1. A valve core module for extraction type water supply is arranged on a tap and communicated with a water supply pipe and a pull pipe; the faucet is characterized by comprising a valve seat, a valve core used for connecting a faucet handle and an electromagnetic valve core component;

the valve seat is provided with:

the water inlet channel comprises a cold water inlet channel and a hot water inlet channel which are communicated with the water supply pipe and respectively supplies cold water and hot water to the valve core; and

the water outlet channel comprises an electromagnetic water control channel and a water supply channel communicated with a water outlet of the electromagnetic valve core component and the valve core; the electromagnetic water control channel is communicated with the valve core and the water inlet of the electromagnetic valve core and is used for sending mixed water flow mixed at the valve core to the electromagnetic valve core component, and the water supply channel is used for sending mixed water flow mixed at the valve core and/or flowing through the electromagnetic valve core component to the pull pipe.

2. The valve cartridge module for a removable water supply of claim 1, wherein the faucet handle is operably linked to the valve cartridge to open and close a cartridge mixing waterway of the valve cartridge to the water supply channel; the electromagnetic valve core part is operatively opened and closed to open and close an electromagnetic mixed water channel communicated with the electromagnetic water control channel.

3. The valve cartridge module for a pump-out type water supply according to claim 1, wherein the valve seat comprises:

the first water-passing part is communicated with the valve core and is abutted and matched with the valve core;

the second water passage part is communicated with the electromagnetic valve core component and is abutted and matched with the electromagnetic valve core component; and

a drawing pipe passage formed between the first and second water passing parts for the drawing pipe to pass through.

4. The valve core module for removable water supply according to claim 3, wherein the electromagnetic valve core part and the valve core are respectively disposed at both sides of the valve seat.

5. The valve cartridge module for removable water supply according to claim 4, wherein the solenoid valve cartridge assembly, the valve seat and the valve cartridge are constructed in a straight structure and can be horizontally placed on the faucet body.

The valve cartridge module for extracted water supply according to claim 1, wherein the solenoid valve core part comprises a solenoid valve and a sensing part electrically connected to the solenoid valve to enable the solenoid valve to open the electromagnetic mixing waterway when the sensing part senses a human signal.

7. A faucet is characterized by comprising a faucet body, a faucet handle, a pull pipe and the valve core module set of any one of claims 1-5; the faucet body is provided with:

the water outlet pipe cavity extends along the preset direction and is used for the pull pipe to pass through; and

and the valve core installation cavity is crossed with the water outlet pipe cavity and is used for installing the valve core module.

The faucet of claim 7, wherein the cartridge mounting cavity includes a first mounting portion on one side of the outlet lumen and a second mounting portion on the other side thereof, the cartridge and solenoid cartridge components being disposed on the first and second mounting portions, respectively; the faucet handle is movably arranged on the first installation part and used for driving the valve core to open and close the valve core mixed water channel; the second mounting part is provided with an induction window for inducing human body information by an induction part of the electromagnetic valve core part so as to open and close the electromagnetic mixed water channel; wherein, the water outlet pipe cavity and the valve core mounting cavity form a cross structure.

9. The faucet of claim 8, including a hold down assembly comprising:

the limiting part is arranged on the second mounting part and is used for tightly abutting against one end part of the electromagnetic valve core component along the axial direction;

the first pressing piece is sleeved on the outer periphery of the valve core and sleeved on the inner periphery of the first mounting part and used for pressing the valve seat towards the direction of the electromagnetic valve core component along the shaft; and

and the second pressing piece is fixedly connected to the faucet body and used for pressing the valve core towards the direction of the valve seat along the axial direction.

10. The faucet of claim 7, wherein the water supply passage of the valve seat is directed downward and communicates with a pull tube via a hose, the pull tube extending from bottom to top and passing through a pull tube passage formed in the valve seat.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of faucet equipment, and particularly relates to a valve core module for removable water supply and a faucet.

Background

With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China and the gradual popularization of tap water, no matter the washing pools of household kitchens in cities, towns and rural areas, bathtubs, desk type washbasins and the like are provided with water taps. At present, in the market, pull parallel induction kitchen faucets are arranged, a water outlet water path is led to a box under the table in parallel connection by a conventional parallel platform, and the water is controlled to be switched by an electromagnetic valve of the box in parallel connection and then led to a pull hose. Therefore, the cost is high, the installation by a user is troublesome, the installation steps by the user are too many, and the installation is not standard easily. In view of the above problems, the inventors have filed the present application.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a valve core module and a faucet for a removable water supply, wherein the valve core and a solenoid valve core are connected in parallel to the faucet, so as to at least solve the problems of high cost and troublesome installation for users when the solenoid valve controls the water switch.

The invention is realized in such a way that, in a first aspect, the invention provides a valve core module for extraction type water supply, which is arranged on a tap and communicated with a water supply pipe and a pull-out pipe; the valve comprises a valve seat, a valve core used for connecting a faucet handle and an electromagnetic valve core component; the valve seat is provided with:

the water inlet channel comprises a cold water inlet channel and a hot water inlet channel which are communicated with the water supply pipe and respectively supplies cold water and hot water to the valve core; and

the water outlet channel comprises an electromagnetic water control channel and a water supply channel communicated with a water outlet of the electromagnetic valve core component and the valve core; the electromagnetic water control channel is communicated with the valve core and the water inlet of the electromagnetic valve core component and is used for sending mixed water flow mixed at the valve core to the electromagnetic valve core component, and the water supply channel is used for sending mixed water flow mixed at the valve core and/or flowing through the electromagnetic valve core component to the pull pipe;

the faucet handle is operatively linked with the valve core to open and close the valve core mixing water channel of the valve core to the water supply channel; the electromagnetic valve core part is operatively opened and closed to open and close an electromagnetic mixed water channel communicated with the electromagnetic water control channel.

Preferably, the valve seat includes:

the first water-passing part is communicated with the valve core and is abutted and matched with the valve core;

the second water passage part is communicated with the electromagnetic valve core component and is abutted and matched with the electromagnetic valve core component; and

a drawing pipe passage formed between the first and second water passing parts for the drawing pipe to pass through.

Preferably, the electromagnetic valve core component and the valve core are respectively arranged on two sides of the valve seat.

Preferably, the electromagnetic valve core component, the valve seat and the valve core are in a straight structure and can be transversely arranged on the faucet body.

Preferably, the solenoid valve core part includes a solenoid valve and a sensing part electrically connected to the solenoid valve to enable the solenoid valve to open the electromagnetic mixing water passage when the sensing part senses a human signal.

In a second aspect, the present invention further provides a faucet, which includes a faucet body, a faucet handle, a pull-out tube, and any one of the above valve core modules.

Preferably, the faucet body is provided with:

the water outlet pipe cavity extends along the preset direction and is used for the pull pipe to pass through; and

the valve core installation cavity is crossed with the water outlet pipe cavity and is used for installing the valve core module;

wherein, the water outlet pipe cavity and the valve core mounting cavity form a cross structure.

Preferably, the valve core mounting cavity comprises a first mounting part positioned on one side of the water outlet pipe cavity and a second mounting part positioned on the other side of the water outlet pipe cavity, and the valve core and the electromagnetic valve core part are respectively arranged on the first mounting part and the second mounting part; the faucet handle is movably arranged on the first installation part and used for driving the valve core to open and close the valve core mixed water channel; the second installation part is provided with an induction window used for inducing human body information by an induction part of the electromagnetic valve core part so as to open and close the electromagnetic mixed water channel.

Preferably, the faucet includes a hold-down assembly, the hold-down assembly including:

the limiting part is arranged on the second mounting part and is used for tightly abutting against one end part of the electromagnetic valve core component along the axial direction;

the first pressing piece is sleeved on the outer periphery of the valve core and sleeved on the inner periphery of the first mounting part and used for pressing the valve seat towards the direction of the electromagnetic valve core component along the shaft; and

and the second pressing piece is fixedly connected to the faucet body and used for pressing the valve core towards the direction of the valve seat along the axial direction.

Preferably, the water supply channel of the valve seat faces downwards and is communicated with a pull pipe through a hose, and the pull pipe extends from bottom to top and penetrates through a pull pipe channel arranged on the valve seat.

By adopting the technical scheme, the invention can obtain the following technical effects:

the valve core module provided by the scheme of the invention comprises the valve seat, the valve core used for connecting the handle and the electromagnetic valve core component, and is used for being installed on the faucet body, so that the trouble is reduced when a user installs the valve core module, and the cost is reduced because an outlet water path does not need to be additionally led to the under-platform parallel electromagnetic valve.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention.

The structure and function of the solution of the present application will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 8.

The invention provides a valve core module 2 for removable water supply, which is arranged on a faucet and is communicated with a water supply pipe and a pull-out pipe 7. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the faucet includes a faucet body 1, a faucet handle 6, a pull-out tube 7, and a valve cartridge module 2. The cartridge module 2 comprises a valve seat 3, a cartridge 4 for connecting a faucet handle 6, and a solenoid valve core member 5. The valve seat 3 includes a water inlet passage and a water outlet passage. The water inlet channel comprises a cold water inlet channel 31 and a hot water inlet channel 32 which are communicated with the water supply pipe and respectively supply cold water and hot water to the valve core 4. With combined reference to fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, the water outlet channel includes an electromagnetic water control channel 38 and a water supply channel 34, and the water supply channel 34 is communicated with the water outlet of the electromagnetic valve core component 5 and is communicated with the valve core 4. The electromagnetic water control passage 38 communicates the valve core 4 and the water inlet of the solenoid valve core part 5 for feeding the mixed water mixed at the valve core 4 to the solenoid valve core part 5. The water supply passage 34 is used for supplying the valve core mixed water flow mixed at the valve core 4 to the pull-out pipe 7, and is capable of supplying the solenoid valve core mixed water flow flowing through the solenoid valve core part 5 to the pull-out pipe 7, or supplying the mixed water flow of the valve core mixed water flow and the solenoid valve core mixed water flow to the pull-out pipe 7.

Referring to fig. 3, the faucet body 1 includes a water outlet chamber 11 and a valve cartridge installation chamber 12. The water outlet pipe cavity 11 extends along a preset direction and is used for the pull pipe 7 to pass through. The valve core installation cavity 12 and the water outlet pipe cavity 11 are crossed for installing the valve core module 2. The water outlet pipe cavity 11 and the valve core mounting cavity 12 are in a cross structure. The electromagnetic valve core component 5, the valve seat 3 and the valve core 4 are in a straight structure and can be transversely arranged on the faucet body 1. Wherein the solenoid valve core part 5 and the spool 4 are provided on both sides of the valve seat 3.

Referring to fig. 8, the valve seat 3 includes a first water passage portion 35, a second water passage portion 37 and a pull-out pipe passage 36, and the first water passage portion 35 communicates with the valve body 4 and is in abutting engagement with the valve body 4. The second water passage portion 37 communicates with the solenoid valve core member 5 and is in abutting engagement therewith. A drawing tube passage 36 is formed between the first and second water passing parts 35 and 37 for the drawing tube 7 to pass through. The pull-out tube channel 36 conducts the water outlet tube cavity 11 for installing the pull-out tube 7 when the valve core module 2 is installed. The water supply channel 34 of the valve seat 3 faces downwards and is communicated with the pull pipe 7 through a hose, and the pull pipe 7 extends from bottom to top and penetrates through a pull pipe channel 36 arranged on the valve seat 3.

Referring to fig. 2, the faucet handle 6 is operated by a user to operate the valve core 4 to open and close the valve core 4 to mix water into the water channel of the water supply passage 34. The solenoid valve core part 5 is operable to open and close an electromagnetic mixed water passage communicating with the electromagnetic water control passage 38. The solenoid valve core part 5 includes a solenoid valve and a sensing part 8 electrically connected to the solenoid valve to enable the solenoid valve to open the electromagnetic mixing water passage when the sensing part 8 senses a human signal. An inductive window 13 on the tap body for the signal of the inductive component 8 to pass through. Thus, the user can select water to be controlled using the solenoid control or water to be controlled using the faucet handle 6.

Referring to fig. 7, the valve core mounting chamber 12 includes a first mounting portion 121 at one side of the outlet pipe chamber 11 and a second mounting portion 122 at the other side thereof, and the valve core 4 and the solenoid valve core member 5 are respectively provided on the first mounting portion 121 and the second mounting portion 122. The faucet handle 6 is movably mounted on the first mounting portion 121 and used for driving the valve core 4 to open and close the valve core 4 mixed water channel. The second mounting portion 122 is provided with an induction window for allowing the induction part of the electromagnetic valve core part 5 to induce human body information to open and close the electromagnetic mixing water passage.

Referring to fig. 7, the faucet includes a hold-down assembly including a stop, a first hold-down member, and a second hold-down member. The limiting part is formed on the second mounting part and is configured into an annular convex block which is used for tightly abutting against one end part of the electromagnetic valve core part along the axial direction. The first pressing piece is sleeved on the periphery of the valve core and sleeved on the inner periphery of the first installation portion, and the valve seat is pressed towards the direction of the electromagnetic valve core component by the first pressing piece along the shaft. Wherein, first casting die passes through threaded connection and fixes on tap body. The second pressing piece is fixedly connected to the faucet body and used for pressing the valve core towards the valve seat in the axial direction.

The invention further provides a faucet, which comprises the faucet body 1, a faucet handle 6, a pull-out pipe 7 and a valve core module 2 according to any one of the above embodiments, and the structure of the faucet is not described herein.
