Technical Field

Background

With the development of society, the scale of urban lighting systems is gradually enlarged, and the number of street lamps is more and more. However, while the number of street lamps is gradually increasing, we also face a problem: most of urban lighting systems use LED street lamps for lighting, but the LED street lamps have more devices and are complicated in maintenance process, so that a great amount of maintenance problems are caused.

In the prior art, a system fault analysis method can be used for maintaining and detecting the LED street lamp, however, the following problems still exist in the prior art: 1. the system fault analysis method is to analyze whether the street lamp is in fault or not through the electrical parameters of the LED street lamp, and the fault analysis of specific devices of the LED street lamp cannot be carried out. 2. The system fault analysis method is used for identifying the LED street lamp with a fault through patrol of personnel or vehicles, and has high consumption of labor and economic cost. 3. The maintenance personnel are difficult to control the power-on or power-off of the LED street lamp, and the maintenance process is complicated. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and perfect a fault management system and method for LED street lamps.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a fault management system and method of an LED street lamp, which aim to solve the technical problem that a system for detecting and maintaining the LED street lamp with low cost and high efficiency is lacked in the prior art.

The invention relates to a fault management system of an LED street lamp, which is characterized by comprising the following components:

the induction module is arranged in the LED street lamp and periodically induces the running state of the LED street lamp;

the line detection module is connected with the induction module and is used for detecting line fault information of the street lamp;

and the management module is used for managing the running state, the position information and the maintenance personnel information of the LED street lamp, and the management module is connected with the plurality of line detection modules to form a network topology structure.

The management module can transmit the information of the LED street lamp to maintenance personnel in a form of a work order, and the maintenance personnel can feed back the information in the form of the work order. The management module can call the storage device to store the information of the maintenance personnel or the information of the LED street lamp, which is recorded by the recording module. The management module can call the matching module to match corresponding maintenance personnel for the LED street lamp with the running state being the running error.

The sensing module can periodically transmit the running state of the LED street lamp to the line detection module for line detection.

The fault management system further comprises a positioning module, wherein the positioning module is installed in the LED street lamp and used for acquiring address and position information of the LED street lamp.

The positioning module comprises an identification recognition device, the LED street lamp is provided with a unique identification for recognition, and the identification recognition device can acquire the serial number and the position information of the LED street lamp through the identification of the LED street lamp and transmit the serial number and the position information to the management module.

Further, the identification recognition means comprises a bar code or a two-dimensional code.

The detection information of the line detection module comprises lamp bead power supply voltage, lamp bead power, current intensity, component short circuit and component open circuit conditions.

The user terminal can further comprise a feedback module, after maintenance is completed, maintenance personnel can record maintenance results through the feedback module, and the feedback module feeds the maintenance results back to the user terminals of the corresponding maintenance personnel and the corresponding management personnel.

The invention also comprises a fault management method of the LED street lamp, which comprises the following steps:

step 1: setting a unique identifier for the LED street lamp;

The invention solves the technical problem that a system for detecting and maintaining the LED street lamp with low cost and high efficiency is lacked in the prior art. The fault management system and method for the LED street lamp are high in corresponding efficiency, low in manpower and time cost requirements and simple and convenient to manage.

Detailed Description

The content of the invention will now be discussed with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments. It is to be understood that these examples are discussed only to enable those of ordinary skill in the art to better understand and thus implement the teachings of the present invention, and are not meant to imply any limitations on the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1, a fault management system for an LED street lamp includes:

the induction module is arranged in the LED street lamp and used for inducing the running state of the LED street lamp; each LED street lamp is provided with a sensing module, and the sensing module can sense the running state of devices of the LED street lamp. By sensing the running state of the LED street lamp, the LED street lamp with the wrong running can be identified, and the identification information of the LED street lamp with the wrong running can be transmitted to the positioning module and the line detection module.

In this embodiment, the identification of the LED street lamp is already provided on the LED street lamp. The identification can be in the form of a bar code or a two-dimensional code. The sensing module can periodically transmit the running state of the LED street lamp to the line detection module for line detection.

The line detection module is used for detecting the line fault information of the street lamp with the running state of wrong running; the method mainly comprises the following steps: an information receiving device and a line detection device. The detection information of the line detection module comprises lamp bead power supply voltage, lamp bead power, current intensity, component short circuit and component open circuit conditions, and when one of the detection information fails, the operation error of the street lamp is judged.

The circuit detection module can also judge the running state of the street lamp by combining a plurality of parameters, preferably, the circuit detection module judges whether the street lamp runs wrongly by combining the detection information of the power supply voltage and the current intensity of the lamp beads, for example, when the power supply voltage of the lamp beads is normal, but the current in the circuit is weak, strong or too strong, the running state of the street lamp is judged to be wrong; when the current is normal but the power supply voltage of the bead is weak, strong or over-strong, judging that the running state of the street lamp is wrong; when the current and the bead power supply voltage are weak, strong or too strong at the same time, but the street lamp display is more normal, the running state of the street lamp is judged to be wrong, the fault judgment accuracy is improved, and the fault judgment is fed back to the management module for timely maintenance, so that the service life of the street lamp is prolonged.

Furthermore, a current range, a voltage range and a power range of the street lamp during normal operation are set in the line detection module, and when the power, the current and the voltage of the street lamp in the line exceed the power range, the current range and the voltage range of the street lamp during normal operation, the operation state of the street lamp is judged to be wrong.

The fault management system further comprises a positioning module, wherein the positioning module is installed in the LED street lamp and used for acquiring address and position information of the LED street lamp. The positioning module comprises an identification recognition device, the LED street lamp is provided with a unique identification for recognition, and the identification recognition device can acquire the serial number and the position information of the LED street lamp through the identification of the LED street lamp and transmit the serial number and the position information to the management module.

And the management module is used for managing the running state, the position information and the information of maintenance personnel of the LED street lamp. The management module comprises a storage device and a matching device, wherein the storage device can store a line fault list of the LED street lamp, position information of the LED street lamp and the information of the maintenance personnel; the matching device can match maintenance personnel for the LED street lamp from the LED street lamp line fault list stored in the storage device according to the fault condition of the street lamp.

The management module and the plurality of line detection modules are in communication connection to form a network topology structure, each LED street lamp is used as a node to form any one or two or more combined network topology structures of star type, ring type, bus, distributed type, tree type, mesh type or honeycomb type network topology structures, the preferred star type and bus type network topology structures are combined together, a star network topology structure is adopted among the LED street lamps on the same street, the management module is used as a central node, the LED street lamps among different streets adopt a bus network topology structure, so that the line detection modules at different positions have different transmission lines, and the transmission between the line detection modules does not influence each other, when one communication path has a fault, the information can be transmitted to the management module through the other communication path, so that the accuracy and the efficiency of information transmission are improved.

For example, when a certain LED street lamp node of the line detection module transmits information to the management module, and a transmission line of the LED street lamp in the star network topology is interrupted, the LED street lamp may transmit the information to the management module through the transmission line of the bus network topology, and vice versa.

Furthermore, the management module is also provided with an alarm device, and when the transmission line of the network topology structure is interrupted, the alarm device of the management module displays the LED street lamp nodes with problems and is matched with corresponding maintenance personnel for maintenance.

And the entry module is used for entering or editing the information of the maintenance personnel or the information of the LED street lamp. The management module can call the storage device to store the information of the maintenance personnel or the information of the LED street lamp, which is recorded by the recording module. The management module can call the matching module to match corresponding maintenance personnel for the LED street lamp with the running state being the running error.

In this embodiment, the matching process includes the following steps:

the A01 management module receives the serial number and the position information of the LED street lamp transmitted by the positioning module, and simultaneously receives the serial number and the fault reason of the LED street lamp transmitted by the line detection module;

The receiving of the feedback information of the maintenance personnel mainly comprises the following steps: and receiving control information of a maintenance worker and actual fault reason information discovered after the maintenance worker checks in the field.
