The pumped storage power generation system according to claim 1, wherein the dam (2), the factory building (3), the water inlet pipe (4), the runner chamber (8) and the tail water pipe (9) are used for directly utilizing projects and equipment of a raw water power station, namely directly utilized original equipment, for the pumped storage power generation system.

The pumped storage power generation system according to claim 1, wherein the upper reservoir (1), the pump turbine (5), the generator motor (6), the main shaft (7), the lower reservoir (10), the reversible unit auxiliary equipment (11), the reversible unit governor system (12), and the reversible electrical and control system (13) are obtained by modifying or rebuilding corresponding projects and equipment of a raw water power station for the pumped storage power generation system.

The pumped-hydro energy storage power generation system according to claim 1, wherein the upper reservoir (1) is formed by a reservoir dam (2) of a raw water power plant with an upper reservoir new dam (14) added upstream; the water pump turbine (5) is formed by rebuilding a power generation turbine of a raw water power station, the size of the axial surface of the water pump turbine (5) is the same as that of the axial surface of a rotating wheel of the original power generation turbine, other parts of the water pump turbine (5) adopt turbine parts of the raw water power station, and the arrangement position and the type of the water pump turbine (5) are the same as those of a turbine set of the raw water power station; the generating motor (6) is formed by reconstructing a hydraulic generator of a raw water power station, the size of the axial surface of the generating motor (6) is the same as that of the axial surface of the raw water turbine generator, and the arrangement position and the type of the generating motor (6) are the same as those of the raw water turbine generator set; the main shaft (7) is redesigned and manufactured by a main shaft of a hydroelectric generating set of a raw water power station, the length of the main shaft (7) is the same as that of the main shaft of the raw water power station, and the arrangement position and the type of the main shaft (7) are the same as those of the raw water turbine generating set; the lower reservoir (10) is enclosed by a tail canal of a raw water power station and a lower reservoir dam (15) additionally built at the downstream.

The new pumped-storage power generation system as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the reversible auxiliary unit (11) is transformed from the auxiliary unit of the raw water power plant, and the arrangement position and type of the reversible auxiliary unit (11) are the same as those of the raw water power plant; the reversible unit speed regulator system (12) is formed by modifying a speed regulating system of a hydroelectric generating set of a raw water power station, and the arrangement position and the type of the reversible unit speed regulator system (12) are the same as those of the raw water power station; the reversible electric and control system (13) is formed by reconstructing an electric and control system of a water turbine generator set of a raw water power station, and an electric energy transmission channel between the pumped storage power generation system and a power grid is formed.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the fields of water, electricity, energy storage and clean energy, in particular to a pumped storage power generation system.

Background

At present, in order to improve the stability of an electric power system, improve the frequency modulation and peak shaving capacity of the electric power system, enhance the flexibility of the electric power system, and fully utilize and consume clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation, a pumped storage power generation system needs to be vigorously developed. However, because the construction cost of the pumped storage power station is high, the construction period is long, the site selection is difficult, the water amount needs to be supplemented due to continuous evaporation and leakage, and the civil construction cost of the pumped storage power station accounts for about 70% of the construction cost of the whole power station, if the novel pumped storage power station can be constructed by utilizing the resources of engineering, equipment, water energy and the like of the conventional hydropower station, the problems can be solved, but no public report is found.

The novel pumped storage power generation system is a pumped storage power generation system which is reconstructed on the basis of original projects and equipment of the conventional hydropower station unit, such as original reservoirs, dams, plants, water inlet pipes, runner chambers, draft pipes and the like, under the condition that the layout of the original conventional hydropower station unit is not changed, so that the one-way power generation of the original conventional hydropower station is converted into pumped storage two-way operation of the pumped storage system, the problem of the utilization rate of clean energy resources such as wind power, photovoltaic and the like can be effectively solved, the problem in the construction of the pumped storage power generation system can be effectively solved, and the problem is not reported in the open.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the purposes, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to effectively solve the problems of high construction cost, long construction period, difficult site selection and water quantity supplement of a newly-built pumped storage power station and solve the problem of utilization rate of clean energy sources such as wind power, photovoltaic and the like through the pumped storage power generation system.

the upper reservoir is communicated with a water flow inlet of the water inlet pipe, a water flow outlet of the water inlet pipe is communicated with a water flow inlet of the pump water turbine, a water flow outlet of a runner of the pump water turbine is communicated with a water flow inlet of the draft tube, a water flow outlet of the draft tube is communicated with the lower reservoir to form a water flow channel of engineering and equipment, water can flow forwards and backwards through the water flow channel formed by the upper reservoir, the water inlet pipe, the pump water turbine, the draft tube and the lower reservoir to form a bidirectional conversion structure between mechanical energy and water energy, the pump water turbine is connected with the generating motor through the main shaft to form a mechanical rotating part of a pumping energy storage generating system of the reversible water turbine generator set, and bidirectional conversion between the mechanical energy and electric energy is; the reversible type water turbine generator set auxiliary equipment is connected with the reversible type water turbine generator set to form an auxiliary function system required by the bidirectional operation of the reversible type water turbine generator set; the reversible type water turbine generator set speed regulating system is connected with the reversible type water turbine generator set to form a speed regulating and controlling system required by the bidirectional operation of the reversible type water turbine generator set; one end of the reversible electrical and control system is connected with the reversible water-turbine generator set to realize excitation, regulation and control required by the bidirectional operation of the reversible water-turbine generator set, and the other end of the reversible electrical and control system is connected with a power grid to form an electric energy transmission channel between the pumped storage power generation system and the power grid.

The invention has novel and unique structure, can effectively solve the problems of long construction period, high construction cost and difficult site selection of the pumped storage power station, greatly saves the construction cost, is an innovation in the construction of the pumped storage power station, also provides technical support for the transformation of the pumped storage power station of the conventional hydropower station, and has remarkable social benefit, economic benefit, energy saving and environmental protection benefit.

The pumped storage power generation system comprises an upper reservoir 1, a dam 2, a factory building 3, a water inlet pipe 4, a water pump turbine 5, a power generation motor 6, a main shaft 7, a runner chamber 8, a tail water pipe 9, a lower reservoir 10, reversible unit auxiliary equipment 11, a reversible unit speed regulation system 12, a reversible electric and control system 13, an upper reservoir new dam 14 and a lower reservoir dam 15, wherein the system is reconstructed from a raw water power station under the condition that the layout of the raw water power station is not changed; the system can generate electricity by using the water energy of the upper reservoir 1 in function, and can also pump the water in the lower reservoir 10 into the upper reservoir 1 for energy storage by using the electric energy of a power grid, so that the unidirectional power generation function of a hydropower station is converted into the energy storage and power generation bidirectional function of water pumping and energy storage power generation;

In order to ensure better implementation effect, the pump turbine 5 is one of a mixed flow reversible turbine, an axial flow reversible turbine, an oblique flow reversible turbine or a through flow reversible turbine.

The dam 2, the factory building 3, the water inlet pipe 4, the runner chamber 8 and the tail water pipe 9 directly utilize projects and equipment of a raw water power station for a pumped storage power generation system, namely directly utilize original equipment.

The system comprises an upper storage 1, a water pump turbine 5, a generator motor 6, a main shaft 7, a lower storage 10, reversible unit auxiliary equipment 11, a reversible unit speed regulating system 12 and a reversible electric and control system 13, wherein the engineering and equipment obtained by modifying or reconstructing corresponding engineering and equipment of a raw water power station for a pumped storage power generation system.

The upper reservoir 1 is formed by additionally building an upper reservoir new dam 14 at the upstream of a reservoir dam 2 of a raw water power station; the pump water turbine 5 is formed by reconstructing an original power generation water turbine, the size of the axial surface of the pump water turbine 5 is the same as that of the axial surface of an original power generation water turbine runner, other components of the pump water turbine 5 adopt water turbine components of a raw water power station, and the arrangement position and the type of the pump water turbine 5 are the same as those of a hydraulic turbine set of the raw water power station; the generating motor 6 is formed by reconstructing a hydraulic generator of a raw water power station, the size of the axial surface of the generating motor 6 is the same as that of the axial surface of the raw water wheel generator, and the arrangement position and the type of the generating motor 6 are the same as those of the raw water wheel generator set.

The main shaft 7 is redesigned and manufactured by a main shaft of a hydroelectric generating set of a raw water power station, the length of the main shaft 7 is the same as that of the main shaft of the raw water power station, and the arrangement position and the type of the main shaft 7 are the same as those of the raw water turbine generating set.

The lower reservoir 10 is formed by additionally building a lower reservoir dam 15 at the downstream of a tail canal of a raw water power station.

The reversible unit auxiliary device 11 is formed by transforming a unit auxiliary device of a raw water power station, and the arrangement position and the type of the reversible unit auxiliary device 11 are the same as those of the raw water power station.

The reversible unit speed regulating system 12 is formed by transforming a hydro-generator speed regulating system of a raw water power station, and the arrangement position and the type of the reversible unit speed regulating system 12 are the same as those of the raw water power station.

The reversible electric and control system 13 is formed by reconstructing an electric and control system of a raw water power station, and is an electric energy transmission channel between a pumped storage power generation system and a power grid.

In order to reduce the construction cost and shorten the construction period, the pumped storage power generation system is reconstructed from a conventional hydropower station under the condition of not changing the layout of the conventional hydropower station, and part of the engineering and equipment of the reconstructed novel pumped storage power generation system is derived from the original engineering and equipment of the original conventional hydropower station, and the other part of the engineering and equipment of the original conventional hydropower station is derived from the engineering and equipment after reconstruction or reconstruction. The improved pumped storage power generation system can generate power by using the water energy of the upper reservoir 1 in function, and can also pump the water in the lower reservoir 10 into the upper reservoir 1 for energy storage by using the electric energy of a power grid, so that the one-way power generation function of the original conventional hydropower station is converted into the two-way functions of energy storage and power generation of the pumped storage power generation system.

The specific working process of the power generation working condition is as follows: water flows into the water inlet pipe 4 from the upper reservoir 1, then flows into the pump turbine 5 from the water inlet pipe 4, then flows into the draft tube 9 from the pump turbine 5, and finally flows into the lower reservoir 10 through the draft tube 9. In the process, the water flow drives the pump turbine 5 to rotate by utilizing water energy; the hydraulic energy is converted into the rotary mechanical energy of a pump turbine 5 (at the moment, the pump turbine is used as a water turbine), the pump turbine 5 drives a generator motor 6 (at the moment, the generator motor is used as a generator) connected by a main shaft 7 to generate electricity, and therefore the pumped storage power generation system converts the rotary mechanical energy of the pump turbine 5 into electric energy; the electrical energy is then fed to the grid through the reversible electrical and control system 13 for use by the user.

(2) The water pumping working condition is a process of converting electric energy into water flow potential energy and storing the water flow potential energy. The concrete working process of the water pumping working condition is as follows: the electric energy of electric power grid is utilized through reversible electricity and control system 13 to generating motor 6 (generating motor uses as the generator this moment), the pump turbine 5 that drive main shaft 7 is connected (the pump turbine uses as the water pump this moment), thereby convert the electric energy of electric power grid into the rotating mechanical energy of pump turbine 5, and simultaneously, pump turbine 5 is with rivers suction draft 9 in the lower storehouse 10, rivers flow into pump turbine 5 from draft 9 again, then flow into inlet tube 4 from pump turbine 5, flow into upper storehouse 1 from inlet tube 4 at last, thereby realize that pump turbine 5 converts the rotating mechanical energy of self into hydroenergy, the realization is converted into hydroenergy and is stored the electric energy.

It should be noted that the unit auxiliary equipment 11, the reversible unit governor system 12 and the reversible electrical and control system 13 are all known and commercially available products.

The invention has simple structure and novel and unique design, utilizes the engineering and equipment resources of the raw water power station, saves most of the engineering and equipment investment, can effectively solve the problems of reutilization of the hydroenergy resources of the raw water power station and the problems of long construction period and high construction cost of the original pumped storage power station, saves the construction cost by about 70 percent and saves the construction period by about 60 percent, is an innovation on the construction of the pumped storage power station, provides technical support for the transformation of the pumped storage power station of the conventional hydropower station, and has remarkable social benefit, economic benefit and energy-saving and environment-friendly benefit.
