Background

The pneumatic measuring instrument is used as a precise measuring instrument and matched with a pneumatic measuring head, and the inner diameter of a processed workpiece can be measured by using a comparative measuring method, and the working principle is as follows: the pneumatic measuring head is provided with an air outlet hole, the air outlet hole is connected with compressed air through an air inlet air passage, the pneumatic measuring head is positioned in a measured workpiece during measurement, the air outlet hole is close to a measurement point of the measured workpiece, a gap exists between the measuring head and the measured workpiece, and the compressed air escapes from the gap. The change of the air pressure can be caused by the change of the gaps with different sizes, the gas-electric converter converts the pressure change into related electric signals to the data processing element, and the data are processed by utilizing the single-chip computer technology, so that the change quantity of the measured size relative to the standard size can be directly indicated on the digital display screen and the color light column.

In the automobile manufacturing industry, the inner diameters of various holes on automobile parts are often required to be measured to ensure the processing quality, however, at present, a pneumatic measuring head for measuring the automobile parts usually measures a workpiece through an air outlet hole with a specific diameter, point contact cannot be made, and a large measuring error exists for a measured workpiece with large surface roughness.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides the elastic sheet type pneumatic measuring device applied to inner diameter measurement, which aims to solve the problems that a pneumatic measuring head used for measuring automobile parts in the prior art usually measures a workpiece through an air outlet hole with a specific diameter, cannot measure the highest point of the part, and has larger measurement error for the measured workpiece with larger surface roughness.

In order to solve the above technical problem, an elastic sheet type pneumatic measuring device applied to inner diameter measurement provided in embodiment 1 of the present invention is understood with reference to fig. 1 to 4, and includes a measuring head 1 engaged with a workpiece to be measured, a sleeve-shaped operating handle 2, and a positioning and mounting portion 3; two ends of the operating handle 2 are respectively connected with the measuring head 1 and the positioning installation part 3; the measuring head 1 comprises a measuring head body 11, a spray head 12, an elastic baffle 13 and an elastic contact 14; the measuring head main body 11 is connected with the operating handle 2, an air inlet channel 111 for communicating an external air source is axially arranged on the measuring head main body 11, and the air inlet channel 111 penetrates through the operating handle 2 and the positioning installation part 3; an air outlet channel 112 is radially arranged on the measuring head main body 11, one end of the air outlet channel 112 is communicated with the air inlet channel 111, and the other end of the air outlet channel 112 penetrates through the surface of the measuring head main body 11; the measuring head main body 11 is provided with a mounting groove 113, and the elastic baffle 13 is arranged in the mounting groove 113; the spray head 12 is arranged at the rear end of the elastic baffle 13, and the spray head 12 is communicated with the other end of the air outlet channel 112; the elastic contact 14 is disposed in the mounting groove 113, and the elastic contact 14 is disposed at one end of the elastic barrier 13. The invention adopts the elastic baffle 13, the measuring head main body 11 is in contact with the measured surface through the self elastic deformation of the elastic baffle 13, a gap is generated between the measuring head main body and the spray head 12 at the rear side of the elastic baffle 13, the measuring air pressure corresponding to the measuring gap is obtained through the pressure measuring mechanism, and the aperture of the hole to be measured can be calculated based on the difference value between the measuring air pressure and the reference air pressure and the size of the calibration piece, compared with the pneumatic measuring head in the prior art, the structure design is simpler and more reasonable, thereby reducing the manufacturing difficulty of the pneumatic measuring head to a greater extent, the elastic deformation of the elastic baffle 13 can sensitively reflect the slight change of the hole to be measured, thereby greatly improving the measuring precision of the pneumatic measuring device, solving the problems that the pneumatic measuring head for measuring automobile parts in the prior art is generally more complex in structure, complicated in operation and lower in measuring efficiency, and the manufacturing cost is high.

Further, the measuring head 1 also comprises an end cap 15; the end cover 15 is arranged at the end part of the measuring head main body 11 through an inner hexagonal socket head cap screw; the outer edge of the end cover 15 is provided with a plurality of air blowing grooves 151 which are uniformly distributed.
