Background

At the present stage, a used paper pulping apparatus usually adopts a drum pulper or a traditional hydrapulper combined with a chain scraper conveyor to break the material to obtain good pulp. The pulping method only obtains single good pulp, and simultaneously requires less residue content of waste paper of raw materials so as to obtain the required good pulp to the maximum extent; at the present stage, along with the progress of science and technology, the raw materials are more diversified, such as tetra Pak and other products, which contain available paper, plastics, aluminum foil and the like, therefore, the raw materials are no longer of single structure or single performance, and no longer occupy more than 95% of certain materials, the situation of nearly equal division has occurred, and two or more materials contained in the raw materials can be recycled again, if only one material is obtained, the waste is very large, and the cost and the income are not symmetrical, and the existing raw materials contain materials which have larger influence on the environment and are more difficult to degrade, if not recovered, the energy is greatly wasted, and the environment is greatly damaged, thereby the life of human beings is influenced!

Therefore, a new pulping apparatus and a novel pulping method are urgently needed to meet the diversified raw materials in the current technological progress.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-described deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides a pulping apparatus and a pulping method thereof.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a pulping device comprises a feeding conveying device, a hydraulic pulping device, a pulp storage device, a spiral conveying device and a screening device; the feeding conveying device adopts a conveying chain plate machine, the hydraulic pulping device adopts a hydraulic pulper, the screw conveying device adopts a screw conveyor, the feeding conveying device conveys raw materials into the hydraulic pulping device for disintegration, the disintegrated materials are discharged from a discharge hole of the hydraulic pulping device to the pulp storage device, the pulp storage device comprises a pulp storage tank, the pulp storage tank is provided with a pulp inlet facing the hydraulic pulping device, the pulp inlet is communicated with the discharge hole of the hydraulic pulping device, at least one pulp storage partition plate is arranged in the pulp storage tank, the pulp storage tank is divided into a first pulp channel and a second pulp channel by the pulp storage partition plate, the first pulp channel is communicated with the second pulp channel, the bottom of the first pulp channel is inclined with the bottom of the second pulp channel, a dilution water inlet is arranged at the position, close to the pulp inlet, of the first pulp channel, and the side wall at the tail end of the second pulp channel is provided with a slag discharge port, the bottom of the tail end of the second slurry channel is provided with a collecting port; collect mouthful and screw conveyor's feed inlet intercommunication, screw conveyor's discharge gate and sieving mechanism's feed inlet intercommunication, sieving mechanism includes a sieve section of thick bamboo, slewing mechanism and sprays the mechanism, and a sieve section of thick bamboo cover is established and slewing mechanism is last and the relative sieve section of thick bamboo of slewing mechanism rotates, a sieve section of thick bamboo is equipped with feed inlet and row cinder notch, is equipped with at a sieve section of thick bamboo lateral wall and sprays mouthful and sieve mesh, sprays the mechanism and installs at a sieve section of thick bamboo outer wall and correspond with spraying mouthful, and the sieve mesh below is equipped with the good thick liquid.

and S3, carrying out spiral conveying on the diluted and rinsed materials.

The materials after dilution and rinsing are discharged into the spiral conveying device from the collecting opening of the storage tank, and the spiral conveying device conveys the materials into the screen drum.

And S4, spraying and screening.

The rotation mechanism rotates to enable the materials to rotate in the screen cylinder, the spraying mechanism sprays the materials into the screen cylinder from the spraying port, the paper pulp dissolved in water is discharged into the good pulp pool from the screen holes to be stored, and the materials insoluble in water are discharged from the discharge port of the spiral conveying device.

The invention adopts a conveying chain plate machine to convey materials into a groove body of a hydrapulper, and the conveying chain plate machine and the groove body are combined to convey the material to be pulped; the crushed materials enter a multi-layer circular slurry storage tank with a certain inclination angle to store, dilute and rinse slurry, and meanwhile, heavy slag is settled at the bottom of the tank and maintained and cleaned in a certain period; under the action of a certain gradient and the flushing action of a dilution water gap, materials in the tank body flow towards a low position, enter the spiral conveyor from the collection port, and are pushed by the spiral blade to enter a drum cylindrical sieve cylinder body with the functions of spraying, flushing, screening and screening; after entering the cylindrical sieve, the slurry slides down after being lifted to a certain height along with the rotation of the cylinder, and is defibered and dispersed again, and meanwhile, the spraying mechanism washes and sieves the slurry again, so that the slurry is dissolved more thoroughly; the water-soluble paper pulp material is passed through the screen holes on the cylindrical screen and fed into the stock tank, and the water-insoluble material is moved in the inclined cylinder body toward outlet and discharged from outlet, so that several usable materials can be obtained. Not only the raw material sources are diversified, the material diversity is obtained, the profit channel is richer, but also the resource recycling is realized, the energy waste is reduced, the influence on the environment is reduced, and the requirement of environmental protection is met.
