As shown in fig. 1, the organic matter swinging aerobic composting device of the embodiment includes a feeding unit, a swinging roller 6 and a discharging pipe 9, wherein the swinging roller 6 is obliquely supported by a fixed bracket 7 and is driven to swing back and forth by a swinging mechanism, as shown in fig. 2, the swinging mechanism includes a lower swinging oil cylinder 10 and an upper swinging oil cylinder 11, one end of the lower swinging oil cylinder 10 is connected with the fixed bracket 7, the other end is connected with the bottom of the swinging roller 6, one end of the upper swinging oil cylinder 11 is connected with the fixed bracket 7, and the other end is connected with the top of the swinging roller 6; the swinging cylinder is driven to swing forwards and backwards by the synchronous extension or retraction of the upper swinging oil cylinder and the lower swinging oil cylinder.

The high end and the low end of the swing roller 6 are respectively fixedly connected with a hot air fixing end cover 5 and a discharge fixing end cover 8, the hot air fixing end cover 5 and the discharge fixing end cover 8 are both in sealing connection with the swing roller, and the sealing can adopt mechanical sealing, labyrinth mechanical sealing, material filling sealing and other modes. The hot air fixed end cover 5 is provided with a hot air blower 4, the hot air blower 4 introduces external hot air into the swing drum, and the hot air fixed end cover 5 is trumpet-shaped so as to ensure that the hot air is uniformly blown into the swing drum. The high-end top of swing cylinder 6 is provided with cylinder feed inlet 3, the feeding unit includes feeder hopper 1 and material conveyer 2, material conveyer 2 is the screw conveyer, and the low side and the feeder hopper 1 intercommunication of material conveyer 2, high-end and cylinder feed inlet 3 intercommunication.

When the automatic material mixing and proportioning device works specifically, after organic materials such as livestock and poultry manure, straws and leaves are mixed and proportioned, the organic materials enter from the feed hopper, enter the swing drum through the drum feed port under the lifting and conveying action of the material conveyor, the swing drum is driven to swing back and forth through the upper swing oil cylinder and the lower swing oil cylinder, the materials are gradually conveyed to the low end from the high end of the swing drum under the action of the gravity of the materials, and the organic materials are completely decomposed and discharged through the discharge pipe 9 under the action of hot air.
