Background

At present, in a rolling unit, particularly at the transmission end of a roller part of a main machine part, one end of a universal coupling is connected with the output end of a driving motor or a speed reducer, and the other end of the universal coupling is connected with a roller input end coupling or the transmission input end of a direct-connected roller. The motor starts to drive, and the rollers are driven to gradually enter a working state through the coupler or the universal coupler. However, gaps exist at the joint of the universal coupling and the connecting end of the speed reducer or the input end of the roller. Therefore, at the beginning of the motor drive or at the end of the drive, the roller has a certain time lag or delay in the motor drive response, which in turn has a certain lag or delay effect on the roller operation. And the self weight of the roller device connected with the roller can also influence the work of the driving roller. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the coupler adjusting and positioning device comprises a first lower slide block 1, a second lower slide block 12, a first upper slide block 3, a second upper slide block 13 and a third upper slide block 5, wherein two side parts of the first lower slide block 1 are fixedly arranged on the inner side surface of a housing 11 through a first bolt 2 and a gasket, a second bolt 8 and a gasket respectively, and are connected with the housing into a whole and cannot move relatively; a rectangular groove is formed in the inner end part of the second lower sliding block 12 along the length direction of the second lower sliding block, the outer end part of the first lower sliding block 1 is arranged in the rectangular groove, and the inner end part of the second upper sliding block 13 is connected with the outer end part of the second lower sliding block 12 through a third bolt 4 and a washer; the cross section of the second upper sliding block 13 is of a T-shaped structure, a T-shaped groove with an opening facing to the inner end part and matched with the second upper sliding block is arranged on the first upper sliding block 3, and the first upper sliding block and the second upper sliding block are connected through the T-shaped groove and can realize relative movement; the first upper slide block 3 is in threaded connection with the left end of the screw 7, the third upper slide block 5 is connected with the right end of the screw through a unthreaded hole, the third upper slide block 5 is connected with the first lower slide block 1 through a fourth bolt 6 and a gasket, and a long hole connecting structure is arranged between the third upper slide block and the fourth bolt; the bottom ends of the first lower sliding block 1 and the third upper sliding block 5 are respectively welded with holding arms 15 which are positioned at two sides of the coupler and correspond to the two sides of the coupler, and the inner cambered surfaces of the holding arms are attached to the outer diameter surface of the coupler during working; the universal joint 10 is connected to the connecting roller input 14 via a joint 9.

The long hole connecting structure comprises a long hole 5a formed in the third upper sliding block 5 along the length direction of the third upper sliding block, and a fourth bolt 6 penetrates through the long hole and is connected with the first lower sliding block 1 into a whole in a threaded mode.

The invention relates to a coupling adjusting and positioning device, which comprises the following working processes: by rotating the screw 7 clockwise or anticlockwise, the first upper slide block 3 can move forwards or backwards along the axial direction of the screw through a thread structure, and meanwhile, the first upper slide block can freely slide on the second upper slide block 13 through a T-shaped groove connecting structure, so that the left side of the coupler 9 is positioned and opened or held tightly through the holding arm 15 of the first upper slide block 3; the screw 7 is screwed in or out from the first upper slide block 3, and the first upper slide block cannot move any more when moving to the limit position; when the first upper slide block is at the limit position and can not move any more, the screw rod continues to rotate, a gap between the third upper slide block 5 and the screw rod 10 is enough, the third upper slide block freely moves along the length direction of the third upper slide block in the axial direction of the screw rod, and then the right side of the coupler 9 is positioned and opened or held tightly through the holding arm of the third upper slide block.
