Technical Field

Background

When the household bed mattress is used daily, the contamination condition is easy to occur, and the design that the cloth cover can be detached and washed is convenient for the clean and tidy cleaning of the bed mattress.

At present, the zipper type mattress cloth cover on the market is mainly designed in a detachable way, so that the basic requirement of the mattress cloth cover on the detachment is met, and the requirement on the attractiveness is met. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cover according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the cover provided by the present invention includes: a top cover 1 and a protective cover 2; wherein, the top cover 1 covers in the top of safety cover 2 and can dismantle the connection between the two, safety cover 2 has hollow structure.

The middle cover 21 has the same structural shape as the top cover and is also made of a piece of complete or spliced cloth, and the sewing parts at four corners are sewn, so that the middle cover 21 forms a lower opening three-dimensional structure. The side cover 22 is also made by a method similar to the middle cover 21, but the side cover 22 forms a three-dimensional structure with an upper opening for matching with the middle cover 21, the side cover 22 is provided with a first concave part 221 and a second concave part 222 matched with the third convex part 211 and the fourth convex part 212 at the positions corresponding to the side cover 22, the concave parts extend towards the lower edge direction of the connecting piece where the side cover is positioned respectively, but the lower edge of the concave parts keeps a certain distance with the lower edge of the connecting piece where the concave parts are positioned so as to balance the surface tension of the side cover 22 of the connecting piece, and the middle cover 21 and the side cover 22 are sewn into a whole along the edges of the respective openings. The bottom cover 223 is removably attached to the bottom surface of the side cover 22 and cannot be directly viewed, facilitating the placement or removal of the mattress from the bottom, and maintaining the integrity of the side cover 22 without exposing the internal mattress; the bottom cover 223 can also be made of anti-slip fabric or provided with an anti-slip structure, so that the mattress is placed on the bed, the running position is not easy to occur, and meanwhile, the abrasion of the bottom cover 223 caused by friction is reduced.

Further, the bottom surface of the top cover 1 is the same color as the middle cover 21.

The color of the bottom surface of the top cover 1 is the same as the color of the middle cover 21, and the color of the middle cover 21 is prevented from penetrating the top cover 1, preferably gray. Especially, after long-term use in a humid environment, the top cover 1 can be prevented from being stained with the color of the middle cover 21 due to fading of the middle cover 21, cleaning is facilitated, and the durability and the attractiveness of the product are ensured.

Furthermore, the top cover 1 is made of fabric with good comfort and skin-friendly materials, preferably tencel, ice silk or wool.

The tencel has the softness and comfort of cotton, excellent hygroscopicity and air permeability and bright luster; also has high elasticity and shrinkage stability, soft and smooth touch, strong antibacterial ability and difficult generation of static electricity. The ice silk has good hygroscopicity, air permeability, shape retention and drapability, the moisture content of the ice silk most meets the physiological requirements of human skin, and the ice silk has the characteristics of smoothness, coolness, air permeability, static resistance, ultraviolet resistance and gorgeous color. Both of these are well suited for direct contact with the human body giving better comfort.

Further, the middle cover 21 is made of terylene and/or spandex.

The middle cover 21 is made of an elastic material, preferably polyester and/or spandex. When the mattress is made of sponge materials, the elastic middle cover 21 can be attached to the periphery of the mattress and press the corners of the sponge mattress to form smooth transition. The middle cover 21 made of elastic material is beneficial to pressing the edges of the built-in articles, and particularly, when the outlines of the built-in articles are soft, the edges of the articles can be smoother and more attractive.

Further, the side cover 22 is made of polyester material.

In the long-term use, the inside of the side cover 22 is affected by the deformation force of the mattress, and the side cover 22 made of polyester material has higher strength and elastic recovery capability, is firm, durable, crease-resistant, extremely easy to dry, mold-resistant, moth-resistant and durable.
