Referring to fig. 1 to 7 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present application, a control panel assembly includes:

the panel body is provided with an accommodating groove;

the control assembly is movably arranged in the accommodating groove;

and the driving component drives the control component to extend out or retract into the accommodating groove.

The panel body is provided with a containing groove for containing the control assembly, and the control assembly can be driven by the driving assembly to extend out or retract into the containing groove, so that the operation is convenient as long as the control assembly extends out when the control assembly is required to be disassembled and maintained.

The control panel structure comprises a touch screen 3, a circuit board 2, a key board switch 14, a base and other parts; the front panel 151 is mounted on the front of the washing machine casing 13 by means of fastening means such as a snap and a screw. The base realizes the installation and the limiting of the control panel structure through the guide rail groove and the guide rail of the front panel 151, and the limiting structure is matched to prevent the control panel structure from falling back when extending out in place; the first base 4 and the second base 11 are connected through a rotating shaft structure 5; the touch screen 3, the circuit board 2, the motor 10 and the like are arranged on the first base 4 in a fixing mode such as a screw, a buckle and the like; the gear 9 is mounted on the motor 10 shaft and the rack 131 is designed on the washing machine housing 13.

The rotating shaft structure 5 comprises a rotating shaft limiting structure 401, a rotating shaft 501, a spring 502, a marble 503, a first contact spring piece 504, a second contact spring piece 505 and a spring piece fixing plate 506; the spring 502 is placed in the hole of the rotating shaft 501, the marbles 503 are respectively placed at two ends of the spring 502, the rotating shaft 501 is installed on the rotating shaft limiting structure 401, the first contact elastic piece 504 is installed on the rotating shaft 501, and the second contact elastic piece 505 is installed on the elastic piece fixing plate 506. When a user adjusts the control panel 1, the marble 503 is jammed into the rotating shaft limiting structure 401, and the rotating shaft structure 5 is limited.

The first contact dome 504 functions to connect the input end of the second contact dome 505 to the output end, the input end is connected to the keypad, and the output end is connected to the signal receiving port of the circuit board 2.

When the display screen or the circuit board 2 in the control panel 1 of the washing machine breaks down, maintenance personnel can pull out the structure of the control panel 1 through a switch key or a tool, and the display screen or the circuit board 2 can be replaced or maintained by opening the buckle on the base rear cover 12.
