Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a carbon isotope labeling apparatus for portable plant leaves, comprising: a bottle body main body 1 and an upper cover 2;

4) referring to FIG. 6, the leaf of the marked plant is downward, and one marked leaf or 2 leaves of the same leaf stem are selected; the leaf and stem are clamped in the leaf and stem through hole, the knob 236 on the main cover 21 is pressed, and the auxiliary cover 22 is twisted to be reset to the notch part 211 on the main cover 21; the main cover 21 and the auxiliary cover 22 are mutually closed inclined surfaces, and the close fit between the main cover 21 and the auxiliary cover 22 is increased under the lifting force of the spring 233;

5) placing the blade in the bottle body, and screwing the bottle cap 2;

9) the volume of the injected stable carbon isotope gas is 5ml during marking, and the marking time is controlled to be 30 min.
