Background

Engineering blasting is a high-risk special industry related to explosive materials, and workers who carry out blasting every year do not have proper preventive measures because of violation of blasting safety regulations, misleading in information communication, or unqualified blasting steps, for example, in a blasting danger range, ordinary workers break into a blasting warning range and are not found in time, and if the workers in the blasting warning range cannot timely and accurately receive evacuation messages, a dazzling blasting engineering accident is caused.

In the prior art, blasting error prevention measures such as strengthening the training assessment of operators on blasting safety regulations or arranging specific operators to manually monitor the operation process of blasting operators are generally adopted, however, the blasting error prevention measures prevent blasting engineering accidents by standardizing the actions of the operators, so that the conditions of incomplete monitoring, such as off-duty and dozing of the operators, or untimely monitoring and omission exist, are inevitable, and the blasting error prevention measures in the prior art are difficult to effectively monitor and manage the blasting operators and reduce the probability of major blasting accidents.

The positioning system 100 is used to position the positioning device 110 and the initiation point of the area to be blasted. When the initiation point is located, specifically, the location of the initiation point is located by a locating device in the locating system 100, so as to accurately obtain the location of the initiation point. The blast error prevention system further includes an initiation controller 330 (e.g., a programmable control switch), and the initiation controller 330 is connected to the initiation line and connected to the error prevention main unit 310, and controls the initiation line to be turned off or on under the control of the error prevention main unit 310. The anti-error host 310 controls the detonation circuit to be connected through the detonation controller only when monitoring that all the positioning devices are located outside the warning area, and the alarm information of any positioning device and the anti-error unmanned aerial vehicle is not received, and the allowable detonation instruction of the decision device is received, so as to allow detonation, and controls the detonation circuit to be disconnected if the anti-error host 310 does not receive the allowable detonation instruction of the decision device, so as to prohibit detonation, so that the anti-error effect of the anti-error blasting system is improved. When the anti-misoperation host 310 controls the communication of the detonation circuit through the detonation controller, although detonation is allowed, the detonation can be performed only after a detonation instruction is sent by a blaster through the detonator 340, so that the safety of blasting is further improved.

The embodiment of the invention is suitable for a blasting anti-misoperation system to monitor blasting operation executed in a blasting process, and particularly the blasting anti-misoperation system comprises a positioning system, a warning area and an anti-misoperation device connected with the positioning system, wherein the positioning system comprises a plurality of positioning devices used for positioning the positioning devices and a blasting point of an area to be blasted, and the positioning devices are carried by a security guard (positioning device user). The positioning device can utilize the existing positioning system to perform positioning, for example, a GPS positioning system, a beidou positioning system, etc., and the positioning device can be a dedicated positioning terminal or a communication terminal with a positioning function (for example, a mobile phone with a positioning function). Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the constructing of the positioning system further includes providing a base station, the base station is connected to the positioning device to realize positioning of the positioning device and the initiation point, and the error prevention device is in communication connection with the base station to obtain a positioning signal of the positioning device. In step S302, the position of the detonation point is located by a locating device, and a preset area covering the detonation point is set as an alert area.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the alert zone is an area covering the initiation point, and the area (i.e. alert zone) is considered to be a dangerous area where people or things in the area are vulnerable to the explosion during the explosion, and the alert zone is usually a circular area centered on the initiation point, but may be other suitable areas. In one embodiment, a user can input a monitoring map matched with the site working condition of the detonation point through the anti-misoperation host, the monitoring map can be drawn by the user according to the terrain of the detonation point, the anti-misoperation host determines the monitoring map into an alert area after receiving the monitoring map input by the user and matched with the site working condition of the detonation point, and sends the alert area to the plurality of positioning devices and the anti-misoperation unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the alert area can be accurately determined according to the site working condition of the detonation point, and the patrol efficiency of the positioning device user and the anti-misoperation unmanned aerial vehicle is improved. In another embodiment, the warning zone of the anti-misoperation unmanned aerial vehicle can be determined by the anti-misoperation host and can also be determined by the anti-misoperation unmanned aerial vehicle. In the embodiment of the invention, the anti-error host monitors the positions of all the positioning devices, the alarm information sent by the positioning devices and the alarm information sent by the anti-error unmanned aerial vehicle, and controls the detonation circuit to be disconnected to prohibit detonation if the anti-error host monitors that the positioning devices are positioned in the warning area and receives the alarm information of any one positioning device and the alarm information sent by the anti-error unmanned aerial vehicle. In an embodiment of the present invention, the method for preventing error in blasting further includes configuring a detonation controller, where the detonation controller is connected to the detonation circuit and to the error-prevention host, and controls the detonation circuit to be turned off or on under the control of the error-prevention host, and the detonation controller may be a programmable control switch. Further, the anti-misoperation method for blasting further comprises the step of providing an anti-explosion shelter arranged in the warning area, so that when the length of a blasting line connected with the blasting controller is smaller than a set distance, the anti-explosion shelter is provided for blasting operators, the safety of the operators is improved, and at the moment, the anti-misoperation host is in wireless connection with the blasting controller, and disconnection and connection of the blasting controller are controlled in a wireless mode.

In another embodiment of the invention, the method for preventing error blasting further comprises providing a decision device, the decision device sends an explosion permission instruction to the error prevention host computer when receiving the explosion permission instruction of the decision device user, if the error prevention host computer does not receive the explosion permission instruction of the decision device, the explosion circuit is controlled to be disconnected to prohibit explosion, and the error prevention host computer controls the explosion circuit to be connected to allow explosion only when monitoring that all the positioning devices are located outside the warning area, do not receive any positioning device and the alarm information of the error prevention unmanned aerial vehicle, and receive the explosion permission instruction of the decision device. Therefore, only if all the positioning devices are monitored to be located outside the warning area, any positioning device and the alarm information of the anti-misoperation unmanned aerial vehicle are not received, and the allowable detonation instruction of the decision device is received, the anti-misoperation host machine controls the detonation circuit to be communicated so as to allow detonation, and the anti-misoperation effect of the anti-misoperation blasting system is improved.

The embodiment of the invention is suitable for a blasting anti-error system, which comprises a positioning system, a warning area and an anti-error device, and specifically, reference may be made to the blasting anti-error system shown in the first embodiment and fig. 1. When the positioning device acquires the position information of the detonation point, the positioning device carried by a user (a security officer) through the positioning device can position the detonation point to obtain the position information of the detonation point, specifically, the user carries the corresponding positioning device to reach a specified target area of the detonation point, finds the accurate detonation point in the target area of the detonation point, and positions the detonation point through the positioning device to obtain the accurate position information of the detonation point, and sends the accurate position information to the error-proof host, thereby quickly and accurately acquiring the position information of the detonation point.

In a preferred embodiment, when the positioning device obtains the position information of the initiation point, the error prevention device obtains the initial positions of all the positioning devices, determines the positioning device closest to the initial position of the initiation point according to the initial positions of all the positioning devices and the input initial position of the initiation point (such as the name of the initiation point or a target area of the initiation point), the error prevention host sends a positioning instruction for positioning the initiation point to a positioning device user closest to the initial position of the initiation point, when the positioning device user closest to the initial position of the initiation point receives the positioning instruction, the positioning device user carries a corresponding positioning device to reach the specified target area of the initiation point, searches for the accurate initiation point in the target area of the initiation point, positions the initiation point through the positioning device, sends position confirmation information of the accurate initiation point to the error prevention host, and when the error prevention host receives the position confirmation information returned by the positioning device closest to the initial position of the initiation point, the current position of the positioning device is set to be the position of the detonation point by the anti-misoperation host, so that the positioning accuracy of the detonation point is improved, and meanwhile, the positioning efficiency of the detonation point is improved.

Preferably, in another preferred embodiment, when the error prevention host acquires the position information of the initiation point through the positioning device, the error prevention host further acquires the blasting parameter information of the initiation point and the surrounding environment information of the initiation point, so as to confirm whether the blasting parameter of the initiation point and the surrounding environment of the initiation point meet the preset initiation point requirement, thereby improving the safety and the success rate of subsequent blasting, wherein the blasting parameter information may include the drilling parameter, the charging parameter and the like of the initiation point, and the surrounding environment information of the initiation point may include the geological condition information of the initiation point. Specifically, a positioning device user can shoot an image of a current detonation point through a camera arranged in the positioning device or other communication terminals carried by the positioning device user, the shot image is sent to the anti-error host through the positioning device (namely, a positioning system) or other communication terminals, the anti-error host identifies the image after receiving the image shot by the positioning device user so as to obtain drilling parameters, charging parameters and the like of the detonation point, optionally, the positioning device user can also manually input the data into the positioning device or other communication terminals after measuring the related data of the detonation point, and then the data is sent to the anti-error host through the positioning device or other communication terminals so as to obtain the blasting parameter information of the detonation point and the surrounding environment information of the detonation point.

In step S402, when the anti-misoperation host receives the position information of the detonation point, the warning area of the detonation point is set according to the position information of the detonation point, and the position information of all the positioning devices, the warning information and the warning information of the anti-misoperation unmanned aerial vehicle are monitored.

Preferably, in another preferred embodiment, if the error prevention host further receives the initiation point blasting parameter information and the initiation point surrounding environment information from the positioning device, the received initiation point blasting parameter information and the initiation point surrounding environment information are matched with the initiation point blasting parameter information and the initiation point surrounding environment information stored in the error prevention host in advance, if the initiation point blasting parameter information and the initiation point surrounding environment information are not consistent, a confirmation request of the initiation point blasting parameter information and the initiation point surrounding environment information is sent to the positioning device, so that a positioning device user confirms the initiation point blasting parameter information and the initiation point surrounding environment information, and only when the error prevention host is confirmed to be consistent in matching, the warning area range of the initiation point is set according to the position information of the initiation point, thereby improving the accuracy of setting the warning area range.

In the embodiment of the invention, after the anti-error host sets the warning zone range of the detonation point according to the position information of the detonation point, all positioning device users carry out dangerous patrol in the warning zone range (for example, patrol the warning zone without other people). In one embodiment, when all the users of the positioning devices patrol other people within the range of the warning area (i.e., users of non-positioning devices), the user of the current positioning device can detect whether there are other users of the positioning devices or other people who have mistakenly entered the range of the warning area in the surrounding environment through the human body infrared sensor of the positioning device, and when the user of the current positioning device detects that there are other users of the positioning devices or other people who have mistakenly entered the range of the warning area in the surrounding environment, the user of the current positioning device can send out a warning signal through a speaker or a flash lamp, and can timely remind other people within the range of the warning area or other users of the positioning devices to leave, thereby ensuring that all people within the range of the warning area have left out of the range of the warning area. In another embodiment of the invention, when the positioning device user carries out danger patrol on the warning area, the anti-misoperation unmanned aerial vehicle can also carry out danger synchronous patrol on the warning area, so that the error rate of manual patrol is further reduced, and the safety of blasting is improved. In an embodiment of the present invention, when monitoring the position information and the alarm information of all the positioning devices and the alarm information of the anti-error unmanned aerial vehicle, preferably, the anti-error host monitors communication with the positioning devices and communication with the anti-error unmanned aerial vehicle, and when it is monitored that the communication is abnormal (for example, network delay, large fluctuation of communication signals, etc.), the communication abnormality is processed to ensure safety of blasting. In an embodiment of the invention, if the blasting error prevention system further includes a detonation controller for controlling the detonation circuit to be disconnected or connected, the detonation controller is connected to the detonation circuit and connected with the error prevention host, and at this time, the detonation circuit can be controlled to be disconnected by controlling the detonation circuit to be disconnected so as to prohibit detonation.

In an embodiment of the invention, if the blasting error prevention system further comprises a decision device, the decision device sends an explosion permission instruction to the error prevention host when receiving the explosion permission instruction of the decision device user, and the error prevention host controls the connection of the explosion line only when monitoring that all the positioning devices are located outside the warning area, alarm information of the positioning devices and the error prevention unmanned aerial vehicle is not received, and the explosion permission instruction of the decision device is received, so as to allow explosion, thereby improving the error prevention effect of the blasting error prevention system, and further improving the blasting safety. Specifically, after the anti-misoperation host receives the detonation permission instruction, the anti-misoperation host sends the detonation permission instruction to the detonation controller, and the anti-misoperation host sends the detonation permission instruction to the detonation controller, so that the anti-misoperation device controls the detonation controller to connect the detonation circuit, but the detonator is not directly detonated, and the detonator also needs a field operator to detonate through the detonator, so that the blasting safety is further ensured.

In another preferred embodiment, the error prevention host can also send the warning area range to all the positioning terminals so that the positioning terminals know the own position, and reminding devices, such as indicator lights (or speakers), can be arranged on the positioning terminals and respond to the position of the positioning terminals. When the positioning terminal identifies that the positioning terminal is positioned in the warning area, a red indicator light (or voice prompt) is used for indicating that the positioning terminal is positioned in the warning area; when the positioning terminal is positioned outside the warning area, a green indicator light (or voice prompt) is used for indicating that the positioning terminal is positioned outside the warning area. Of course, in other embodiments, the error prevention host may not send the warning area range to the positioning terminal but only monitor the position information of the positioning terminal, and may control the reminding device on the positioning terminal by sending an instruction to the positioning terminal; when the positioning terminal identifies that the positioning terminal is located in the warning area, the positioning terminal is controlled to indicate that the positioning terminal is located in the warning area through a red indicator lamp; when the positioning terminal is located outside the warning area, the positioning terminal is indicated to be located outside the warning area by a green indicating lamp.

In the embodiment of the invention, the warning area range of the initiation point is set according to the position information of the initiation point, the position information and the alarm information of all the positioning devices and the alarm information of the anti-misoperation unmanned aerial vehicle are monitored, when the current position of any one positioning device is positioned in the warning area, the alarm information of any one positioning device or the alarm information of the anti-misoperation unmanned aerial vehicle is received, the initiation line is controlled to be disconnected, so that initiation is forbidden, the early warning and initiation key processes in the outdoor blasting process, the position of a positioning device user and the like are effectively monitored, and the occurrence rate of blasting accidents is reduced.
