The working principle is as follows: firstly, the movable rod 25 of the invention can be adjusted according to the height of a worker, which can reduce the labor intensity of the worker and improve the efficiency of pesticide spraying, then the water pump 27 can convey the pesticide in the water tank 2 into the water mist spray head 32, the pesticide can be sprayed on trees from the pesticide spraying opening 33, and the first motor 14 can drive the second rotating shaft 13 to rotate, so as to drive the second bevel gear 131 to rotate, and can drive the first bevel gear 121 engaged on the second bevel gear 131 to rotate, so as to drive the first rotating shaft 12 to rotate, so as to drive the rotating plate 35 to rotate, so as to enable the water mist spray head 32 to do circular motion within a certain range, so as to enable the pesticide to be sprayed more uniformly, thereby having better deinsectization effect and reducing unnecessary waste, then the second motor 16 can drive the third rotating shaft 162 to rotate, so as to enable the fourth bevel gear 161 to rotate, so as to drive the third bevel gear 151 engaged on the fourth bevel gear 161, can make bull stick 152 rotate, can drive carousel 18 and rotate, can adjust sprinkler 3's angle, improve the work efficiency of medicine device that looses, reduce staff's intensity of labour, the staff can be through the pesticide volume in the observation mirror 21 observation water tank 2 at last, is convenient for pour into the pesticide in advance.
