After the installation of the folder 120, a galvanizing operation is usually performed in the interior of the folder 120, i.e., the accommodating space formed between the front panel 130 and the back panel 150, and preferably a first notch 152 is provided at the bottom of the back panel 150, specifically referring to fig. 3, the first notch 152 can be used as a flow opening of a galvanizing process to prevent a zinc accumulation phenomenon from occurring in the folder 120 during the galvanizing operation performed on the folder 120.

Referring to fig. 4, there is schematically shown a pressing member 140 of the tray case 100 according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. The pressing member 140 includes a mounting portion 141, a clamping portion 142, and a first connecting portion 143. The first connecting portion 143 is disposed between the mounting portion 141 and the clamping portion 142, for connecting the mounting portion 141 and the clamping portion 142. The pressing member 140 is connected to the panel 130 through a mounting portion 141, and is mounted on a side of the panel 130 facing the case 110, specifically referring to fig. 6. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the mounting portion 141 is configured as a mounting ring 146, and the panel 130 is provided with a mounting hole 131, and particularly, referring to fig. 2, the connection between the pressing member 140 and the panel 130 can be realized by a fastener 160 such as a rivet or a bolt passing through the mounting ring 146 and the mounting hole 131.

Preferably, the pressing member 140 further includes an operating portion 144, and the operating portion 144 is connected to the clamping portion 142 through a second connecting portion 145. In a state where the pressing member 140 is coupled to the panel 130, the second coupling portion 145 is inclined from the back plate 150 toward the panel 130, specifically referring to fig. 6, and is also inclined toward the middle of the pressing member 140, specifically referring to fig. 5, such that the operation portion 144 is spaced apart from the back plate 150 and extends beyond the top of the panel 130 to leave a sufficient space for an operator to hold the operation portion 144 to easily open the pressing member 140 to put documents.

In the process of placing the document, an operator pulls the operating portion 144 with one hand in a direction away from the box body 110 to make the clamping portion 142 leave the back plate 150, and the first connecting portion 143 cannot be pulled any more after contacting the inner surface of the panel 130, at this time, the gap between the clamping portion 142 and the back plate 150 is the maximum gap opened by the pressing member 140. After the first connecting portion 143 contacts the inner surface of the panel 130, the pressing member 140 is prevented from being pulled continuously, so that plastic deformation caused by excessive pulling of the pressing member 140 can be effectively avoided, and the pressing member 140 is made to fail. After pulling the operation part 144, the other hand of the operator may insert the document into the receiving space formed between the panel 130 and the back plate 150 from the gap between the clamping part 142 and the back plate 150, loosen the document, drop the document in the folder 120, and contact the bottom of the folder 120, and then loosen the operation part 144, the clamping part 142 presses the document against the back plate 150 to further fix the document. The process of retrieving the file is similar to the process of placing the file, and is not described herein again.

The pressing member 140 may be preferably made of spring steel such as spring steel wire, to effectively improve the elasticity of the pressing member 140 and enhance the strength of the pressing member 140.

Preferably, the operating portion 144 does not protrude from the outer edge of the tray case 100 in the length direction and the width direction of the tray case 100, so that the operating portion 144 does not collide with other objects during use of the tray case 100.

Referring to fig. 7, there is schematically shown a pressing member 240 of a tray box according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the pressing member 140 of the first embodiment is that the mounting portion 241 is configured as a mounting rod 247, and the side of the panel 130 facing the back plate 150 is provided with the insertion hole 132, and specifically referring to fig. 8 and 9, the insertion hole 132 may be formed by punching the panel 130 inward, or may be formed by other parts disposed on the side of the panel 130 close to the box body 110. The hold down 240 is connected by the mating of the mounting posts 247 to the receptacles 132.

To prevent the mounting rod 247 from being removed from the insertion hole 132 after the pressing member 240 is mounted, the mounting portion 241 preferably further includes a stopper 248. The stopper 248 is provided at the bottom of the mounting rod 247 and is disposed substantially perpendicular to the mounting rod 247.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the position-limiting portions 248 provided at the bottom of the mounting rod 247 extend in opposite directions, but it is understood that the position-limiting portions 248 may extend in opposite directions as long as the mounting rod 247 can be effectively prevented from falling out of the insertion hole 132.

In addition, to facilitate the erection and folding of the pallet box 100, a pull handle 134 is preferably provided at the bottom of the panel 130 that extends away from the box 110, with particular reference to fig. 6 and 9. In order to increase the operating space of the hand, the handle 134 is formed by bending the bottom of the panel 130 at a certain angle in a direction away from the case 110.

It is understood that in other embodiments not shown, the pull handle 134 may be formed by bending and extending the bottom of the back plate 150 away from the box 110.

In order to prevent injury to the operator during the process of assembling and folding the tray case 100, it is preferable that a handle cuff 134a folded toward one side of the case body 110 and flattened is provided at the bottom of the handle 134 to prevent scratching of the operator.
