Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the embodiment of the invention provides a lengthened conjoined bottle cap, which solves the problem that the existing pull ring is easy to break.

The invention discloses a lengthened connected bottle cap, which comprises an upper cap body and a lower cap body, wherein the upper cap body is hinged with the lower cap body, the upper end of the lower cap body is provided with a baffle ring, the middle of the baffle ring is provided with a pouring opening, the middle of the pouring opening is provided with a pull ring, the end surface of the lower cap body facing the pull ring is provided with 2 annular sheets, the pull ring is provided with 2 connecting ribs, and the lower ends of the two connecting ribs are respectively connected with the annular sheets.

As shown in the figure, the embodiment of the invention discloses a lengthened connected bottle cap, which comprises an upper cap body 1 and a lower cap body 2, wherein the upper cap body 1 is hinged with the lower cap body 2, the upper end of the lower cap body 2 is provided with a baffle ring 3, the middle of the baffle ring 3 is provided with a pouring opening 4, the middle of the pouring opening 4 is provided with a pull ring 5, the end surface of the lower cap body 2 facing the pull ring 5 is provided with 2 annular sheets 6, the pull ring 5 is provided with 2 connecting ribs 7, and the lower ends of the two connecting ribs 7 are respectively connected with the annular sheets 6.

The structure of the inner part of the pouring spout of the lower cover body, namely the buffer part, is different from the structure of the traditional buffer part, after the annular sheet is pulled open, only two annular holes are formed, and the traditional bottle cover is a round hole or a strip-shaped hole, so that the buffer effect is different.

Through setting up 2 even muscle 7, dispersion stress prevents that the pull ring from splitting with the junction of linking the muscle.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a reinforcing plate 8 is provided at the middle of the tab 5, and the reinforcing plate 8 is located at the lower end of the tab 5. In one embodiment of the invention, the spout 4 is of arcuate configuration, the spout being open 42 towards the hinge, the height of the spout increasing progressively from the hinge towards the spout.

In one embodiment of the invention the tab 5 has a height which increases from the hinge towards the pouring.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the lower cover body 2 is provided with a first inner plug 9, the middle of the upper cover body 1 is provided with a second inner plug 10, and the second inner plug 10 is attached to the inner side surface of the baffle ring 3. When the pull ring is pulled off, the outer diameter of the second inner plug 10 is tightly attached to the inner diameter of the baffle ring 3, and the oil sealing effect is achieved.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the inner side of the curved surface of the upper cover 1 is provided with a first buckle 11, and the first buckle 11 is attached to the outer side surface of the baffle ring 3.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the upper cover body 1 and the lower cover body 2 are provided with injection molding points.

In an embodiment of the invention, the lower end of the inner side of the lower cover body 2 is provided with the second buckle 12, the second buckle 12 is clamped with the bottle body, the reinforcing rib 13 is arranged between the first inner plug of the lower cover body and the outer ring of the lower cover body, and the reinforcing rib 13 plays a role of heightening and is suitable for lengthened conjoined bottle caps.
