Technical Field

Background

With the development of industry, more and more construction sites such as power plant railways are built at present. Because of the particularity of the construction site and the irreversible factors, the night construction is inevitable, and the portable movable emergency device is indispensable equipment for the night construction of the construction site. The problem that workers are difficult to construct due to low construction visibility at night is solved.

The existing portable movable emergency device can meet the requirements of construction in different places, but has certain limitations. For example, the existing portable emergency flashlight needs to be held by a constructor with one hand, and is inconvenient to construct. For example, the existing large portable emergency device is bulky, and when the device needs to be moved or transferred, a plurality of people are required to carry the device or a special vehicle is used for moving the device. Detailed Description

Example (b): referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a portable mobile emergency device, which includes a housing 1, a lamp body 2, a power module 3, a telescopic rod 4, a turning seat 5, a hinged seat 6, a spring cable 7, a handle 8 and an anti-dropping chuck 9.

The middle position of the upper part of the shell 1 is downwards concave to form a concave 11, the front side and the rear side of the concave 11 are symmetrically upwards convex to form a front boss 12 and a rear boss 13, the middle part of the handle 8 is positioned above the concave 11, and the two ends are correspondingly arranged on the front boss 12 and the rear boss 13. The lamp body 2 is arranged on the turning base 5, the lamp body 2 comprises a lamp holder 21, a lamp cover 22, a light emitting module 23, a pressing plate 24 and a sealing plug 25, a lamp cavity 211 is arranged on the front surface of the lamp holder 21, the inner cavity surface of the lamp cavity 211 is recessed to form a wiring cavity 212, a tapered outlet hole 213 is arranged on the wiring cavity 212, a through hole for the cable to pass through is arranged in the center of the sealing plug 25, one end of the sealing plug 25 extends into the tapered outlet hole 213, and is provided with a tapered head matched with the tapered outlet hole 213, the pressing plate 24 is fixed on the wiring cavity 212, and is pressed against the other end of the sealing plug 25 to realize the tight cable pressing without a leading-in device or a waterproof joint, the matching is tight, the waterproof effect is good, the pressing plate 24 is provided with an opening aligned with the through hole, the light emitting module 23 is located in the lamp cavity 211, and the lamp cover 22 covers the lamp cavity 211. The back of the lamp holder 21 is provided with heat dissipation fins, so that the heat dissipation effect is effectively improved.

The shell 1 comprises an upper shell and a lower shell which is covered with the upper shell. The power module 3 is located on the lower shell, one end of the spring cable 7 is connected with the lamp body 2, and the other end of the spring cable is connected with the power module 3. Specifically, the power module 3 includes an emergency power control module 31 and an emergency battery 32 connected to the emergency power control module 31. The emergency power control module 31 can charge the emergency battery 32 and drive the light-emitting module 23 to emit light when the emergency battery is powered on. When the power failure is in emergency, the emergency power control module 31 can utilize the emergency battery 32 to provide electric energy for the light emitting module 23 to emit light, and the purpose of light emitting is also achieved. Preferably, a waterproof connector 16 is arranged on the upper shell, and the other end of the spring cable 7 is connected with the power module 3 through the waterproof connector 16, so that the sealing effect is improved, and the waterproof effect is good.

Preferably, the anti-falling chuck 9 is arranged at the tail end of the telescopic rod 4, and after the locking handle is unscrewed, the telescopic rod 4 can slide axially in the sleeve of the hinged seat 6, and the telescopic rod 4 can be prevented from completely falling out from the sleeve of the hinged seat 6 through the anti-falling chuck 9.

In addition, a socket 15 for vertically inserting the anti-falling chuck 9 into the casing 1 can be arranged at the lower part of the rear side wall of the casing, so that the telescopic rod 4 can be vertically and stably placed, and convenience is brought to use.

When the lamp is used, referring to fig. 1, the lamp body 2 can be turned over and retracted to be tightly attached to the front face of the shell, the telescopic rod 4 can be retracted to be tightly attached to the top face of the shell, the whole structure is compact, the size is small, the occupied space is small, and the handle 8 is arranged, so that the lamp is convenient to carry and use.

Referring to fig. 2, lamp body 2 can adjust the orientation in a flexible way through upset seat 5, cooperatees through telescopic link 4 and articulated seat 6, can adjust lamp body 2's position, height and angle in a flexible way, satisfies different illumination user demands, and application scope is wide.

Variations and modifications to the above-described embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art, which fall within the scope and spirit of the above description.
