According to incomplete statistics, more than 90% of the sewage treatment plants in China adopt an activated sludge method, about 50% of the operation cost is electricity charge in municipal sewage treatment plants taking the activated sludge method as a main process, and 50-60% of the electricity charge is used for blast aeration. The blast aeration system comprises a blower, an air pipeline and an aerator. The aerator, namely the air diffusion device, converts air generated by the air blower conveyed by the air pipeline into micro-bubbles which are uniformly dispersed in water for the utilization of microorganisms. Therefore, the stable operation of the aerator and the high and low oxygen transmission efficiency are the key points of energy conservation, consumption reduction, quality improvement and efficiency improvement of the sewage treatment plant. The micropore aerator has the advantages of increasing a gas-liquid contact interface due to small size and large specific surface area of generated bubbles, along with high oxygen transfer rate and low energy consumption, and is widely applied at present.

Along with aeration systems's operation, microporous aerator has the damage and the jam of different degree, and inside partial mud got into the aerator, lead to the aeration resistance to increase, the aeration is uneven, and oxygenation ability and oxygen transfer efficiency descend, among the prior art, the conventional washing to microporous aerator is online cleaning and does not dismantle artifical the scrubbing, and these two kinds of cleaning methods consume too big and the cleaning performance is unsatisfactory of cost of labor.

the other end of the medicine inlet hose is arranged in the cleaning agent, the circulating pump is started, the circulating pump sucks the cleaning agent through the other end of the medicine inlet hose, the cleaning agent is pressed into the microporous aerator through the circulating pump sequentially through the medicine outlet hose, the circulating main pipe and the circulating branch pipe to clean the microporous aerator, and the cleaning agent flows into the cleaning box through the plurality of first medicine outlets of the microporous aerator.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the cleaning apparatus further includes a blowdown pipe 7, an electric box 17, a fixing bracket 13, a plurality of joints 10, a first pressure-equalizing pipe 14, and a second pressure-equalizing pipe 15. One end of the emptying pipe 7 is connected with the emptying port of the cleaning box 2; the emptying pipe 7 is provided with an emptying valve 8. The distribution box 17 is electrically connected to the circulation pump 5. The cleaning tank 2, the circulating pump 5 and the distribution box 17 are detachably connected to the fixed bracket 13; the material of the fixing bracket 13 is steel. The second medicine inlet of the circulation branch pipe 3 is detachably connected with the circulation main pipe 4 through a joint 16. The other end of each circulation branch pipe 3 is respectively connected to a first pressure balance pipe 14; one end of the second pressure balance pipe 15 is vertically connected to the first pressure balance pipe 14, and the other end is a free end; a second regulating valve 18 is arranged on the second pressure-equalizing pipe 15 near the free end of the second pressure-equalizing pipe 15. The first pressure balance pipe 14 and the second pressure balance pipe 15 are used for adjusting the pressure in the circulation branch pipe 3, when the pressure in the circulation branch pipe 3 is too large, the second adjusting pipe 18 is opened, the pressure in the circulation branch pipe 3 is released through the free end of the second pressure balance pipe 18, otherwise, the circulation branch pipe 3 is easily burst due to the too large pressure in the circulation branch pipe 3, and the cleaning effect is affected.

As shown in fig. 4, a chemical self-circulation cleaning method of a micro-porous aerator, which utilizes the chemical self-circulation cleaning device, comprises:

step S1, respectively installing a plurality of microporous aerators 1 to be cleaned on second medicine outlets of the circulating branch pipes 3;

step S2, adding a cleaning agent into the cleaning box 2 and enabling the cleaning agent to submerge the microporous aerator 1;

step S3 is to set the other end of the chemical feed hose 12 in the cleaning chemical and turn on the circulation pump 5, and the circulation pump 5 sucks the cleaning chemical through the other end of the chemical feed hose 12.

Wherein, wash the medicament and pass through a medicine flexible hose 11, circulation main 4 and circulation branch pipe 3 in proper order through circulating pump 5 and impress in order to wash microporous aerator 1 in microporous aerator 1, wash in the medicament flows into washing case 2 through a plurality of first medicine mouths of microporous aerator 1.

To sum up, the medicament self-circulation cleaning device comprises a cleaning box, a circulation main pipe and a circulation pump, wherein a plurality of circulation branch pipes are arranged in the cleaning box, the cleaning box can contain cleaning liquid medicament, a second medicament outlet of each circulation branch pipe is connected with a first medicament inlet of a microporous aerator, the circulation main pipe is arranged outside the cleaning box, a second medicament inlet of each circulation branch pipe is respectively connected with a third medicament inlet of the circulation main pipe, a fourth medicament inlet of the circulation pump is connected with one end of a medicament inlet hose, the other end of the medicament inlet hose is inserted into the cleaning liquid medicament of the cleaning box so that the circulation pump can suck the cleaning liquid medicament through the medicament inlet hose, and a third medicament outlet of the circulation pump is connected with the third medicament inlet of the circulation main pipe through the medicament outlet hose; the circulating pump can realize that automatic washing to the micropore aerator can be realized, the circulating pump washs the medicament through the other end suction of advancing the medicine hose, it passes through out the medicine hose in proper order to wash the medicament through the circulating pump, circulation main pipe and circulation branch pipe are impressed in the micropore aerator and are washd the micropore aerator, make the stifled thing of dirt in washing liquid medicine and the micropore aerator fully contact and react, the cleaning performance who is showing has, the washing medicament in the micropore aerator that impresses flows in through a plurality of first medicine mouths of micropore aerator and washs the incasement so that the washing medicament can recycle, the cleaning efficiency of micropore aerator has been improved, manual cleaning has been replaced simultaneously, effectively solved among the prior art unsatisfactory and consume the too big problem of cost of labor to the micropore aerator cleaning performance.
