When the shielding cover 44 moves upwards, people manually insert the card position between the two clamping blocks 103 on the same third slide rail 101, the card position enables the clamping blocks 103 to slide outwards on the third slide rail 101 and in the placement rack 2, the fourth spring 102 is changed from an initial state to a stretching state, the clamping blocks 103 clamp the card position through elasticity, so that the card position can be stably placed, when people need to take off the card position, people manually enable the clamping blocks 103 on the same third slide rail 101 to move outwards and then take off the card position, then people loosen the clamping blocks 103, the fourth spring 102 resets from the stretching state, and the clamping blocks 103 move back to the original position through elasticity.
