The cleaning device 7 comprises a supporting table 71, a spray head 72, a spray nozzle 73 and a water pipe 74, the supporting table 71 is arranged on the right portion of the front side of the top of the bottom plate 1, the spray head 72 is arranged on the top of the supporting table 71, the spray nozzle 73 is arranged on the rear side of the spray head 72, and the water pipe 74 is arranged on the front side of the spray head 72.

After people replace the filter screen 38, the other end of the water pipe 74 is externally connected with a water faucet, so that water is transmitted to the spray head 72 through the water pipe 74, the spray nozzle 73 sprays the water onto the replaced filter screen 38, the filter screen 38 is cleaned, and after the cleaning is finished, the water pipe 74 is separated from the water faucet.
