Background

The deep sea flexible riser is a key part in a deep sea oil and gas exploitation system and is a bridge between an ocean platform and a seabed oil field. The flexible vertical pipe has strong plasticity and can adapt to severe environmental loads, so the flexible vertical pipe is often applied to deep sea oil and gas exploitation. The bending capacity is strong, and the joint with the floating body or the pipeline joint is easy to bend and is locally damaged, so a bending reinforcer is required to be arranged at a locally vulnerable position to avoid damage. The traditional bending reinforcer has slightly higher rigidity at the outlet of the pipeline, is easy to abrade the outer surface of the vertical pipe, and the pipeline is also easy to generate stress concentration at the point, so that bending or extrusion occurs, and the fatigue life of the pipeline is shortened.

Therefore, a new bend stiffener with a stiffness transition exit is needed to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the bending stiffener for deep sea flexible riser with rubber protective sleeve joint of the present invention includes an integrally cast three-section polyurethane main body sleeve 1 attached to and wrapping the outer wall of the flexible riser, and a rubber protective sleeve joint 2. The main body sleeve 1 is of a three-section hollow structure, the two ends of the main body sleeve are respectively an A end and a B end, 104 is a notch with 120-degree interval on the outer surface of the B end, as shown in fig. 2, a through hole 105 is arranged in the notch, and a screw can conveniently penetrate through the rubber protective sleeve interface 2 and the B end to be connected together through the screw.
