positioning grooves 24 of the fixing base 2, a screw hole 81 is disposed on the base 8 corresponding to the long through hole 27 of the fixing base 2, a fixing lug 82 is disposed at the bottom of the base 8, and a fixing slot 83 is disposed on the fixing lug 82; a cover 9 (as shown in fig. 5) covering the movable chuck 3 and the clamping chuck 5, wherein the cover 9 is provided with a through hole 90 for the end of the eccentric shaft 4 to extend through, the cover 9 is further provided with two through holes 91, and two screw elements 92 are inserted through the two through holes 91 and screwed into the second screw holes 38 of the movable chuck 3, thereby forming a vertical vise structure.

During assembly, as shown in fig. 3 to 8, the eccentric shaft 4 is first inserted into the through slot 34 of the movable chuck 3, the eccentric portion 40 of the eccentric shaft 4 is positioned corresponding to the cutting slot 36 of the movable chuck 3, the plurality of positioning bolts 32 are inserted into the positioning through holes 31 of the movable chuck 3, the clamping chuck 5 is attached to the inner side of the movable chuck 3, the boss 50 of the clamping chuck 5 is arranged in the cutting slot 36 of the movable chuck 3, the positioning bolts 32 inserted into the positioning through holes 31 of the movable chuck 3 are screwed into the positioning screw holes 51 of the clamping chuck 5, the clamping chuck 5 and the movable chuck 3 are positioned with each other, the clamping chuck 5 and the movable chuck 3 are assembled on the concave surface 20 of the fixed seat 2, the sliding blocks 53 and 39 of the clamping chuck 5 and the movable chuck 3 are arranged in the sliding slot 22 of the fixed seat 2, and the positioning plates 60, positioning plates, 61 is arranged in the guide groove 23 of the fixed seat 2, the through hole 600 of the positioning plate 60 is aligned with the fixed screw hole 390 of the slide block 39 of the movable chuck 3, the screw 62 is arranged through the through hole 600 of the positioning plate 60 and screwed in the fixed screw hole 390 of the slide block 39, the through hole 610 of the positioning plate 61 is aligned with the fixed screw hole 54 of the slide block 53 of the clamping chuck 5, the screw 63 is arranged through the through hole 610 of the positioning plate 61 and screwed in the fixed screw hole 54 of the slide block 53, the movable chuck 3 and the clamping chuck 5 are arranged and positioned on the concave surface 20 of the fixed seat 2, the main screw 7 is arranged in the screw hole 25 of the fixed seat 2, the positioning convex body 71 at the end of the main screw 7 is arranged in the concave hole 30 of the movable chuck 3, the fixing member 73 is screwed in the first screw hole 37 of the movable chuck 3, the end of the fixing member 73 is arranged in the annular groove 72 of the main screw 7, and the end of the main screw 7 can be fixed on the movable chuck 3, then, the assembled vise is assembled on one side surface of the base 8 (as shown in fig. 4 and 5), so that the two positioning convex seats 80 of the base 8 are positioned in the positioning groove 24 of the fixed seat 2, the screw hole 81 of the base 8 is aligned with the long through hole 27 on the positioning lug 26 of the fixed seat 2, the screw fastening element 28 inserted into the long through hole 27 is screwed into the screw hole 81 of the base 8, the fixed seat 2 is fixed on the base 8, finally, the cover 9 is covered on the movable chuck 3 and the clamping chuck 5 (as shown in fig. 5 and 6), so that the positioning block 35 of the movable chuck 3 and one end of the eccentric shaft rod 4 are protruded from the through hole 90 of the cover 9, the two screw fastening elements 92 are respectively inserted into the two through holes 90 of the cover 9 and screwed into the second screw hole 38 of the movable chuck 3, the cover 9 is fixed on the movable chuck 3, the threaded section 43 of the rod 42 is screwed into the screw hole 41 of the eccentric shaft 4, thus, the whole assembly can be completed.

In use, referring to fig. 6-10, the base 8 of the present invention is inserted into the fixing slot 83 of the fixing lug 82 at the bottom of the base 8 by the fixing screw B and screwed on the working table C (as shown in fig. 9 and 10), when an object a is to be clamped, only the holding rod 74 on the main screw 7 is held to rotate (as shown in fig. 7 and 8), the main screw 7 is screwed inwards by the external thread 70 to push the movable chuck 3 and the clamping chuck 5 towards the fixed chuck 21, when the clamping chuck 5 is contacted with the object a (as shown in fig. 8), the positioning nut 75 on the main screw 7 is firstly screwed to abut against the outer wall surface of the fixing base 2 to be positioned, so that the main screw 7 is not screwed, then the pulling rod 42 on the eccentric shaft 4 is pressed downwards (as shown in fig. 9), the pulling rod 42 drives the eccentric shaft 4 to rotate, so that the eccentric portion 40 of the eccentric shaft 4 eccentrically rotates and the boss 50 of the clamping chuck 5 slightly pushes outwards, the clamping chuck 5 is moved to the direction of the fixed chuck 21, and further the clamping chuck is clamped on the object A, so as to tightly clamp the object A, thus, when clamping the object A, only the pull rod 42 is needed to be pulled downwards, the eccentric part 40 is pushed against the clamping chuck 5 to finely adjust and move towards the fixed chuck 21, and the object A can be stably and tightly clamped, the object A is very convenient and fast to clamp, and the movable chuck 3 and the clamping chuck 5 of the invention are provided with the slide blocks 39 and 53 and the positioning plates 60 and 61, can be stably positioned in the slide groove 22 and the guide groove 23 of the fixed seat 2 to slide, so that the object A is very stable when moving and clamping the object, and the worry of shaking, deviation or falling-off is avoided.

The base 8 can be detached from the vice, the screw elements 28 on the positioning lugs 26 of the fixing base 2 are directly locked on the workbench, the vice can be horizontally arranged, and the base 8 is used for vertically arranging the vice, so that the vice can be conveniently constructed and operated for different processing requirements.
