The fragrance master batch is a porous AS carrier added with 10% of liquid essence.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical advantages:

Examples 2-5 in Table 2 are the test results of a long-lasting fragrance ABS material prepared according to the invention and the representative embodiment of the preparation method. From table 2 the following conclusions can be drawn:

the invention discloses a lasting fragrance ABS material and a preparation method thereof, which effectively reduces the odor intensity of the material through double-screw extruder and double vacuum after random copolymerization carrier fragrance master batch, a main ABS material and various auxiliary agents are blended at high speed, and optimizes the odor type of the material.

According to the lily fragrance master batch, 1 part of AS carrier lily fragrance master batch is added, so that the fragrance intensity can be effectively reduced, the material odor type (lily) is improved, and the requirement of 3.5 grade of popular odor standard PV3900 can be met. And is superior to other flavors such as candy, banana, orange flavor, etc.

Under the normal placing condition, the durability is verified by a repetitive odor test every 15 days, 4 rounds of odor test tests are carried out within 60 days, the odor type and the concentration are relatively stable, and the fragrance is relatively durable, which shows that the durable fragrance ABS material manufactured by the method can obviously improve and promote the automobile interior decoration environment.
