In recent years, explosion accidents in powder enterprises and petrochemical industries are frequent, related explosion-proof products (such as explosion-proof valves, explosion venting and explosion suppression devices) in the dust industry develop rapidly, but the performance of the products cannot be verified reliably. The dust explosion testing equipment well simulates the explosion effect of dust in a local space and can make the truest and reliable data support for the performance of an explosion-proof product; in addition, the quick-opening door equipment for the pressure-bearing equipment is the same as dust explosion testing equipment and needs to be opened and closed frequently, the traditional door opening structure is in a flange form, bolts and nuts are fastened, time and labor are wasted during operation, and the working efficiency is low; the same is true for pressure vessels that require frequent opening and closing, such as ball-receiving and-dispensing cartridges, filters, separators, etc. Therefore, for an explosion demonstration device and a pressure container needing to be opened and closed frequently, it is very important to design a safe, reliable, time-saving and labor-saving opening and closing mechanism.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the lock ring type quick-opening blind plate and the using method thereof, and the lock ring type quick-opening blind plate is simple to operate, safe and reliable.

A locking ring type quick-opening blind plate comprises a blind plate cover, a cylinder short section, a sealing ring, a locking ring assembly, a meshing disc, a pressing cover, a stressing rod, a rotating arm assembly and a safety interlock; the blind plate cover is embedded in a large hole of a center hole at one end of the cylinder nipple, the blind plate cover and the cylinder nipple are sealed through a sealing ring, an annular inner clamping groove is formed in the edge of the inner wall of the cylinder nipple at the outer side of the blind plate cover, the locking ring assembly is clamped on the annular inner clamping groove, the occlusion disc is tightly attached to the outer end face of the blind plate cover through the pressing cover, the pressing cover is connected with the blind plate cover through a bolt, a force applying rod is installed on the outer end face of the occlusion disc, the safety interlock is in threaded connection with the edge of the outer end face of the blind plate cover, a rotating arm assembly is arranged on the outer circular face of the cylinder nipple, and the other.

The safety interlock comprises a pressure relief screw and a connecting plate, wherein one end, close to a threaded part, of a polished rod part of the pressure relief screw is provided with the connecting plate, the threaded part of the pressure relief screw is in threaded connection with a blind plate cover, and when the blind plate cover is locked, the connecting plate is clamped in a gap between two adjacent monomer locking rings. The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the quick-opening blind plate structure is designed according to GB150 pressure vessel and SY/T0556 quick-opening blind plate technical specification, can be applied to a high-pressure working condition to be used as a pressure-bearing part, and has the advantages of good sealing performance, difficult leakage, simple operation and high reliability;

2. the invention has simple structure, safety and stability, can be applied to dust explosion equipment, pressure-bearing quick-opening equipment and pressure containers which need frequent opening and closing in the petrochemical industry, and has wide application range.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a locking ring type quick-opening blind plate comprises a blind plate cover 3, a cylinder short section 1, a sealing ring 2, a locking ring component 4, a meshing disc 5, a pressing cover 7, a stressing rod 8, a rotating arm component 9 and a safety interlock 6; the blind plate cover 3 is embedded in a large hole of a center hole at one end of the cylinder short section 1 and sealed by the sealing ring 2, an annular inner clamping groove is formed in the edge of the inner wall of the cylinder short section 1 at the outer side of the blind plate cover 3, the locking ring assembly 4 is clamped on the annular inner clamping groove, the meshing disc 5 is tightly attached to the outer end face of the blind plate cover 3 through the pressing cover 7, the pressing cover 7 is connected with the blind plate cover 3 through bolts, a force applying rod 8 is installed on the outer end face of the meshing disc 5, the safety interlock 6 is in threaded connection with the edge of the outer end face of the blind plate cover 3, the force applying rod 8 and the safety interlock 6 are arranged in a short section shape of 90 degrees, a rotating arm assembly 9 is arranged on the outer circular face of the cylinder 1, the symmetric center line of the rotating arm assembly 9 is collinear with the symmetric center line of the safety interlock.

The locking ring assembly 4 comprises locking rings 401, tension rods 402 and limiting blocks 403, the locking rings 401 are of a circular ring structure formed by four monomer locking rings, the number of the tension rods 402 is the same as that of the monomer locking rings, one end of each tension rod 402 is connected with the corresponding monomer locking ring, the other end of each tension rod 402 is embedded into a groove 501 of the meshing disc 5 through a sliding block on each tension rod, the limiting blocks 403 are arranged on the tension rods 402, the limiting blocks 403 are fixedly arranged on the outer end face of the blind plate cover 3, and the positions of the tension rods 402 are limited so that the tension rods 402 can keep radial movement; when the quick-opening blind plate cover 3 is in a locking state, the locking ring 401 is clamped on the circular inner clamping groove of the cylinder short section 1 to restrain the position of the blind plate cover 3 in the cylinder short section 1, and the locking effect is achieved.

The number of the single locking rings is 2-4 according to the specification and the size of the blind plate cover 3.

The surface of the meshing disc 5, which is contacted with the blind plate cover 3, is provided with grooves 501, the tracks of the grooves 501 gradually increase outwards, and the number of the grooves 501 is the same as that of the single locking rings.

The rotating arm assembly 9 comprises an axle lug 901, a rotating arm 902, a pin shaft 904, a shaft sleeve 903 and a jackscrew 905, one end of the rotating arm 902 is fixedly connected with the outer end face of the blind plate cover 3, the other end of the rotating arm is connected with the axle lug 901 through the pin shaft 904 and the shaft sleeve 903 and is fixed through the jackscrew 905, the axle lug 901 is welded on the outer circular face of the cylinder short section 1, and the rotating arm 902 can drive the blind plate cover 3 to rotate around the shaft.

The safety interlock 6 comprises a pressure relief screw 601 and a connecting plate 602, wherein the connecting plate 602 is arranged at one end, close to a threaded part, of a polished rod part of the pressure relief screw 601, the threaded part of the pressure relief screw 601 is in threaded connection with the blind plate cover 3, and when the blind plate cover 3 is locked, the connecting plate 602 is clamped in a gap between two adjacent monomer locking rings. The pressure relief screw 601 is limited, the pressure relief screw 601 is not screwed out, the connecting plate 602 cannot be taken out, the blind plate cover 3 cannot be unlocked, the door is prevented from being opened under pressure, and personal safety is guaranteed.

A use method of a lock ring type quick-opening blind plate comprises the following steps:

when the blind plate cover 3 is in a locking state and needs to be opened, the pressure relief screw 601 is screwed out, and the connecting plate 602 is taken down; the force applying rod 8 is gripped to rotate clockwise, namely in the arrow direction in fig. 1, the force applying rod 8 is fixed on the meshing disc 5 to drive the meshing disc 5 to rotate, the meshing disc 5 pulls the tension rod 402 in the groove 501 to slide along the track of the groove 501, the tension rod 402 drives the locking ring 401 to contract radially, and the locking ring is pulled out from the circular inner clamping groove of the cylinder short section 1 to achieve an unlocking state; as shown in fig. 3, the force applying rod 8 is moved outward to rotate the blind plate cover 3 out around the rotating arm 902, and the door opening process is completed, as shown in fig. 5;

when the blind plate cover 3 is in an unlocking state and needs to be closed, the force applying rod 8 is moved inwards, and the blind plate cover 3 is screwed into the cylinder nipple 1 around the rotating arm 902; the force applying rod 8 is tightly held to rotate in the anticlockwise direction, the force applying rod 8 is fixed on the meshing disc 5 to drive the meshing disc 5 to rotate, the meshing disc 5 pulls the tension rod 402 in the groove 501 to slide along the track of the groove 501, and the tension rod 402 drives the locking ring 401 to radially expand and be clamped into the annular inner clamping groove of the barrel nipple 1 to achieve a locking state; and installing a connecting plate 602, and screwing the pressure relief screw 601 to complete the door closing process.
