For example: the change degrees of the ambient illuminance within the street length range of 100m are similar, and if the ambient illuminance is equivalent, only one ambient illuminance detection unit needs to be arranged at the top of the street lamp at the middle section, and particularly, only one detection unit needs to be arranged on suburb roads and rural roads to meet the requirement; secondly, the working time of the environment detection unit is also set according to the illumination change condition along the street, for example: setting the initial working time interval of the ambient light illumination detection unit to be 10min, the longest time interval to be 1h and the shortest time interval to be 1min, if the variation amplitude of the ambient light intensity along the street within 10min is smaller than the set threshold value, properly prolonging the working time interval of the ambient light illumination detection unit next time, adjusting the working time interval to be 15min, if the variation amplitude of the ambient light intensity along the street within 10min is larger than the set threshold value, properly shortening the working time interval of the ambient light illumination detection unit next time, adjusting the working time interval to be 5min, and thus updating data and automatically adjusting the working time interval by the ambient light illumination detection unit.

The traffic illuminance is also operated at set operation time intervals, for example: setting the initial working time interval of the traffic flow illuminance analysis unit to be 10min, the longest time interval to be 30min and the shortest time interval to be 1min, wherein the traffic flow illuminance change is smaller than a set threshold value within 10min, and then the traffic flow illuminance analysis unit can work for 15min once in the next time, so that the working time of the traffic flow illuminance analysis unit is adjusted; if the analysis result of the traffic flow illuminance analysis unit shows that the traffic flow illuminance change is larger than the set threshold value within 10min, the traffic flow illuminance analysis unit can work once within 5min next time, and thus the working time of the traffic flow illuminance analysis unit is adjusted. The environment illuminance detection unit is used for detecting the illumination intensity of all light sources in the traffic environment, the traffic flow data is analyzed by the traffic flow illuminance analysis unit, and the net environment illumination intensity under the condition of no traffic flow is obtained according to the superposition principle of the illumination intensity. The illumination intensity of the illumination light which can be contributed by all the light sources in the surrounding environment at night, the illumination intensity of the illumination light, the illumination intensity of the traffic flow and the illumination intensity emitted by the street lamp jointly form the optimal safe illumination intensity which meets the requirement of safe driving of the vehicle. The ambient light illumination detection unit comprises an illumination intensity program which can be formed aiming at the traffic flow under different traffic flow densities according to different road conditions. The illumination intensity of the traffic flow light beams is analyzed through experimental statistics, and data fitting is carried out to obtain the illumination intensity which can be formed by the traffic flow light beams under different traffic flow densities. The data of the detection unit are transmitted and interacted by a data receiving device in the street lamp through a 5G communication base station, and the data are transmitted to a data analysis system.

For the working mode of the intelligent street lamp system based on the 5G communication technology/Internet of things technology disclosed by the invention, as shown in fig. 4, the invention is applicable to the field of street lamps.
