The stirring and crushing mechanism comprises a third shaft 15, a third cone pulley 16, a material plate 17, a rotating plate 18, small supports 19, a fourth support plate 20, an extrusion column 21, a second motor 22 and a gear 23, wherein the third shaft 15 is rotatably installed in the middle of the two first support plates 4, the top end of the third shaft 15 is fixedly provided with the third cone pulley 16, the material plate 17 is fixedly installed inside the barrel 3, the material plate 17 is rotatably connected with the third shaft 15, the material plate 17 is arranged on the lower side of the first support plates 4, the upper side of the material plate 17 is an inclined plane, a rectangular hole is formed in the thinner part of the material plate 17, the rotating plate 18 is fixedly installed on the third shaft 15, the rotating plate 18 is arranged on the lower side of the material plate 17, the rotating plate 18 is rotatably connected with the material plate 17, the rotating plate 18 is provided with two rectangular holes, the rectangular holes in the rotating plate 18 are as large as the rectangular holes in the material plate 17, the support plates 18 are fixedly installed with the two small supports 19 and the two, two fourth supporting plates 20 are respectively arranged at the rear sides of the two rectangular holes, two pairs of extrusion columns 21 are respectively and rotatably arranged between the small supports 19 and the fourth supporting plates 20 at the two sides, a small gap is formed between each pair of extrusion columns 21, a gear 23 is fixedly arranged at the front side of each extrusion column 21, the gear 23 at the front side of each pair of extrusion columns 21 is meshed, a second motor 22 is fixedly arranged on each small support 19, and the output shaft of each second motor 22 is fixedly connected with one gear 23 at the front side of each pair of extrusion columns 21.

When the bamboo charcoal is crushed, a small piece of bamboo charcoal is put in from one end of the barrel 3, the bamboo charcoal is put on the material plate 17, the second cone pulley 14 rotates to drive the third cone pulley 16 to rotate, the third cone pulley 16 rotates to drive the rotating plate 18 to rotate through the third shaft 15, when the rectangular hole in the rotating plate 18 is overlapped with the rectangular hole in the material plate 17, the bamboo charcoal falls into the rectangular hole in the rotating plate 18, the output shaft of the second motor 22 rotates to drive one gear 23 to rotate, when one gear 23 rotates, the other gear 23 rotates, the two gears 23 rotate oppositely to drive the two extrusion columns 21 to rotate oppositely, the two extrusion columns 21 rotate oppositely to crush the bamboo charcoal falling into the rectangular hole in the rotating plate 18, and the crushed bamboo charcoal falls onto the crushing mechanism.

The rolling mechanism comprises a connecting column 24, a fourth cone pulley 25 and a bushing 26, fifth cone pulley 27, rolling column 28 and sixth cone pulley 29, column 24 rotates and installs the downside at swivel plate 18, bushing 26 fixed mounting is in the inside downside of cask 3, the bottom of third axle 15 rotates with bushing 26 and is connected, the bottom of column 24 contacts with bushing 26, two rolling columns 28 are installed to column 24 below symmetry, the inboard and column 24 of two rolling columns 28 rotate and are connected, fixed mounting has fifth cone pulley 27 on bushing 26, fourth cone pulley 25 fixed mounting is on third axle 15, fourth cone pulley 25 is on the upside of fifth cone pulley 27, the inboard of two rolling columns 28 all fixed mounting has sixth cone pulley 29, two sixth cone pulleys 29 are between fourth cone pulley 25 and fifth cone pulley 27, two sixth cone pulleys 29 all mesh with fourth cone pulley 25 and fifth cone pulley 27, two rolling columns 28 contact with bushing 26.

The bamboo charcoal after the stirring is broken can fall on the bushing 26, the third shaft 15 rotates to drive the fourth cone pulley 25 to rotate, the sixth cone pulley 29 is meshed with the fourth cone pulley 25, the fourth cone pulley 25 rotates to drive the sixth cone pulley 29 to rotate, the sixth cone pulley 29 rotates to drive the rolling column 28 to rotate, because the fifth cone pulley 27 is fixedly installed on the bushing 26, the fifth cone pulley 27 is meshed with the sixth cone pulley 29, the rolling column 28 also revolves while rotating, the bamboo charcoal falling on the bushing 26 can be rolled again when the rolling column 28 rotates, and the bamboo charcoal rolled into powder can fall into the screening mechanism from small holes on the bushing 26.

The screening mechanism comprises fifth support plates 32, a cylindrical frame 33, a cover plate 34, inclined plates 35, screening boxes 36, fourth shafts 37, seventh cone pulleys 38, rectangular frames 39 and semi-circular plates 40, the number of the fifth support plates 32 is three, the three fifth support plates 32 are fixedly arranged on the upper side of the base plate 1, the cylindrical frames 33 are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the three fifth support plates 32, the inclined plates 35 are fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of the cylindrical frames 33, circular holes are formed in the middle parts of the inclined plates 35, the screening boxes 36 are rotatably arranged on the circular holes in the middle parts of the inclined plates 35, the screening boxes 36 are arranged inside the cylindrical frames 33, the cover plate 34 is fixedly arranged at the top ends of the cylindrical frames 33, the circular holes are rotatably connected with the upper sides of the screening boxes 36, the top ends of the screening boxes 36 are rotatably connected with the bottom ends of the cylindrical barrels 3, the rectangular frames 39 are fixedly arranged on the upper side of the base plate 1, the fourth shafts 37 are rotatably arranged, seventh cone pulley 38 meshes with first cone pulley 8, and the top of fourth shaft 37 and the downside fixed connection of screening case 36, and the downside of screening case 36 opens has the osculum, and half-circular plate 40 installs on the osculum of screening case 36 downside, and half-circular plate 40 rotates with screening case 36 downside middle part to be connected, and it has a plurality of apertures to open on the screening case 36 lateral wall.

Screening case 36 one end is rotated with the one end of cask 3 and is connected, it is rotatory that first cone pulley 8 drives seventh cone pulley 38, it is rotatory that seventh cone pulley 38 is rotatory to drive fourth shaft 37, fourth shaft 37 is rotatory to drive screening case 36 rotatory, screening case 36 is rotatory to be thrown away bamboo charcoal powder from the aperture of side through centrifugal force, the bamboo charcoal powder of throwing away can fall on swash plate 35, can open screening case 36 through rotatory semicircle board 40 after the screening, can clear up screening case 36 after opening.

The discharging mechanism comprises a triangular plate 3501, a discharging box 41, a baffle plate 42 and a hinge 43, a long opening is formed in the cylindrical frame 33, the triangular plate 3501 is installed on the right side of the long opening, the triangular plate 3501 is fixedly installed on the inclined plate 35, the upper side of the triangular plate 3501 is in contact with the lower side of the screening box 36, the discharging box 41 is installed on the long opening of the cylindrical frame 33, and the baffle plate 42 is installed on the discharging box 41 through the hinge 43.

Screening case 36 can drive bamboo charcoal powder when rotating and rotate, and bamboo charcoal powder can be blocked by set-square 3501 when rotating, can flow out through ejection of compact case 41 through inertia bamboo charcoal powder after blocking, and baffle 42 can prevent that bamboo charcoal powder from flying everywhere, and the staff only need in ejection of compact case 41 exit with bamboo charcoal powder meet the post can.

Example 3

On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1 and 12, the material plate 17 further comprises a pressing block 30 and a spring 31, a rectangular groove is formed in the lower side of the thicker portion of the material plate 17, the pressing block 30 is slidably mounted in the rectangular groove on the material plate 17, and the spring 31 is fixedly mounted between the pressing block 30 and the material plate 17.

When the rectangular hole on the rotating plate 18 rotates to one side of the thicker material plate 17, the pressing block 30 presses down the bamboo charcoal which is not stirred through the elastic force of the spring 31, so that when the rectangular hole on the rotating plate 18 is overlapped with the rectangular hole on the material plate 17 again, the bamboo charcoal can be smoothly stirred up, and the phenomenon that the residual bamboo charcoal causes that the extrusion column 21 is not contacted with the bamboo charcoal is avoided.

Also comprises a door 44, the door 44 is fixedly arranged on the front side of the barrel 3, and the inside of the bamboo charcoal can be cleaned by opening the door 44 after the bamboo charcoal is crushed.

After the bamboo charcoal powder is crushed, the door 44 can be opened to clean the inside of the barrel 3, so that the inside of the round through hole is kept clean, and the bamboo charcoal powder can be prevented from being attached to the length of the bushing 26 to block the bushing 26.
