1. A height adjustment pillow, comprising:

a cervical pillow composed of an outer skin and contents filled in the outer skin to provide elasticity, wherein the outer skin and the contents are composed of a placing part and wall parts, the placing part is sunken for placing cervical vertebra and occipital bone, and the wall parts are arranged at two sides of the placing part in a protruding way;

a side pillow, comprising: a side surface contact part attached to both sides of the cervical pillow and stacked with a plurality of elastic pads having the same shape; a height fine-tuning part which is composed of a plurality of thin pads and a cover body, wherein the thin pads are stacked on the lower part of the side surface part contact part, the cover body respectively wraps the whole outer surfaces of the thin pads and is closed at the edge part through hot melting, and the outer surface of the cover body is provided with a friction increasing part;

a wing connecting the cervical pillow and a lower portion of the lateral pillow; and

a cover for accommodating all the components therein,

the thin pad of the height fine-adjustment part is manufactured with the thickness of 5.1-5.5 mm, the edge part is subjected to hot melting treatment according to a certain width,

the friction increasing part is made of any one of textile fabrics of suede leather, velvet and polyester.

2. The height adjustment pillow according to claim 1, wherein:

a base part is connected to the lower part of the cervical pillow.

3. The height adjustment pillow according to claim 1, wherein:

the elastic pad and the thin pad have the same shape and pattern when viewed from the plane.

4. The height adjustment pillow according to claim 3, wherein:

the elastic cushion and the thin cushion are made of polyethylene foam, polyurethane foam or EVA foam.

5. The height adjustment pillow according to claim 1, wherein:

the side contact part is provided with an ear placing part and an air hole in a perforation way.

6. The height adjustment pillow according to claim 1, wherein:

the side contact part is formed by alternately arranging the No. 1 sponge made of filtering foam material, the No. 2, 3 and 4 sponges made of high-elasticity polyurethane foam and memory foam material.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a height adjusting pillow. And more particularly, to a height adjusting pillow which is excellent in air permeability and is used as a user's body weight changes to adapt to a shoulder height to adjust a height of the pillow.

Background

Generally, the pillow supports the back of the head, i.e. the back of the head. After the posterior brain scoop is supported, the head will tilt forward. Therefore, the cervical vertebrae having the "C" shape are pressed by the reverse bending. At the same time, stiffness of the nape muscles also occurs.

Therefore, the user does not feel comfortable even after waking up, but feels aching pain in the neck. If this condition continues, diseases such as cervical disc herniation can be induced.

Because of the above problems, the cervical vertebra pillow disclosed in korean laid-open patent publication No. 10-2014-0130885, the cervical and thoracic vertebra supporting pillow disclosed in registered utility model publication No. 20-0471522, and the cervical vertebra correcting pillow disclosed in registered utility model publication No. 20-0458054 are known as products used in the past. These pillows are basically all structures for keeping the head in a low state to support the neck, and have a function of simply maintaining the cervical vertebrae while sleeping.

However, the cervical pillow provides only weak support to the cervical vertebrae portion of the user in a state where the user lies down. Therefore, if the head of the user rotates on the pillow during the sleeping process, the neck of the user feels sore after the user wakes up, and the user feels uncomfortable.

In addition, when the cervical vertebra pillow is used for sleeping on the side, the ears, the jaw joints and the optic nerve are extruded by the weight of the head, so that the user feels very uncomfortable. In particular, the ear having relatively low hardness is pressed against the side of the head, causing a cause of ear pain and causing a feeling of annoyance to the user. Meanwhile, the mastoid behind the ear is a part of the hard skull, and is pressed by the pillow, thereby causing headache.

It is not exaggerated that the reason why the above phenomenon occurs is that the pillow cannot cope with the change of the user's figure and weight.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a height adjusting pillow which relaxes a muscular membrane and promotes blood circulation by performing finger pressure on a connecting portion of a cervical vertebra and an occipital bone, and when sleeping on side, ears, jaw joints and optic nerves are not pressed by the weight of a head; the shoulders can not be hung on the pillow during sleeping and can not be separated from the head, so that the pillow can be comfortably placed; meanwhile, the pillow can be rested in a cool state for sleeping through the ventilation and cooling effects; in addition, the cushion has the air cushion effect generated by the through holes, so that the cushion has good resilience.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a height adjustment pillow, which is equipped with a height fine-adjustment part, so that the height between the face and the shoulders can be adjusted when sleeping on the side.

Technical scheme

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises: cervical pillow, it is by following several parts: a mounting part composed of a skin and contents filled into the skin to provide elasticity, the skin and the contents being depressed to mount the cervical vertebrae and the occiput, and a wall part protrudingly provided at both sides of the mounting part; a side pillow, comprising: a side surface contact part attached to both sides of the cervical pillow and stacked with a plurality of elastic pads having the same shape, and a height fine-tuning part composed of a plurality of thin pads stacked at a lower part of the side surface contact part and a cover body wrapping outer surfaces of the thin pads respectively and terminating by hot melting at an edge part; a wing connecting the cervical pillow and a lower portion of the lateral pillow; and a cover which accommodates all the components therein and is inserted thereinto.

The thickness of the thin pad of the height fine-tuning part is made to be 4.5-5.5 mm.

The friction increasing part is composed of any one of polyester fiber velvet (lyolex), suede leather, velvet and textile fabric.

The elastic pad and the thin pad have the same shape and pattern when viewed from the plane.

In this case, the elastic pad and the thin pad are made of a material such as polyethylene foam, polyurethane foam, or EVA foam. The side contact part is provided with an ear placing part and an air hole in a perforation way.

The side contact part is formed by alternately arranging the No. 1 sponge made of filtering foam material, the No. 2, 3 and 4 sponges made of high-elasticity polyurethane foam and memory foam material.

A cooling pad provided with a urethane gel sheet is laminated on the cervical pillow and the side surface contact part, and a plurality of finger-pressure protrusions are formed on the cervical pillow in a protruding manner.

Effects of the invention

As described above, the present invention has the special air cushion function of PU FOAM of various materials, and if the pillow is adjusted by using the height adjustment of 3D shape with good rebound resilience, the following effects can be obtained.

First, unlike the general pillow, the cervical pillow of the present invention can correct the neck of a tortoise or a straight neck into a C shape, and the M shape fixes the neck and the head of the user to prevent the cervical vertebra from bending and separating even in sleep, and can relax the muscularis and promote blood circulation by applying finger pressure to the connecting portion between the cervical vertebra and the occiput.

Detailed Description

An exemplary view showing a side pillow stacking portion of the height adjusting pillow according to the embodiment of the present invention is partially enlarged.

As shown, the height adjustment pillow 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a cervical pillow 10, side pillows 20 provided on both sides of the cervical pillow 10, wings 30 connecting the cervical pillow 10 and the side pillows 20, and a cover 60 accommodating all the components therein.

In order to ensure that the finger-pressure effect can be provided, the outer skin 11 may be composed of Polyethylene FOAM (PE FOAM: Polyethylene FOAM) or EVA FOAM (EVA FOAM: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate). The content 12 in the outer skin 11 is formed of Polyurethane foam (Polyurethane Form), so that a user can feel an air cushion when he or she is rested on the pillow, the surface can have a stiff feel through the outer skin 11, and the interior can have a function of highly elastic sponge through the content 12, so that the pillow of the present invention is different from a general pillow, has a proper elastic feel, has a function different from a general pillow, i.e., is not hard and does not have a particularly concave feel.

The cervical pillow 10 includes: a seating part 13 depressed for seating of the cervical vertebrae and the occiput; and M-shaped wall parts 14 which are positioned at both sides of the placing part 13 and protrude upwards for providing support for both sides of the head. The seating portion 13 is C-shaped.

In addition, the cervical pillow 10 is wider at the top of the head and narrower at the lower part of the neck, and does not contact the shoulder, and provides support from the beginning of the cervical spine, thereby providing a comfortable feeling when sleeping.

In addition, as shown in fig. 2, a finger-pressure protrusion 15 is provided on the upper portion of the cervical pillow 10, and a finger-pressure effect can be obtained when the pillow is laid down.

Here, the cervical pillow 10 is constructed such that a material made of polyethylene foam or EVA foam is molded using a mold (mold) with respect to a C-shaped receiving portion 13 and an M-shaped wall portion 14 for fixing a head and a neck, thereby manufacturing an outer skin 11 for pressing a connection portion between the cervical vertebrae and the occiput, and high elastic polyurethane foam or memory foam is filled as a content 12 into the outer skin 11 to provide soft elasticity, and the lower portion of the outer skin 11 is completely sealed and bonded by a hot-melt method using polyethylene foam or EVA foam, thereby ending up to prevent the content 12 from being separated.

In addition, in order to stabilize the cervical pillow molded by the above method and to adjust the height, the height of the molded article can be adjusted while maintaining the stability of the molded article by padding two to three layers of the lowest layer with a high elastic polyurethane foam or memory foam at a certain thickness.

As shown in fig. 3, a base part 40 is provided at the lower part of the C-shape of the cervical pillow 10, and is lever-shaped such that the heavier side is naturally seated on the floor.

That is, a short pad is provided as a base portion 40 of the cervical pillow 10 at a lower portion of a C-shaped portion forming the cervical vertebrae to form a seesaw-like shape, whereby an upper portion and a bottom portion providing support to the lower portion of the neck and the head have a space, and thus, it is naturally and comfortably seated on a heavier side.

The lateral pillows 20 are attached to both sides of the cervical pillow 10, and have: an ear seating part 23 for ensuring that ears are not pressed when sleeping on the side; and the air holes 24 ensure ventilation.

The side pillow 20 includes: a side surface contact part 26 and a height fine-adjustment part 29 stacked below the side surface contact part 26.

Unlike other conventional pillows, the side contact part is not formed of a single product, but is actually an elastic cushion, and the 1 st sponge 21 made of a filtering Foam (Filler Foam) and the 2 nd, 3 rd or 4 th sponge 22 made of polyurethane are alternately laminated with each other in consideration of air permeability and elasticity (the material used herein has high elasticity (density of kg/m)325, 35, 40, etc.), memory foam, filter foam).

The side contact part 26 alternately laminates the 1 st sponge 21 and the 2 nd, 3 rd or 4 th sponge 22 to form the airing hole 24, thereby being capable of providing air permeability and quick resiliency.

The groove 25 is provided inside the side surface contact part 26, so that the shoulder part can be placed on the upper part of the wing part 30 without being caught on the side pillow 20 when sleeping on the side.

Therefore, when the user sleeps, the head can be comfortably seated on the pillow in a state where the shoulders are not caught on the pillow.

The ear seating parts 23 are provided with holes, as in the case of a general functional pillow, so that the ears are not pressed when sleeping on their sides, or are made in a concave shape to ensure that the face does not roll during sleeping. The width of the pillow is 20-30 mm, a certain inclination or rod shape is formed, and the sponge is attached to the middle layer or the edge of the lower end part of the pillow, so that the pillow has a concave function.The design of the letter-shaped ear part refers to the shape that the helmet of the baseball player can protect the chin, and is made to make the chin, the ear and the optic nerve part of the eyes feel comfortable. Preferably, the sponge used by sandwiching is softer than the sponge of other parts, which ensures that the ears, jaw joints or optic nerve are not compressed by the weight of the head.

In addition, a cooling pad 50 of urethane gel sheet or a plurality of compressed charcoal is provided on the side surface contact part 26, and the cooling pad 50 is made of condensed gel or phase change material capable of absorbing the body temperature of the user during sleep.

If the cooling pad 50 is made of urethane gel, the lower portion of the side pillow 20 formed of urethane film may be formed in a circular shape and formed in a concave shape, and then liquid urethane gel may be filled into the concave portion and cured.

That is, the liquid urethane gel may be filled into the recessed portion of the seating portion 13 of the cervical pillow 10 formed by urethane film molding and solidified, thereby providing a cooling finger pressure effect.

As the cooling pad 50 made of urethane gel, if the whole of the cooling pad of the size of the face is used by being put on a pillow, the material has a cooling property, and thus the cooling pad feels uncomfortable after long-term use due to stiffness. On the contrary, if it is divided into a plurality of small pieces to be attached for use, the function of the cooling pad can be maximally exerted according to the shape of the face.

A height fine-adjustment part 29 is provided below the side surface contact part 26, and the height of the side surface contact part can be finely adjusted according to the shoulder width and the size of the user's face, so that the side surface and the shoulder can be maintained in a right-angled state.

The height fine-adjustment portion 29 includes a thin pad 27 and a cover 28. The plurality of thin cushions 27 have the same shape and pattern as the aforementioned elastic cushion, i.e., the foam, in plan view.

The material used for the thin pad 27 is made of a material such as polyethylene foam, polyurethane foam, or EVA foam, as in the case of the side surface contact portion 26.

In this case, when the shoulder muscles decrease or increase with the change in the weight of the user, the angle between the shoulder and the side face may change while the side face is in close contact with the side face contact portion 26 of the thin pad 27.

That is, if the user does a great deal of muscular movement, the shoulder becomes wider due to the relatively developed shoulder muscles. In this state, if the user lies on his side with the face in close contact with the side surface contact portion 26, the side face can only be in close contact with the side surface contact portion in a state of being inclined downward from a position higher than the side surface contact portion 26.

In contrast, when the face or a part of the shoulder of the user is suddenly thinned, the angle of the vertical state is expanded more than the angle between the face and the shoulder of the user lying on the side, and thus the position of the shoulder and the neck cannot be maintained in the vertical state.

Thus, if the user falls asleep with the side face in contact with the side face contact portion 26 at an angle varying between the face and the shoulder as the user's physical condition changes, the possibility of the occurrence of cervical disc herniation disease is increased, and the sleep quality is degraded.

Preferably, in order to prevent such a situation from occurring, the side face angle and the shoulder angle can be always kept at right angles by adjusting the height of the pillow. Therefore, in the present invention, the thickness of the thin pad 27 is made to be 4.5 to 5.5mm to ensure fine adjustment of the angle between the shoulder and the side face.

Such thin cushions 27 can be stacked in at least about 3-4 layers, and the material itself is a foam material, so that if the mattress is used without other covers, the user may push or pull the thin cushions 27 apart or close during sleep, and the central axes of the thin cushions 27 may be offset.

Therefore, in order to keep the fixed state without changing the position of the thin pad 27, the cover 28 with the friction increasing portion 28a is coupled to the outside of the thin pad 27.

The cover 28 wraps around the outer surface of the pad 27 and terminates by heat staking in combination with the edge regions. In this case, in a state where a plurality of covers 28 are stacked, in order to secure that the covers 28 and the surfaces of the side contact portions 26 do not move, any one of textile fabrics made of napped fabric such as suede, velour, polyester (lyox) may be used to manufacture the friction increasing portions 28 a.

Here, although not shown in the drawings, the height fine-adjustment part 29 may also be used for the lower part of the cervical pillow 10. In the drawings of the present invention, although it is not shown that the height fine-tuning portion is provided at the lower portion of the cervical pillow 10, when the height of the lower portion of the side surface contacting portion 26 is adjusted, if the height of the cervical pillow 10 is not adjusted accordingly, the height of the whole pillow is not adjusted. Therefore, the same structure as the height fine-adjustment part 29 provided on the side bolster 20 can be adopted also for the lower part of the cervical pillow 10.

In this case, the height fine-adjustment part 29 may be provided at a side of the base part 40 located at the lower portion of the cervical pillow 10, or may be provided at a position excluding the base part 40.

Accordingly, the height fine-tuning part 29 can adjust the height of the side pillow 20 and the height of the cervical pillow 10, thereby ensuring that the user can lie down while resting the pillow in the most comfortable state.

In addition, the wing 30 is connected to the lower portions of the cervical pillow 10 and the side pillow 20, thereby ensuring that the cervical pillow 10 and the side pillow 20 do not move relative to each other.

The lower part of the wing part 30 is made of the No. 2, No. 3 or No. 4 sponge 22, and the upper part is made of cloth and protrudes from the lower surface of the side pillow 20 toward the inner side of the shoulder part side.

Generally, a person turns over many times while sleeping. In this case, it is also possible for the pillow to be pushed elsewhere.

Therefore, if the wings 30 are provided at the inner sides of the side pillows 20, preferably, at the groove portions 25 receiving the shoulders as described in the present invention, the shoulders are placed on the wings 30 while sleeping, and the pillow can be prevented from being detached by the pressing action of the shoulders.

The cervical pillow 10 and the lateral pillows 20 having the above-described structures and the wing parts 30 connecting them are accommodated inside the housing 60.

The outer cover 60 is made of a soft-touch, stretchable, and breathable textile fabric, and is cut and joined to a size and shape that ensures that all components do not move inside.

Best mode for carrying out the invention

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, in the process of designating reference symbols for the components in the respective drawings, the same reference symbols are assigned to the same components as much as possible even if the components are designated in different drawings. In the description of the present invention, if it is determined that the detailed description of the related known configurations or functions may obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description thereof will be omitted. In addition, the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below, but the technical idea of the present invention is not limited to or by this, and those skilled in the art can be implemented in various different ways after being modified.

Hereinafter, the function of the height adjusting pillow according to the embodiment of the present invention will be explained.

When the user is aware that the neck and the shoulder cannot be held vertically in a state where the user lies on the side with the side face in close contact with the side face contact portion 26, and the user is in a state where the head is raised or in a state where the head is lowered, the foam as the elastic pad can be removed from the side face contact portion 26 or the thin pad 27 can be removed from the height fine adjustment portion 29.

In the case where the height adjustment width is not large, the thin pads 27 stacked on the height fine-adjustment portion 29 may be removed one by one from the lower portion until the user can be kept in the most comfortable state.

In this case, since the cover body 28 covering the outer surface of the mat 27 has the friction increasing portion 28a formed on the surface thereof, the bottom mat 27 and the cover body 28, which are disposed so that the friction increasing portion 28a acts only on the upper side, are removed from the stacked mats 27.

Then, if the width of the shoulder is increased by movement or shoulder correction during use by the user, the thin pads 27 removed previously are put between the stacked thin pads 27 to be stacked again.

Here, an important part is the cover 28 disposed as the height fine adjustment part 29, which performs a tail treatment by a non-sewing thermal compression method, and can maintain a stable state even if the mat 27 is influenced by an unintentional excessive pushing of the user. In particular, the friction increasing portion 28a provided on the surface of the cover 28 plays a role of fixing the whole side pillow 20, thereby ensuring that the stacked state is always maintained, which is very beneficial to protect the neck health of the user, and also can maintain sufficient durability.
