Technical Field

The invention relates to a kitchen utensil, in particular to a pancake turner.

Background

The existing turner is roughly divided into a metal turner and a rubber turner according to materials. Generally speaking, a rubber material spatula is suitable for a pot with a coating. However, in order to maintain a certain structural strength, the shovel head of the rubber slice is usually designed to be thicker, which causes inconvenience in use. On the other hand, although the shovel head of the metal shovel can be designed to be thin, the metal shovel is easy to scrape a coating on a pot and generate noise when colliding with the pot in the process of stir-frying food materials. Therefore, the conventional slice cannot balance the structural strength, the thickness of the slice head and the convenience in use.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a slice to ameliorate the problems of the prior art.

To achieve at least one of the above advantages or other advantages, an embodiment of the present invention provides a pancake turner, which includes a turner portion, a reinforcing plate, a turner handle, and a covering layer. The reinforcing sheet is arranged on the shovel part. The shovel shaft is provided with a connecting end connected to the reinforcing sheet. The coating layer coats the shovel part and the reinforcing sheet and extends to the connecting end.

In an embodiment of the invention, the scoop section comprises a scoop sheet. The reinforcing sheet is arranged on the shovel blade and is adjacent to the edge of the shovel blade.

In an embodiment of the invention, the connection end is formed with a plug groove. The overlapped part of the shovel blade and the reinforcing blade partially extends into the inserting groove.

In an embodiment of the invention, the shovel portion further includes a shovel blade disposed in an area surrounded by the annular frame and connected to the annular frame. The coating layer also coats the shovel sheet.

The turner provided by the invention adopts the reinforcing sheet to reinforce the structural strength of the connecting part of the turner part and the turner handle, and the turner part and the reinforcing sheet are coated by the coating layer, so that the overall structural strength of the turner is improved. Thus, even if the total thickness of the covering layer covering the shovel part and the shovel part becomes thinner, the turner still has good structural strength. In addition, the turner is easy to use due to the fact that the thickness of the turner part and the thickness of the covering layer are reduced. Detailed Description

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a pancake turner according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the slice 100 includes a slice portion 110, a reinforcing sheet 120, a handle 130 and a covering layer 140. Reinforcing sheet 120 is provided at scoop portion 110. The blade 130 has a connection end 131 connected to the reinforcing patch 120. Covering layer 140 covers shovel portion 110 and reinforcing sheet 120 and extends to connecting end 131. Specifically, scoop 110 may include scoop 111. Reinforcing sheet 120 is disposed on blade 111 and adjacent to the edge of blade 111. Reinforcing blade 120 of the present embodiment is provided on blade surface 113 of blade 111. In another embodiment, the reinforcing patch 120 may also be disposed on a bottom surface (not labeled) opposite the scoop surface 113.

FIG. 2A is an exploded view of the pancake turner of FIG. 1 without the coating layer. Fig. 2B is an assembled schematic view of the slice of fig. 2A. Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the shovel 111 of the present embodiment may have two adjacent sides 1110 and 1111. The reinforcing sheet 120 is adjacent to the connection of the two side edges 1110 and 1111. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2A, blade 111 may have four corners C1, C2, C3 and C4, wherein corner C1 is located at the connection of two sides 1110 and 1111, and reinforcing sheet 120 is located at corner C1. Corner C2 is opposite corner C1, and corner C3 is opposite corner C4. In the present embodiment, the corners C1, C2, C3 and C4 are rounded, but not limited thereto.

The shovel portion 110 of the present embodiment may be a metal shovel portion 110. For example, the shovel portion 110 may be an elastic metal shovel portion 110, such as an elastic steel shovel portion 110 or an elastic stainless steel shovel portion 110, but the embodiment is not limited thereto. With the above configuration, the weight of the shovel unit 110 of the present embodiment is reduced, and the weight distribution of the shovel 100 of the present embodiment is not concentrated on the shovel unit 110 side. Thus, the turner 100 can be more easily used in the process of stir-frying food materials.

The reinforcing sheet 120 may be integrally formed with the blade 111. For example, reinforcing sheet 120 may be formed together with blade 111 in the process of die-casting blade 111, or blade 111 may be subjected to a bending process to form reinforcing sheet 120 on blade 111. In another embodiment, reinforcing tab 120 may be an additional element provided on blade 111, rather than being integrally formed with blade 111. For example, the reinforcing sheet 120 may be fixed to the blade 111 by welding after being separately formed, and the welding may include, for example, welding or butt welding, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the reinforcing sheet 120 of the present embodiment may be a metal reinforcing sheet 120, such as a stainless steel reinforcing sheet 120, but is not limited thereto. Referring to fig. 3, the thickness T1 of reinforcing blade 120 may be greater than the thickness T2 of blade 111. For example, the thickness T2 of the shovel blade 111 may be between 0.18mm and 0.5mm, such as about 0.3mm, and the thickness T1 of the reinforcing blade 120 may be between 0.8mm and 2.3 mm. Other features of the reinforcing patch 120 will be described below in conjunction with the connecting end 131 of the blade 130.

Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the connecting end 131 of the blade 130 can be formed with a slot 1310. The reinforcing plate 120 may have a plug portion 121 that is not overlapped with the shovel blade 111, and the plug portion 121 is, for example, inserted into the plug groove 1310 to improve the overall structural strength of the pancake turner 100. In this embodiment, the connection end 131 of the blade 130 can be formed with the insertion groove 1310 fixed to the insertion portion 121 by injection, welding, heat melting, insertion or gluing, but the invention is not limited to the formation of the insertion groove 1310. Referring to fig. 3 again, for example, the inserting part 121 extends in a direction D away from the corner C2 of the shovel 111 and bends upward, so that the vertical distance H between the inserting part 121 and the shovel 111 increases in the direction D. Thus, as shown in FIG. 4, after the insertion groove 1310 (shown in FIG. 2A) of the handle 130 is engaged with the insertion part 121, the handle 133 of the handle 130 and the blade 111 have a predetermined angle θ for the user to operate. The predetermined angle θ can be changed according to actual requirements, and the specific value of the predetermined angle θ is not limited in the embodiment.

Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the connection end 131 of the present embodiment may further have two extension portions 1311 and 1312 extending from the insertion slot 1310 in different directions, and the two extension portions 1311 and 1312 extend along the edge of the blade 111. Specifically, extension 1311 extends along side 1110 of blade 111 but does not reach corner C4 (shown in fig. 2A), and extension 1312 extends along side 1111 of blade 111 but does not reach corner C3 (shown in fig. 2A). Referring to fig. 4 again, the extending portion 1311 may have a stop surface S rising in a direction away from the blade 111, and the stop surface S may be an inclined surface or a curved surface. Similarly, the extension 1312 may also have a stop surface (not shown). Thus, the extending portions 1311 and 1312 can block the food material during the stir-frying process, so as to prevent the food material from leaking from the side of the slice 111 close to the shovel shaft 130.

Please refer to fig. 2A and fig. 2B. Generally, the blade 130 can have a handle 132 and a shaft 133, wherein the connecting end 131 is located at the distal end of the shaft 133, and the handle 132 can be connected to the end of the shaft 133 distal from the connecting end 131 and has a shape suitable for being held by a user. In addition, the blade handle 130 of the present embodiment may be a plastic blade handle 130 or a wood blade handle 130. In detail, the grip 132 of the present embodiment may be a plastic grip 132, and the handle body 133 may also be a plastic handle body 133, but is not limited thereto. For example, other embodiments of the blade handle 130 can include plastic handles 132 for the handles 132 only, or plastic handles 133 for the body 133 only. In the embodiment, the plastic handle 130 is, for example, a nylon handle 130, i.e., the handle 132 can be a nylon handle 132, and the handle 133 can also be a nylon handle 133, but is not limited thereto. Thus, the slice 100 also has the advantage of being lightweight, making the slice 100 easier to use.

Referring to fig. 1 again, the coating layer 140 may be a silicone coating layer 140 or a rubber coating layer 140. Therefore, the spatula 100 of the embodiment is not easy to scratch the coating on the pot, and can also reduce the noise generated by collision with the pot. Incidentally, the covering layer 140 of the present embodiment may also cover a part of the blade handle 130, for example. For example, the coating 140 may extend and coat the handle 133 (shown in fig. 2A and 2B), but is not limited thereto. In addition, the total thickness of the covering layer 140 is about 1.8mm to 3mm, and since the shovel blade 111 is disposed in the covering layer 140, the total thickness of the shovel blade 111 and the covering layer 140 in this embodiment can be less than 2 mm.

Compared with the prior art, the slice 100 of the embodiment adopts the reinforcing sheet 120 to enhance the structural strength of the joint of the slice 111 and the slice handle 130, and uses the coating layer 140 to coat the slice 111 and the reinforcing sheet 120, so as to improve the overall structural strength of the slice 100. Thus, even if the total thickness of the covering layer 140 covering the slice 111 and the slice 111 becomes thin, the slice 100 can still have good structural strength. In addition, the thin thickness of the slice 111 and the coating layer 140 also makes the slice 100 easy to use. Incidentally, the shovel blade 111 of the present embodiment may be an elastic metal shovel blade 111, such as an elastic steel shovel blade 111 or an elastic stainless steel shovel blade 111. Therefore, the blade 111 of the present embodiment also has an advantage of light weight. Moreover, the weight distribution of the turner 100 is not concentrated on the side of the turner piece 111, and thus the turner can be used more easily in the process of stir-frying food materials. Based on the above, the slice 100 of the present embodiment can improve the problems of the prior art.

Fig. 5 is a schematic perspective view of a pancake turner according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the coating layer in fig. 5 is disposed in a manner similar to, but not limited to, the coating layer 140 in fig. 1. The construction and advantages of the slice 100a of this embodiment are similar to the slice 100 of FIG. 2B, with the primary difference being that the connection end 131a of the blade 130a of this embodiment is not provided with the extensions 1311 and 1312 of FIG. 2B. Therefore, the pancake turner 100a of the present embodiment also has the advantage of simple structure. The features of the shovel blade 111 of the shovel portion 110 are similar to those of the previous embodiments, and therefore, the description thereof will not be repeated.

FIG. 6A is an exploded view of a slice according to another embodiment of the present invention without a coating layer. Fig. 6B is an assembly schematic diagram of the slice of fig. 6A, wherein the cover of fig. 6A and 6B can be disposed in a manner similar to, but not limited to, the cover 140 of fig. 1. The construction and advantages of the shovel 100B of the present embodiment are similar to those of the shovel 100 of fig. 2B, and only differences will be described below. Referring to fig. 6A and 6B, the reinforcing plate 120B of the present embodiment is not provided with the inserting portion 121 of fig. 2B, and the overlapping portion of the shovel 111B and the reinforcing plate 120B of the shovel 110B partially extends into the inserting groove 1310B of the connecting end 131B. In detail, as shown in fig. 6A, the insertion groove 1310b may have a width W1 in the longitudinal direction, and the reinforcing patch 120b may have a maximum width W2 in the longitudinal direction, wherein the maximum width W2 of the reinforcing patch 120b may be greater than the width W1 of the insertion groove 1310 b. Thus, the overlapping portion of the reinforcing plate 120b and the shovel 111b can partially extend into the insertion groove 1310b and abut against the inner sidewall (not shown) of the insertion groove 1310b, so that the reinforcing plate 120b can be fixed in the insertion groove 1310 b. In addition, the shovel blade 111b of the present embodiment may further have a first side E1 and a second side E2 opposite to each other. The second side E2 is arc-shaped. The reinforcing patch 120b is adjacent to the arc top of the second side edge E2. Specifically, first side E1 may be located on a side of blade 111b away from handle 130b and may serve as a leading edge of blade 111 b. In the present embodiment, the first side E1 is, for example, an arc side with a smaller curvature than the second side E2, but not limited thereto.

FIG. 7A is an exploded view of a pancake turner according to another embodiment of the present invention without a coating layer. FIG. 7B is an assembly view of the slice of FIG. 7A, wherein the cover of FIGS. 7A and 7B is disposed in a manner similar to, but not limited to, the cover 140 of FIG. 1. The construction and advantages of the shovel 100c of the present embodiment are similar to those of the shovel 100B of fig. 6B, and only differences will be described below. Referring to fig. 7A and 7B, except for the overlapping portion of the shovel 111B and the reinforcing plate 120c, the shovel 111B may partially extend into the insertion groove 1310c, and the non-overlapping portion of the shovel 111B and the reinforcing plate 120c may also partially extend into the insertion groove 1310 c. For example, the portions 112b and 113b of the shovel 111b on both sides of the reinforcing plate 120c may extend into the insertion groove 1310 c. In this way, the reinforcing piece 120c and the blade 111b can be connected to the connecting end 131c of the blade handle 130c more firmly.

Fig. 8 is a schematic perspective view of a slice according to another embodiment of the invention. The structure and advantages of the slice 100d of this embodiment are similar to those of the slice 100c of fig. 7B, and the main difference is that the covering layer 140a of this embodiment covers the slice 111B and the reinforcing sheet 120c and extends to the connecting end 131c, but does not cover the shaft 133c of the slice handle 130 c. It should be noted that the coating layer 140a of the present embodiment can be configured instead of the turners 100, 100a, 100b, 100c, and 100f of other embodiments. Incidentally, in fig. 8, the blade 130c may have no step difference between the shank 133c and the grip 132 c. In addition, the shape of the scooping portion 110b shown in fig. 8 is merely an example, and is not intended to limit the present embodiment.

Fig. 9 is a schematic perspective view of a slice according to another embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 9, unlike the embodiment of fig. 7B, the covering layer 140B of the slice 100e of the present embodiment can also cover the entire handle 130 c. In other words, the coating layer 140b of the present embodiment coats the entire slice 100 e. Incidentally, in fig. 9, the shank 130c may have a step difference as shown in fig. 8. It can be understood that all of the blade handle 130 of fig. 2B, all of the blade handle 130a of fig. 5, all of the blade handle 130B of fig. 6B, and all of the blade handle 130c of fig. 10 may be covered with the covering layer 140B of the present embodiment. The features of the scooping piece 111b of the scooping portion 110b are similar to the embodiment of fig. 6A, and thus, description thereof will not be repeated.

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a pancake turner according to another embodiment of the present invention without a covering layer. Referring to fig. 10, the cladding layer of fig. 10 may be disposed in a manner similar to, but not limited to, the cladding layer 140 of fig. 1. Further, shovel blade 111c of shovel portion 110c may have a plurality of through grooves G. Further, the shovel blade 111c has a shovel surface 113c and a bottom surface 114c that face each other. The through groove G is, for example, a through bottom surface 114c and a shovel surface 113 c. In detail, in the process of providing the reinforcing piece 120c to the blade 111c, for example, the blade 111c may be uneven due to stress in the above-described processing methods such as die casting, bending, or welding. Therefore, the through groove G can reduce the generation of stress to improve the unevenness of the blade 111 c. Incidentally, the features of the number, shape, arrangement and the like of the through grooves G shown in fig. 10 are merely examples, and the present embodiment does not limit the detailed features of the through grooves G.

FIG. 11A is a schematic view of a slice according to another embodiment of the invention. FIG. 11B is a schematic partial cross-sectional view of the slice of FIG. 11A. Referring to fig. 11A and 11B, unlike the embodiment of fig. 1, the shovel portion 110g of the slice 100g of the present embodiment may include an annular frame 111 g. The covering layer 140g covers the annular frame 111g and the region Z surrounded by the annular frame 111 g. In detail, the annular frame 111g is, for example, a metal annular frame 111g, and may be formed by cutting and welding, but is not limited thereto. In one embodiment, the annular frame 111g may be formed by stamping. In another embodiment, the ring frame 111g and the reinforcing plate 120g can be integrally formed, and the specific forming process is similar to the above. In the present embodiment, the reinforcing sheet 120g is, for example, a portion located outside the region Z of the connecting ring frame 111 g. The reinforcing sheet 120g may connect the ring-shaped frame 111g in a welded manner, but is not limited thereto.

Fig. 12A is a schematic view of a slice according to another embodiment of the invention. Fig. 12B is a schematic partial cross-sectional view of the slice of fig. 12A. Referring to fig. 12A and 12B, compared with the embodiment of fig. 11A, the slice portion 110h of the slice 100h of the present embodiment may further include a slice piece 111 h. The shovel blade 111h is provided in the region Z surrounded by the ring frame 111g and connected to the ring frame 111 g. The coating layer 140h also coats the shovel blade 111 h. Similarly, the shoveling blades 111h can be connected to the ring frame 111g in the manner described above, or can be integrally formed with the ring frame 111 g. In this embodiment, reinforcing tab 120h may be coupled to bottom surface 114h of blade 111 h.

Incidentally, similar to the embodiment of FIG. 1, in the embodiment of FIG. 12A, the coupling end 131 of the blade handle 130 can be formed with a mating groove 1310. Reinforcing sheet 120h may have a socket portion 121h that does not overlap scoop portion 110h, and socket portion 121h extends into socket groove 1310, for example. Similarly, the details of the reinforcing piece 120g and the plug part 121g of fig. 11A and the blade handle 130 are the same as those of the embodiment of fig. 1. Since the detailed structure of the above components is already described in the embodiment of fig. 1, the detailed description is not repeated here.

In summary, the slice of the present invention employs the reinforcing sheet to reinforce the structural strength of the connection between the slice portion and the slice handle, and uses the coating layer to coat the slice portion and the reinforcing sheet, so as to improve the overall structural strength of the slice. Thus, even if the total thickness of the covering layer covering the shovel part and the shovel part becomes thinner, the turner still has good structural strength. In addition, the turner is easy to use due to the fact that the thickness of the turner part and the thickness of the covering layer are reduced. On the other hand, the turner part of the invention has the advantage of light weight, so that the weight distribution of the turner is not concentrated on the turner part, and the turner is easier to use in the process of stir-frying food materials. Based on the above, the slice of the present invention improves the problems of the prior art.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
