the electric energy processing device (9) comprises a rectifying circuit (13), a charging circuit (14), a power output circuit (15) and a rechargeable battery (16);

the induction current transmits electric energy to the rectifying circuit (13) through the power generation cable (8), the rectifying circuit (13) rectifies the induction current into direct current and transmits the direct current to the charging circuit (14), the charging circuit (14) boosts the voltage of the direct current rectified by the rectifying circuit (13), charges the electric energy to the charging battery (16), and simultaneously sends a charging voltage magnitude signal to the power output circuit (15).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of liquid pipeline instrument detection, in particular to a device for taking electricity by utilizing liquid pressure in a pipeline.

Background

In daily work, various instruments are generally required to be installed on a pipeline in order to detect the pressure and the flow in a liquid pipeline, and the power supply of the instruments generally utilizes a nearby production or living power supply and can also be supplied by solar energy. At present, no device for generating power by utilizing the flowing pressure of liquid in a pipeline is available.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device for taking power by utilizing liquid pressure in a pipeline, which is arranged at a pipeline section needing power supply of an instrument, generates power and takes power by utilizing liquid flowing pressure in the liquid pipeline to supply power to the instrument, and solves the problem that the liquid pipeline with special section and special requirement cannot supply power to the instrument.

when the charging voltage signal of the charging circuit does not meet the output requirement of the power output circuit, the power output circuit supplies power to the instrument on the liquid pipeline by using the electric energy of the rechargeable battery through the power generation cable.

The invention has the following advantages:

When liquid in the pipeline flows, the liquid pressure drives an impeller in the device, the impeller drives a power generation magnet through a rotating shaft, and the power generation magnet generates a rotating magnetic field and generates electric energy for a power generation coil on the upper portion of the device. The electric energy generated by the generating coil forms stable voltage through the electric energy conversion device to provide electric energy for the related instruments.

The invention solves the problem of electricity taking and supplying of instruments arranged on the liquid pipeline under special positions or special requirements. The device has simple structure, does not damage the process and the operation requirements of the original liquid pipeline, has good safety and is suitable for the electricity taking application of the liquid pipeline.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments.

The invention relates to a device for taking electricity by utilizing liquid pressure in a pipeline, which utilizes the flowing pressure of liquid in the liquid pipeline to generate electricity and take electricity to supply power for an instrument. The device comprises a shell 2 with two ends connected into a pipeline, wherein a vertical rotating shaft 1 is arranged in the shell 2, an impeller 12 is arranged on the lower portion of the rotating shaft 1, a power generation magnet 3 and a power generation coil 7 are arranged on the upper portion of the rotating shaft 1, the power generation coil 7 transmits induced current to an electric energy processing device 9 through a power generation cable 8, and electric energy is provided for an instrument needing power supply through a power transmission cable 10.

The casing 2 is T shape, including horizontal body and vertical body, and horizontal body both ends access pipeline and intercommunication, vertical body bottom access horizontal body, and the top is provided with circular glass cover 5, and the bottom has circular bottom surface.

The electric energy processing device 9 comprises a rectifying circuit 13, a charging circuit 14, a power output circuit 15 and a rechargeable battery 16; the induced current transmits electric energy to the rectifying circuit 13 through the power generation cable 8, the rectifying circuit 13 rectifies the induced current into direct current and transmits the direct current to the charging circuit 14, and the charging circuit 14 boosts the voltage of the direct current rectified by the rectifying circuit 13 and charges the electric energy to the charging battery 16, and simultaneously transmits a charging voltage magnitude signal to the power output circuit 15.

In the electric energy processing device 9, the power output circuit 15 compares the voltage of the rechargeable battery 16 with the charging voltage signal of the charging circuit 14; when the charging voltage signal of the charging circuit 14 meets the output requirement of the power output circuit 15, the charging circuit 14 directly outputs voltage to the power output circuit 15 and supplies power to the instrument on the liquid pipeline through the power generation cable 8; when the charging voltage signal of the charging circuit 14 does not meet the output requirement of the power output circuit 15, the power output circuit 15 utilizes the electric energy of the rechargeable battery 16 and supplies power to the instrument on the liquid pipeline through the power generation cable 8.

The power generation cable 8 is two metal cables, can be directly connected to the power supply terminal of the instrument of the liquid pipeline needing power supply in a crimping mode to supply power for the instrument, and when the length of the power generation cable 8 is not enough, the length of the power generation cable 8 can be prolonged.
