A direct current cable for rail transit is characterized by comprising a conductor structure with a longitudinal water-blocking function, a radial waterproof structure, a cable flame-retardant fire-proof structure and a cable rat-proof and termite-proof structure; the cable flame-retardant fire-proof structure is arranged on the outer surface of the radial waterproof structure, and the cable rat-proof and termite-proof structure is arranged on the outer surface of the cable flame-retardant fire-proof structure.

The direct current cable for rail transit according to claim 1, wherein the conductor structure having a longitudinal water-blocking function is formed by twisting a plurality of T-shaped element wires and a plurality of water-blocking yarns, wherein the water-blocking yarns are distributed between any adjacent T-shaped element wires.

4. The direct current cable for rail transit according to claim 1, wherein the cable flame retardant and fire insulation structure comprises a low smoke halogen-free flame retardant B1-grade fire insulation layer arranged on the outer surface of the radial waterproof structure.

The direct current cable for rail transit according to claim 1, wherein the cable rat-proof and ant-proof structure comprises an aluminum alloy interlocking armor layer arranged on the outer surface of the cable flame-retardant fire-proof structure, and a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant B1-grade rat-proof and ant-proof sheath layer arranged on the outer surface of the aluminum alloy interlocking armor layer.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cables, in particular to a direct-current cable for rail transit.

Background

The 21 st century is the period of rapid development of rail transit (including subways, ground light rails and high-speed railways) in China, and compared with other transportation means, the rail transit has the characteristics of high driving speed, large passenger transportation volume and the like, and is an effective method for improving the transportation efficiency at present.

The insulation design and the environmental adaptability of the use characteristics of the alternating current cable are not suitable for the requirements of the modern rail transit direct current traction system, the transmission stability performance is reduced, and the alternating current cable is in a three-phase four-wire system or a five-wire system, so that great waste is caused. Most of the cables for DC traction power transmission are imported from foreign countries, and the research, development and application of domestic high-performance DC cables for rail transit are urgent.

The safety performance of the direct current cable for rail transit is extremely important, and in order to adapt to complex environment and reduce maintenance cost, the direct current cable for rail transit is designed to have excellent performances of water resistance, flame retardance (class A), fire isolation, low heat release, low smoke, zero halogen, rat and ant prevention and the like. The direct current cable for rail transit can meet the increasing requirements of cables for rail transit, and the popularization of the direct current cable for rail transit plays an extremely important role in expanding the influence of companies on the industry.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing alternating current cable cannot meet the requirement of a modern rail transit direct current traction system, and provides a water-blocking DC1500V and below flame-retardant B1 grade direct current cable for rail transit which can prevent rats and ants.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

a direct current cable for rail transit comprises a conductor structure with a longitudinal water-blocking function, a radial waterproof structure, a cable flame-retardant fire-proof structure and a cable rat-proof and termite-proof structure; the cable flame-retardant fire-proof structure is arranged on the outer surface of the radial waterproof structure, and the cable rat-proof and termite-proof structure is arranged on the outer surface of the cable flame-retardant fire-proof structure.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the conductor structure with longitudinal water-blocking function is formed by twisting a plurality of T-shaped single wires and a plurality of water-blocking yarns, wherein the water-blocking yarns are distributed between any adjacent T-shaped single wires.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the radial waterproof structure includes a water blocking tape wrapped around the outer surface of the conductor structure with the longitudinal water blocking function, a cross-linked polyethylene insulating layer disposed on the outer surface of the water blocking tape, a double-sided aluminum-plastic composite tape longitudinally wrapped on the outer surface of the cross-linked polyethylene insulating layer, and a low smoke, zero halogen, and high flame retardant polyolefin waterproof layer disposed on the outer surface of the double-sided aluminum-plastic composite tape.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cable flame-retardant and fire-proof structure comprises a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant B1-grade fire-proof layer arranged on the outer surface of the radial waterproof structure.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cable rat/ant prevention structure comprises an aluminum alloy interlocking armor layer arranged on the outer surface of the cable flame-retardant fire-proof structure, and a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant B1-grade rat/ant prevention sheath layer arranged on the outer surface of the aluminum alloy interlocking armor layer.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following characteristics:

1. by adopting the longitudinal water-blocking structure and the radial waterproof structure of the conductor and the twisted and water-swelling water-blocking yarn of the T-shaped single wire, the water-blocking and waterproof performance of the direct-current cable for rail transit in a humid environment is improved.

2. The crosslinked polyethylene insulating layer is adopted in the radial waterproof structure, so that the breakdown field intensity of the cable can be enhanced, and the cable has good insulating property.

3. The cable flame-retardant fire-insulating structure adopts the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant B1-grade fire-insulating layer 41, so that the flame-retardant performance of the cable is enhanced to meet the flame-retardant requirements of A-grade (GB/T19666-2019) and B1-grade (GB/T31247-2014).

4. The rat-proof and termite-proof structure of the cable adopts an aluminum alloy chain armor layer, so that the pressure resistance of the cable is improved.

5. The cable rat-proof and ant-proof structure adopts the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant B1-grade rat-proof and ant-proof sheath layer 52, so that damage of rats and ants to cables can be avoided, and the service life of the cables is prolonged.

According to the water-blocking DC1500V and following flame-retardant B1-grade rat-proof direct-current cable for rail transit, the conductor structure with longitudinal water blocking is arranged, the potential safety hazard of water inflow of a cable conductor in a complex use environment of rail transit is achieved, the radial waterproof structure is arranged, environmental moisture can be prevented from being soaked in the cable, the service life of the cable is prolonged, the flame-retardant fire-isolating structure of the cable is arranged, the cable has excellent performances such as A-grade (GB/T19666-.

The water-blocking DC1500V and the following flame-retardant B1-grade rat/ant-proof direct-current cable structure for rail transit can meet the excellent performances of A-grade (GB/T19666-2019) and B1-grade (GB/T31247-.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below in conjunction with the appended drawings and detailed description.

The water-blocking DC1500V and the following flame-retardant B1-grade rat/ant-proof direct current cable 1 for rail transit can meet the excellent performances of A-grade (GB/T19666-2019) and B1-grade (GB/T31247-:

referring to fig. 1, the direct current cable 1 for rail transit of the present invention comprises a conductor structure 2 with a longitudinal water-blocking function, a radial waterproof structure 3, a cable flame-retardant fire-proof structure 4 and a cable rat-proof and termite-proof structure 5; wherein radial waterproof construction 3 twists on the surface of conductor structure 2 that has the function of vertically blocking water, and the fire-retardant structure 4 that separates of cable sets up on radial waterproof construction 3 surface, and the fire prevention structure 5 that prevents rats of cable sets up on the surface of the fire-retardant structure 4 that separates of cable.

Referring to fig. 2, the conductor structure 2 having a longitudinal water-blocking function is made by twisting a plurality of T-shaped element wires 21 and a plurality of water-blocking yarns 22, wherein the water-blocking yarns 22 are distributed between any adjacent T-shaped element wires 21. The water blocking yarn 22 expands when meeting water, so that the direct current cable 1 for rail transit can achieve the potential safety hazard of water inflow of cable conductors in a complex use environment of rail transit.

Referring to fig. 3, the radial waterproof structure 3 includes a water blocking tape 31 wrapped on the outer surface of the conductor structure 2 having a longitudinal water blocking function, a crosslinked polyethylene insulating layer 32 disposed on the outer surface of the water blocking tape 31, a double-sided aluminum-plastic composite tape 33 longitudinally wrapped on the outer surface of the crosslinked polyethylene insulating layer 32, and a low smoke, zero halogen, and high flame retardant polyolefin waterproof layer 34 disposed on the outer surface of the double-sided aluminum-plastic composite tape 33. The arrangement of the crosslinked polyethylene insulating layer 32 can enhance the breakdown field strength of the direct current cable 1 for rail transit, so that the cable has good insulating property.

Referring to fig. 4, the cable flame retardant and fire insulation structure 4 includes a low smoke halogen-free flame retardant B1-grade fire insulation layer 41 disposed on the outer surface of the radial waterproof structure 3. The arrangement of the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant B1-grade fire barrier layer 41 enhances the flame-retardant performance of the cable to meet the flame-retardant requirements of A-grade (GB/T19666-2019) and B1-grade (GB/T31247-2014).

Referring to fig. 5, the cable rat-proof and ant-proof structure 5 comprises an aluminum alloy interlocking armor layer 51 arranged on the outer surface of the cable flame-retardant fire-proof structure 4, and a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant B1-grade rat-proof and ant-proof sheath layer 52 arranged on the outer surface of the aluminum alloy interlocking armor layer 51. The arrangement of the aluminum alloy interlocking armor layer 51 increases the pressure resistance of the cable. The arrangement of the low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant B1-grade rat/ant-proof sheath layer 52 can avoid damage of rats and ants to cables and prolong the service life of the cables.
