Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited by the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

The term "include" and variations thereof as used herein is meant to be inclusive in an open-ended manner, i.e., "including but not limited to". Unless specifically stated otherwise, the term "or" means "and/or". The term "based on" means "based at least in part on". The terms "first," "second," and the like may refer to different or the same objects, and do not denote or imply a limitation of order of implementation. Other explicit and implicit definitions are also possible below.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an electronic commerce management system based on voice command, including: a commodity information server 1, a commodity information providing terminal 2, a user information server 3, a call server 4, an order management server 5, a merchant terminal 6, and an optional payment server 7.

It should be noted that the boundary of distinction between the various servers/terminals is the different functions that they implement. They are usually embodied as different physical devices, but may also be embodied as different functional modules of the same physical device, or a group of multiple physical devices, which the present invention is not intended to limit. The following describes each component of the e-commerce management system in detail.

The commodity information server 1 stores commodity information. The commodity information is provided by a merchant and comprises information such as a commodity code, a commodity price, commodity details, a user code of the merchant and the like. The commodity code is a main basis for identifying commodities in the electronic commerce activity, and can uniquely correspond to commodity price, commodity details and a user code of a merchant according to the commodity code; the commodity details comprise basic information such as commodity names, specification models, commodity contents and the like.

The commodity information providing terminal 2 is used for providing the commodity information to the consumer. The commodity information providing terminal 2 is for making the consumer know commodity information, particularly a commodity code. In one embodiment, the consumer is able to know a 99 dollar price of the L-brand bluetooth headset via radio broadcast, the product code being 8970102. In other embodiments, the consumer may be made aware of the merchandise information by way of television advertising, billboards, telemarketing, and the like.

The user information server 3 is used for storing user information, wherein the user information comprises real identity information, user codes, registered telephones, registered addresses, integrity scores, consumption scores, early warning information and the like. In the context of the present invention, "user" refers to a participant in an electronic commerce activity, including consumers, as well as merchants. Also, the concept of consumer and merchant is relative, and a merchant in one business may be the role of a consumer in another business. Therefore, the users include natural people users and unit users, the unit users include family users composed of more than two natural people besides enterprise users and the like in common meaning, consumption points of different members in the same family can be overlapped, behaviors of different members can influence and supervise each other, and the phenomenon of dishonest is reduced.

The real identity information, the registered telephone and the registered address are acquired and uploaded to the user information server 3 under the condition that the user knows and agrees, and the real identity information, the registered telephone and the registered address can be acquired on the spot through a line or verified and acquired on the line by utilizing mature technology videos such as face recognition; the real identity information comprises identity card numbers for natural people users, uniform social credit codes for enterprise users and identity card numbers of all members for family users.

The user code is generated according to a specific coding rule, and for example, the user code may be composed of a city code + a birthday code + a number. The user code can protect the real identity information of the user under the condition of providing a certain recognition function, and the privacy of the user is prevented from being revealed.

The integrity score, the consumption integral and the early warning information have preset initial values. The integrity score is influenced by the integrity behavior of the user, such as false ordering, delayed delivery, complaints and the like in the electronic commerce activities, or penalized by administrative departments, listed in a loss list and the like, so that the integrity score is reduced according to a specific rule, and the integrity score is increased according to the specific rule when the user normally participates in the electronic commerce activities; the consumption points are influenced by the consumption behaviors of the user, and each consumption behavior can generate corresponding points; the early warning information is initially set to be null and is included according to specific rules, for example, the integrity score is lower than a preset threshold, the return rate exceeds a preset threshold, the complaint rate exceeds a preset threshold, and the complaint rate is considered as price fraud by administrative departments.

The call server 4 is used for receiving the voice command of the consumer, and is the main place where the e-commerce management system interacts with the consumer. In this embodiment, the call server 4 mainly receives a voice instruction of the customer through artificial intelligence, and performs interactive confirmation with the customer to form order data.

Specifically, the call server 4 can extract the user code, the commodity code, the required quantity, and the delivery address of the consumer in the consumer voice instruction, read the commodity information stored in the commodity information server 1 and the user information stored in the user information server 3, perform interactive confirmation with the consumer to form order data, and send the order data to the order management server 5. The order data at least comprises a user code, a commodity code, a required quantity, a delivery address and the like of the consumer. In one embodiment, the customer sends a voice command to the call server 4 via telephone to request to purchase 2 items encoded as 8970102 and deliver the items to the customer's registration address, and the call server 4 confirms the item price and the delivery address to the customer by reading the item information in the item information server 1 and the user information stored in the user information server 3 to form order data. In a preferred embodiment, the order data also includes consumer warning information for the merchant to consult in deciding whether to accept the order.

The order management server 5 is used for receiving the order data sent by the call server 4 and sending the order data to the merchant terminal 6. The merchant terminal 6 may upload the order processing result to the order management server 5, which mainly includes the order receiving condition (whether to receive the order) and the delivery information of the order. The order management server 5 receives the order processing result and then performs tracking management on the order, and the obtained tracking management result includes the actual delivery time and the sign-in information (whether to sign in the order). According to the order processing result and the tracking management result, the order management server 5 adjusts at least one of the integrity score, the transaction score and the early warning information of both parties of the transaction in the user information server. In one embodiment, the consumer normally signs an order with the loyalty score and the transaction points increasing according to certain rules. In another embodiment, if the merchant ships for too long or rejects orders multiple times, the merchant's loyalty score decreases according to certain rules and relevant information is included in the early warning information.

The payment server 7 is arranged in an optional manner. The payment server 7 is not necessary in the case where the customer pays the price of the order through the "pay for goods" service provided by the distribution institution. However, a considerable part of consumers can use third party payment instruments and payment with consumption credits is allowed in some scenarios, so there is still a need to set up the payment server 7. The payment server 7 can debit the designated currency or consumption points from the customer account to the merchant account in accordance with the payment instructions issued by the order management server 5. For example, the order management server 5 may issue a payment instruction to the payment server 7 after 7 days when the customer signs the order in accordance with a service agreement that the customer has signed in advance, thereby performing payment processing for a specified amount/point.

Specifically, the natural person users and the unit users in the user information server 3 may be mutually transformed to meet the requirement that a plurality of natural person users constitute a home user, or a home user and an enterprise user are decomposed into a plurality of natural person users.

Specifically, in order to reflect the user condition more truly and objectively, the user information server 3 has an external data interface, and can receive public data from financial institutions, administrative departments, judicial systems, and other organizations, and adjust at least one of the integrity score and the warning information of the relevant user.

Specifically, in order to avoid the situation of ordering by mistake, the call server 4 has an identity verification module and an early warning prompt module. The identity of the consumer can be further confirmed by checking the real identity information or the incoming telephone number; the legal rights and interests of the consumers can be further protected by reading the early warning information of the merchants in the user information server 3 and sending early warning prompts to the consumers.

Specifically, the call server 4 is further configured to receive a voice instruction of the consumer, read user information stored in the user information server 3 and order data in the order management server 5, perform interactive confirmation with the consumer to form order modification data, order evaluation data, or after-sales service demand information, and finally send the order modification data, the order evaluation data, or the after-sales service demand information to the order management server 5 for processing. Specifically, the order management server 5 can send the order modification data or the after-sales service demand information to the merchant terminal 6, and can adjust at least one of the integrity score, the transaction score and the early warning information of the merchant according to the evaluation of the consumer after receiving the order evaluation data.

Specifically, the merchant terminal 6 is further configured to send or modify the commodity information to the commodity information server 1, and send the evaluation of the merchant on the consumer to the order management server 5 for processing. After receiving the evaluation of the consumer by the merchant, the order management server 5 can perform corresponding processing, for example, adjusting at least one of the integrity score, the transaction score and the warning information of the consumer.
