A speed signal acquisition system is characterized in that a speed measurement loop is additionally arranged on a speed annunciator, PT residual voltage signals are acquired, and two fluted disc probe signals are supplemented, wherein the speed measurement loop comprises an isolation module and a voltage relay.

A rotational speed signal acquisition system according to claim 2, wherein when the PT voltage is higher than 80V, the voltage relay is turned on, the PT signal is sent to the rotational speed annunciator, and the PT residual voltage disconnection signal is not sent; when the PT voltage is lower than 75V, the voltage relay is reset and switched off, the PT signal is switched off, the rotating speed annunciator judges that the signal is disconnected, and the PT residual voltage disconnection signal is sent out.

when the PT voltage is higher than 80V, the voltage relay is closed, and when no PT residual voltage rotating speed fault signal exists through program judgment, the PT signal is considered to be normal after the set time is met, and the PT signal of the rotating speed annunciator is in a main use state;

when the PT voltage is lower than 75V, the voltage relay is switched off, the rotating speed annunciator sends out a PT residual voltage disconnection signal, the program judges that the PT residual voltage rotating speed fault occurs, and at the moment, the rotating speed signal is selected by the rotating speed selection logic of the fluted disc probe of the original rotating speed annunciator;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of signal acquisition, and particularly relates to a rotating speed signal acquisition system.

Background

The actual running condition of the unit shows that the rotating speed monitoring plays a crucial role. If the rotating speed signal is abnormal in the running and running process of the unit, the starting failure or the trip is caused. In the conventional rotational speed signal acquisition system, the rotational speed signals acquired by the rotational speed annunciator are taken from a fluted disc probe 3 and a fluted disc probe 4 (as shown in fig. 1). The rotation speed annunciator and the touch screen of the electric regulation cabinet do not establish communication (the touch screen does not have a related picture of the rotation speed annunciator). The rotating speed signal of the rotating speed annunciator is only selected between the No. 3 and No. 4 fluted disc probes, and the logic is as follows: when no fault exists in the signals of the two fluted disc probes, a large value is selected, and the fault of the rotating speed signal of one fluted disc probe is selected to be the other fluted disc probe. When the rotating speed signal of the fluted disc probe 3 fails, the rotating speed signal of the fluted disc probe 4 fails, the DO module fails, the AO module fails, the TE module fails or the PE module fails, the rotating speed annunciator is output in a delayed mode to give an alarm. When the rotating speed signal of the fluted disc probe 3 and the rotating speed signal of the fluted disc probe 4 simultaneously fail or the DO module fails, the output rotating speed annunciator fails. And when the rotation speed annunciator has the fault signal, not locking each DO rotation speed signal output by the rotation speed annunciator.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a rotating speed signal acquisition system which is beneficial to improving the accuracy of rotating speed acquisition of a unit and improving the safety and stability of unit operation.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a speed signal acquisition system is characterized in that a speed measurement loop is additionally arranged on a speed annunciator, PT residual voltage signals are acquired, and two fluted disc probe signals are supplemented.

Furthermore, a PT signal is led out from an active power signal terminal and is connected to a COM end and an LF1 end of the newly added isolation module; connecting a coil pin of the voltage relay to an LF1 end and an LF2 end of the isolation module, and short-circuiting a COM end and an LF2 end of the isolation module together; and a normally open node of the voltage relay is connected in series with a signal output end DAT + of the isolation module, then a rotating speed annunciator is introduced, and a DAT-end of the isolation module is introduced into the rotating speed annunciator.

Further, when the PT voltage is higher than 80V, the voltage relay is conducted, the PT signal is sent to the rotating speed annunciator, and the PT residual voltage disconnection signal is not sent out; when the PT voltage is lower than 75V, the voltage relay is reset and switched off, the PT signal is switched off, the rotating speed annunciator judges that the signal is disconnected, and the PT residual voltage disconnection signal is sent out.

Furthermore, a communication module is additionally arranged in the rotating speed annunciator and is used for realizing communication between the rotating speed annunciator and the touch screen.

Further, a PT residual voltage signal, a PT residual voltage disconnection signal and a PT residual voltage rotating speed fault signal are newly added in the rotating speed annunciator OPM; judging as a PT residual voltage rotating speed fault signal when a PT residual voltage wire break signal, a TE module fault or a PE module fault exists;

when the PT voltage is higher than 80V, the voltage relay is closed, and when no PT residual voltage rotating speed fault signal exists through program judgment, the PT signal is considered to be normal after the set time is met, and the PT signal of the rotating speed annunciator is in a main use state;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the double-loop rotating speed signal acquisition system can improve the accuracy of the rotating speed acquisition of the unit and realize the safe, stable and reliable operation of the unit.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.

As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a tachometer signal acquisition system, which adds a tachometer loop to a tachometer signal generator to acquire PT residual voltage signals and supplement two fluted disc probe signals, wherein the tachometer loop comprises an SI1010L isolation module and an LG2-AB voltage relay.

From the active power signal terminals: 22, 23 (A, B phases) lead out PT signals to access to a COM end and an LF1 end of the newly added isolation module: 1 and 2; and pins 2 and 7 of the voltage relay coil are respectively connected to an LF1 end and an LF2 end of the isolation module: 2 and 3, and connecting the COM end and the LF2 end of the isolation module: 1 and 3 are shorted together; normally open node of voltage relay: 1. 4 is connected in series with a signal output end DAT + of the isolation module, then a pin 23 of a rotating speed annunciator TE0003 is introduced, and a DAT-end of the isolation module is introduced into a pin 24 of the rotating speed annunciator; the power supply of the isolation module is taken to be X0002: 25 and 31.

When the PT voltage is higher than 80V, the voltage relay is switched on, the PT signal is sent to the rotating speed annunciator, and the PT residual voltage disconnection signal is not sent out; when the PT voltage is lower than 75V, the voltage relay is reset and switched off, the PT signal is switched off, the rotating speed annunciator judges that the signal is disconnected, and the PT residual voltage disconnection signal is sent out.

An SM2556 communication module is additionally arranged in a CP6014 of the rotation speed annunciator and is used for realizing communication between the rotation speed annunciator and the touch screen.

Adding a PT residual voltage signal, a PT residual voltage disconnection signal and a PT residual voltage rotating speed fault signal in a rotating speed annunciator OPM; judging as a PT residual voltage rotating speed fault signal when a PT residual voltage wire break signal, a TE module fault or a PE module fault exists; the PT residual voltage signal is defined IN the IN and CON subroutines.

When the PT voltage is higher than 80V, the voltage relay is closed, and when no PT residual voltage rotating speed fault signal exists according to program judgment, the PT signal is considered to be normal after 10S is met, and the PT signal of the rotating speed annunciator is in a main use state;

when the PT voltage is lower than 75V, the voltage relay is switched off, the rotating speed annunciator sends out a PT residual voltage disconnection signal, the program judges that the PT residual voltage rotating speed fault occurs, and at the moment, the rotating speed signal is selected by the rotating speed selection logic of the fluted disc probe of the original rotating speed annunciator;

when no PT residual voltage rotating speed fault signal exists, the selected PT rotating speed signal is compared with a rotating speed signal selected by a fluted disc probe rotating speed selection logic, and if the absolute value of the difference value exceeds 10%, a rotating speed annunciator alarm signal is sent out after 10S delay.

When a PT residual voltage rotating speed fault signal exists and the rotating speed signal selected by the rotating speed selection logic of the fluted disc probe exceeds 95%, a rotating speed annunciator alarm signal is sent out after the time delay of 30S.
