A pneumatic diaphragm controlled residual straight through faucet of claim 1, wherein: the liquid outlet of the liquid inlet connecting block and the liquid inlet of the valve body are hermetically installed through mounting nuts and sealed through a sealing ring, so that the air tightness of an air inlet cavity of the valve body is ensured; the liquid outlet structure is connected with the valve body through threads, and an O-shaped sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection part; the flow regulating assembly is connected with the valve body through threads, and a sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection position.

6. A working method of a straight-through faucet capable of discharging residues under the control of a pneumatic diaphragm is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) connecting a liquid inlet of the liquid inlet connecting block into the distributor;

2) when a variety of beer is selected to be discharged, the variety of beer is selected in the distributor, and the beer enters the liquid inlet channel and props against residual beer in the previous channel;

3) the first electromagnetic valve is electrified, the second electromagnetic valve is electrified, the liquid drainage channel is opened, the wine in the previous pipeline is drained through the liquid drainage channel, meanwhile, the air enters the air inlet, and the pneumatic diaphragm valve in the valve body is closed;

4) after residual beer in the pipeline is discharged, the second electromagnetic valve is electrified, the air pressure of the cavity where the pneumatic diaphragm valve is located is released, the diaphragm is recovered, and the beer head outlet channel and the residue discharge channel are both in an open state, so that the beer can be discharged while residues are discharged;

5) the first electromagnetic valve is powered off, and the residue discharge channel is closed;

6) after a certain time, the second electromagnetic valve is powered off, the air pressure in the pneumatic diaphragm valve chamber acts rapidly, the diaphragm is extruded and attached, the wine outlet channel is closed, and wine outlet is finished.

7. Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of beer selling machines, in particular to a straight-through faucet with a pneumatic diaphragm controlling residue discharge function and a working method thereof.

Background

The traditional beer selling modes are generally divided into two modes, one mode is to sell the beer in a bottle, namely, the weighed beer is filled into a wine bottle; the other is sold in bulk. Among them, bulk selling has an advantage of selling beer according to the actual needs of buyers, and beer dispensers are very popular in the market in order to overcome the problem of manpower waste caused by the need of both buyers and sellers on the spot for selling bulk beer. The prior beer selling machine has the following problems:

1. the beer discharged from a wine outlet tap is easy to cause the mixing of multi-taste beer;

in the most extensive prior art, a single wine barrel is provided with a wine outlet tap, so that a large number of wine outlet taps are needed when selling various tastes or brands of wine, and a waiter is required to select a target tap and manually play the wine when playing the wine. The applicant has applied a multi-way dispenser by which a plurality of wines can be dispensed from a single tap, but if only one tap is used, the dispensing of beer from a single tap tends to result in a mix of multi-flavored beers.

2. The beer is easy to generate foam when being discharged.

Beer dispensing is a complex problem, and the effects of temperature or pressure can cause a large amount of foam during beer dispensing, resulting in failure of the beer dispensing. In industrial equipment, in order to avoid a large amount of foam generated by wine, methods with relatively complex processes such as isobaric filling and the like are often adopted to solve the problem of wine foam. Nowadays, a refrigeration coil is used in some simple beer machines, and one section of coil corresponds to one beer outlet tap to realize that a beer outlet pipeline is filled with beer, so that the problem of beer foam can be solved.

3. The wine pipeline is easy to be blocked and the microorganism is easy to remain.

Because beer contains microorganisms such as yeast, a large amount of bacteria can be bred if the beer outlet pipeline is not cleaned frequently, and the pipeline can be blocked after the beer is sticky. The piping therefore needs to be cleaned frequently to ensure hygiene. Generally, pipeline cleaning requires a plurality of faucets to be manually opened by an attendant to achieve smooth cleaning of the faucets.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a straight-through faucet with a pneumatic diaphragm for controlling residue discharge and a working method thereof, which can integrate various types of wine into a wine outlet faucet to complete the wine outlet process, make the wine outlet process more refined, have the residue discharge function, avoid the generation of foam and solve the problem of taint of beer after the integration of a beer outlet.

The invention provides a straight-through faucet with pneumatic diaphragm control residue discharge, which comprises a liquid inlet connecting block, a valve body and a liquid outlet structure which are sequentially connected from top to bottom through a sealing structure, wherein a boss is arranged at the joint of the upper end of the liquid outlet structure and the valve body; the valve body comprises a liquid storage channel and an air inlet cavity which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, wherein the upper part of the liquid storage channel is connected with a liquid inlet channel of a liquid inlet connecting block, the lower part of the liquid storage channel is provided with a boss, the side of the liquid storage channel is connected with a liquid drainage channel through a liquid drainage connector, and a first electromagnetic valve is arranged in the liquid drainage channel; the pneumatic diaphragm valve is arranged in the air inlet cavity and is in clearance fit with the air inlet cavity, the pneumatic diaphragm valve comprises a shell and a diaphragm structure arranged in the center of the shell, the upper end of the shell of the pneumatic diaphragm valve is tightly pressed and sealed with a boss below the liquid storage channel through a cushion, and the lower end of the shell of the pneumatic diaphragm valve is tightly pressed and sealed with a boss at the upper end of the liquid outlet structure through the cushion; an air inlet connected through an air inlet joint is arranged on the side of the air inlet cavity chamber, and a second electromagnetic valve is arranged in the air inlet; the center of the diaphragm structure in the pneumatic diaphragm valve is a liquid channel, the lateral side of the diaphragm structure is a pressed section, and when the air inlet enters air, the lateral sides of the diaphragm structure are pressed, the diaphragms on the two sides are inwards tightly attached to close the liquid channel.

The flow regulating device comprises a conical surface body, and the conical surface body is connected with a flow regulating valve handle through an eccentric knob; the flow control valve is characterized in that the conical surface body is inserted into the liquid inlet connecting block, a liquid inlet channel is formed between the conical surface body and the inner wall of the liquid inlet connecting block, a liquid guide groove connected with the end face is formed in the conical surface of the conical surface body, the liquid guide groove is connected with the liquid storage channel of the valve body, and the flow control valve handle controls the axial displacement of the conical surface body through the eccentric knob so as to control the size of the liquid inlet channel.

The first electromagnetic valve is a normally closed two-way electromagnetic valve, and an electric access is opened for controlling the liquid discharge channel to be opened or closed.

The second electromagnetic valve is a two-position three-way normally-open electromagnetic valve and is respectively connected with the air inlet, the air inlet passage and the exhaust passage, the exhaust passage is opened when the second electromagnetic valve is powered on, the pressure inside the direct wine head is released, the air inlet passage is opened when the second electromagnetic valve is powered off, and the pressure of air inlet is 2-3bar greater than the pressure of wine outlet.

The liquid outlet of the liquid inlet connecting block and the liquid inlet of the valve body are hermetically installed through mounting nuts and sealed through a sealing ring, so that the air tightness of an air inlet cavity of the valve body is ensured; the liquid outlet structure is connected with the valve body through threads, and an O-shaped sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection part; the flow regulating assembly is connected with the valve body through threads, and a sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection position.

The invention also provides a working method of the straight-through faucet for controlling residue discharge by the pneumatic diaphragm, which comprises the following steps:

1) connecting a liquid inlet of the liquid inlet connecting block into the distributor;

2) when a variety of beer is selected to be discharged, the variety of beer is selected in the distributor, and the beer enters the liquid inlet channel and props against the beer in the previous channel;

3) the first electromagnetic valve is electrified, the second electromagnetic valve is electrified, the liquid drainage channel is opened, the wine in the previous pipeline is drained through the liquid drainage channel, meanwhile, the air enters the air inlet, and the pneumatic diaphragm valve in the valve body is closed;

4) after residual beer in the pipeline is discharged, the second electromagnetic valve is electrified, the air pressure of the cavity where the pneumatic diaphragm valve is located is released, the diaphragm is recovered, and the beer outlet channel and the residue discharge channel are both in an open state, so that the beer can be discharged and residues can be discharged at the same time, the stability of the beer outlet is facilitated, and the generation of foams is avoided;

5) the first electromagnetic valve is powered off, and the residue discharge channel is closed;

6) after a certain time, the second electromagnetic valve is powered off, the air pressure in the pneumatic diaphragm valve chamber acts rapidly, the diaphragm is extruded and attached, the wine outlet channel is closed, and wine outlet is finished.

When the liquid inlet of the liquid inlet connecting block is connected with cleaning liquid, the pipeline is cleaned by controlling the opening and closing of the two electromagnetic valves.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. can assemble a tap through going out wine distributor with multiple drinks and go out wine to can realize automatic control simultaneously and go out wine and arrange the incomplete, effectively solve a tap and go out the condition that the cluster wine appears in wine.

2. Can realize that the pipeline fills with wine through the automatic incomplete function of row, ensure to solve out wine foam problem, can avoid simultaneously discharging the incomplete time and producing sanitary dead angle.

3. When the pipeline is cleaned, manual operation of staff is not needed, and the whole uninterrupted circulating cleaning is formed by controlling the opening and closing of the two electromagnetic valves.

4. The length of time for wine discharge and drainage can be controlled pneumatically and can be set differently depending on the characteristics of each wine. And the function of drinking can be realized by one-key operation of a waiter through the pneumatic diaphragm.

Detailed Description

The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.

The invention provides a straight-through faucet with a pneumatic diaphragm controlling residue discharge, which has an integral structure shown in figures 1, 2 and 3 and comprises a liquid inlet connecting block 1, a valve body 2 and a liquid outlet structure which are sequentially connected from top to bottom through a sealing structure, wherein the liquid outlet structure comprises a wine receiving channel 3 and a wine receiving opening 4, and a boss 5 is arranged at the joint of the upper end of the liquid outlet structure and the valve body.

The valve body structure is shown in figure 4 and comprises a liquid storage channel 6 and an air inlet cavity which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, wherein the upper part of the liquid storage channel is connected with a liquid inlet channel of a liquid inlet connecting block, a boss 5 is arranged at the lower part of the liquid storage channel, a liquid drainage channel 8 is connected to the side of the liquid storage channel through a liquid drainage connector 7, and a first electromagnetic valve 14 is arranged in the liquid drainage channel; the pneumatic diaphragm valve 9 is arranged in the air inlet cavity and is in clearance fit with the air inlet cavity, the pneumatic diaphragm valve comprises a shell and a diaphragm structure arranged in the center of the shell as shown in figure 5, the upper end of the shell of the pneumatic diaphragm valve is tightly pressed and sealed with a boss below the liquid storage channel through a cushion 10, and the lower end of the shell of the pneumatic diaphragm valve is tightly pressed and sealed with a boss at the upper end of the liquid outlet structure through the cushion; the side of the air inlet cavity chamber is provided with an air inlet 12 connected through an air inlet joint 11, and a second electromagnetic valve 15 is arranged in the air inlet. The center of the diaphragm structure in the pneumatic diaphragm valve is a liquid channel, the side of the diaphragm structure is a pressed section 13, and when the air inlet enters air, the side of the diaphragm structure is pressed, and the diaphragms on the two sides are inwards tightly attached to close the liquid channel.

In a further improvement, a flow regulating device is arranged between the liquid inlet connecting block and the valve body, the flow regulating device comprises a conical surface body 16, and the conical surface body is connected with a flow regulating valve handle 18 through an eccentric knob 17; the flow control valve is characterized in that the conical surface body is inserted into the liquid inlet connecting block, a liquid inlet channel is formed between the conical surface body and the inner wall of the liquid inlet connecting block, a liquid guide groove connected with the end face is formed in the conical surface of the conical surface body, the liquid guide groove is connected with the liquid storage channel of the valve body, and the flow control valve handle controls the axial displacement of the conical surface body through the eccentric knob so as to control the size of the liquid inlet channel.

The first electromagnetic valve is a normally closed two-way electromagnetic valve, and an electric access is opened for controlling the liquid discharge channel to be opened or closed.

The second electromagnetic valve is a two-position three-way normally-open electromagnetic valve and is respectively connected with the air inlet, the air inlet passage and the exhaust passage, the exhaust passage is opened when the second electromagnetic valve is powered on, the pressure inside the direct wine head is released, the air inlet passage is opened when the second electromagnetic valve is powered off, and the pressure of air inlet is 2-3bar greater than the pressure of wine outlet.

The liquid outlet of the liquid inlet connecting block and the liquid inlet of the valve body are hermetically installed through mounting nuts and sealed through a sealing ring, so that the air tightness of an air inlet cavity of the valve body is ensured; the liquid outlet structure is connected with the valve body through threads, and an O-shaped sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection part; the flow regulating assembly is connected with the valve body through threads, and a sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection position.

The invention also provides a working method of the straight-through faucet for controlling residue discharge by the pneumatic diaphragm, which comprises the following steps:

1) the liquid inlet of the liquid inlet connecting block is connected into the distributor 19, as shown in fig. 6; the state of the first wine is shown in figure 7;

2) when another variety of beer is selected, the variety of beer is selected in the distributor, and the beer enters the liquid inlet channel and props against the beer in the previous channel;

3) the first electromagnetic valve is electrified, the second electromagnetic valve is electrified, the liquid drainage channel is opened, the wine in the previous pipeline is discharged through the liquid drainage channel, meanwhile, the air enters the air inlet, and the pneumatic diaphragm valve in the valve body is closed, as shown in fig. 8;

4) after residual beer in the pipeline is discharged, the second electromagnetic valve is electrified, the air pressure of the cavity where the pneumatic diaphragm valve is located is released, the diaphragm is recovered, and the beer outlet channel and the residue discharge channel are both in an open state, so that the beer can be discharged and residues can be discharged at the same time, the stability of the beer outlet is facilitated, and the generation of foams is avoided;

5) the first solenoid valve is de-energized, and the residue discharge passage is closed, as shown in fig. 9;

6) after a certain time, the second electromagnetic valve is powered off, the air pressure in the pneumatic diaphragm valve chamber acts rapidly, the diaphragm is extruded and attached, the wine outlet channel is closed, and wine outlet is finished.

When the liquid inlet of the liquid inlet connecting block is connected with cleaning liquid, the pipeline is cleaned by controlling the opening and closing of the two electromagnetic valves.

While the invention has been described in terms of its preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
