1. A method for quickly modifying an elastic short sleeper is characterized by comprising the following steps,

s2.1, cleaning rubber sleeve shoes on the elastic short sleepers, coating adhesives on the periphery of the elastic short sleepers, and entering step S3;

s2.2, removing the fastener on the elastic short sleeper to be maintained, adhering an elastic base plate to the bottom of a replacement sleeper for replacing the elastic short sleeper, coating an adhesive on the periphery of the replacement sleeper, and entering step S3;

s3, cleaning a sleeper pit of the railway bed, and brushing an adhesive on the wall of the sleeper pit;

s4, placing the elastic short sleeper or the replacement sleeper in the step S2.1 or the step S2.2 into the sleeper pit in the step S3;

s5, pouring high molecular elastic material into the sleeper pit in the step S4, filling the high molecular elastic material into the elastic short sleeper or the gap between the replacement sleeper and the sleeper pit, and finishing construction after the high molecular elastic material is cured.

2. A method for rapid reconstruction of a resilient short sleeper as defined in claim 1 wherein in steps S2.1 and S2.2 the adhesive is a polyurethane adhesive.

3. A method for the rapid reconstruction of a resilient short sleeper as claimed in claim 2 wherein the viscosity of the adhesive is not more than 5000 mpa.s.

4. The method for rapidly modifying an elastic short sleeper as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in step S5, the high molecular elastic material is polyurethane or modified polyurethane, epoxy or modified epoxy material.

5. A method for rapid reconstruction of a resilient short sleeper according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that in step S2.2, prior to proceeding to step S3, fasteners are installed on the replacement sleeper and the replacement sleeper is fixedly connected to the rail by means of the fasteners.

6. The method for quickly reconstructing an elastic short sleeper according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in step S1, fasteners on the elastic short sleeper in front of and behind the elastic short sleeper to be repaired are removed, a jacking tool is used for jacking rails on both sides of the elastic short sleeper to be repaired, and the rail pulls the sleeper out of the track bed through the fasteners.

A method for quickly modifying an elastic short sleeper as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in step S5, before the high molecular elastic material is filled, a temporary fixture is used to fix the rail, and after the high molecular elastic material is cured, the temporary fixture is removed.

9. A method for the rapid reconstruction of a resilient short tie as claimed in claim 8 wherein the temporary tooling includes a gauge tie for fixing the lateral position of the rail and a jack for fixing the vertical position.

Technical Field

Background

The short sleeper track of elasticity is one kind and uses in the open air, bears the structure of train load repeatedly, is usually behind the cladding one deck rubber cover boots on the sleeper, pours the concrete railway bed when installing on the circuit, and the back is watered and is belonged to the physical contact between the rubber cover boots of bed and sleeper, in its long-term use, produces following disease easily: (1) the rubber sleeve boot is aged and loses elasticity, and the vibration reduction effect is reduced or lost; (2) the phenomena of sleeper looseness, empty hanging, short sleeper fracture, grout turnover and mud pumping around the sleeper and the like are caused by the fact that stripping and clearance expansion are easily caused among the sleeper, the sleeve shoe and the railway bed, and geometric shape and position abnormality of the rail is seriously caused.

In addition, the sleeve shoes of the existing elastic short sleeper wrapping the sleeper and the surrounding track bed concrete belong to physical contact, a low-rigidity base plate is arranged below the sleeper, and the damping effect is provided through vertical deformation. But the sleeper produces relative slip at vertical deformation in-process and cover boots, and in the long-term motion process, the clearance must appear between rubber cover boots and the peripheral concrete, and inside water infiltration from the clearance, there is the flapping effect in the vibration process, and the production and the structural damage in aggravation clearance influence result of use and life-span.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is: the method for quickly reconstructing the elastic short sleeper is provided, and the problems that the rubber sleeve shoe of the elastic short sleeper in the prior art is aged and loses elasticity after being used for a long time, a gap exists between the rubber sleeve shoe and concrete, and the use effect and the service life are influenced are solved.

s2.2, removing the fastener on the elastic short sleeper to be maintained, adhering an elastic base plate to the bottom of a replacement sleeper for replacing the elastic short sleeper, coating an adhesive on the periphery of the replacement sleeper, and entering step S3;

s3, cleaning a sleeper pit of the railway bed, and brushing an adhesive on the wall of the sleeper pit;

s4, placing the elastic short sleeper or the replacement sleeper in the step S2.1 or the step S2.2 into the sleeper pit in the step S3;

s5, pouring high molecular elastic material into the sleeper pit in the step S4, filling the high molecular elastic material into the elastic short sleeper or the gap between the replacement sleeper and the sleeper pit, and finishing construction after the high molecular elastic material is cured.

Preferably, in step S2.1 and step S2.2, the adhesive is a polyurethane adhesive.

Preferably, the viscosity of the adhesive is not greater than 5000 mpa.s.

Preferably, in step S5, the polymer elastic material is polyurethane or modified polyurethane, epoxy or modified epoxy material.

Preferably, in step S2.2, fasteners are installed on the replacement tie to fixedly connect the replacement tie to the rail via the fasteners before proceeding to step S3.

Preferably, in step S1, the fasteners on the elastic short sleepers in front and at the back of the elastic short sleeper to be maintained are removed, the steel rails on two sides of the elastic short sleeper to be maintained are jacked by using a jacking tool, and the sleeper is pulled out from the track bed by the steel rails through the fasteners.

Preferably, the jacking tool is a jack or a track jack.

Preferably, in step S5, before filling the polymer elastic material, the rail is fixed by using a temporary fixture, and after curing the polymer elastic material, the temporary fixture is removed.

Preferably, the temporary tooling comprises a gauge pull rod for fixing the transverse position of the steel rail and a jack for fixing the vertical position of the steel rail.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

A preferred embodiment of the quick resilient sleeper reconstruction method of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 10, is used for repairing or replacing sleepers.

The method for quickly reconstructing the elastic section sleeper comprises the following steps:

s1, pulling out the short elastic sleeper 3 to be repaired, determining whether the short sleeper to be repaired needs to be replaced, if not, going to step S2.1, and if so, going to step S2.2.

Preferably, the fasteners 2 on the elastic short sleepers 3 in front of and behind the elastic short sleepers 3 to be maintained are removed, the jacking tools 9 are adopted to jack the steel rails 1 on two sides of the elastic short sleepers 3 to be maintained, and the steel rails 1 are used for pulling out the sleepers from the track bed 5 through the fasteners 2. The elastic short sleeper 3 is pulled out without adopting a rail sawing mode to saw the steel rail 1, and a lifting mode is selected, so that the time and cost for rail sawing and rail welding can be reduced, the seamless track is kept, the operation quality of the track is ensured, the construction period is short, and the efficiency is high.

Preferably, the jacking tool 9 adopts a jack or a track jack. The lifting jack or the track lifting device is arranged at the bottom of the steel rail 1 at two sides of the sleeper to apply force upwards to the steel rail 1, and the sleeper to be maintained and modified is pulled out of the track bed 5 through the fastener 2 connected with the sleeper. The jack and the track jack are used as common tools, so that the assembly cost is low.

Preferably, the length of the lifted rail 1 is chosen in the range of 12-20 m from the front to the back of the resilient short sleeper 3 to be repaired. This length range can guarantee that jacking frock 9 will not subsidiary the sleeper of pulling out both sides when the short sleeper 3 of elasticity of treating the maintenance is pulled out.

S2.1, cleaning the rubber sleeve shoes 4 on the elastic short sleepers 3, painting adhesive on the periphery of the elastic short sleepers 3, and entering the step S3.

Preferably, in step S2.1, the adhesive is a polyurethane adhesive, the viscosity of the adhesive being not more than 5000 mpa.s. S2.2, removing the fastener 2 on the elastic short sleeper 3 to be repaired, adhering an elastic base plate 7 to the bottom of a replacement sleeper 6 for replacing the elastic short sleeper 3, painting adhesive on the periphery of the replacement sleeper 6, and entering the step S3.

Preferably, in step S2.2, the adhesive is a polyurethane adhesive, the viscosity of the adhesive being not more than 5000 mpa.s. Because the adhesive needs to be in contact with concrete, the adhesive adopts an absorbent adhesive, and the components can be polyurethane or modified polyurethane single or double-component adhesives.

Preferably, the replacement tie 6 is first installed with the clip 2, and the replacement tie 6 is fixedly connected to the rail 1 by the clip 2. After the fastener 2 is installed, the fastener 2 and the replacement sleeper 6 are integrated, and the assembly is convenient.

Preferably, when the elastic tie plate 7 is attached, a pressure-sensitive adhesive with high initial adhesion strength is selected for the bottom of the replacement sleeper 6, and the elastic tie plate 7 is adhered to the replacement sleeper 6 through the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

S4, the elastic short tie 3 or the replacement tie 6 in step S2.1 or step S2.2 is placed into the tie pit in step S3.

Preferably, when the replacement sleeper 6 is selected, the size of the replacement sleeper 6 is selected according to the size of a sleeper pit, and if the gap between the replacement sleeper 6 and the sleeper pit is too small, the size of the replacement sleeper 6 is smaller than the size of the elastic short sleeper 3 to be maintained in order to ensure the strength of the high-molecular elastic material 8; if the gap between the replacement tie 6 and the tie pit is too large, a layer of steel plate can be inserted in the wider gap to ensure that the amount of lateral movement of the tie is restrained, and the steel plate can be used as a reinforcement.

S5, pouring the high polymer elastic material 8 into the sleeper pit in the step S4, filling the high polymer elastic material 8 into the elastic short sleeper 3 or the gap between the replacement sleeper 6 and the sleeper pit, and finishing construction after the high polymer elastic material 8 is cured. The bonding and sealing of the high polymer elastic material 8 and the sleeper and the railway bed 5 are realized through the adhesive, effective sealing and water proofing are realized, and the phenomena of peeling, clearance expansion and sleeper lifting among the original rubber sleeve shoes 4, the sleeper and the railway bed 5 are avoided. The high-molecular elastic material 8 is adopted for pouring, and is matched with the elastic base plate 7 below the sleeper, so that the consistency of the system rigidity of the steel rail 1 before and after modification is ensured, the elasticity of the sleeper is kept, the riding comfort is provided, and the basic maintenance frequency of the track bed 5 is reduced.

Preferably, before the polymer elastic material 8 is filled, the temporary tool 10 is used for fixing the steel rail 1, and after the polymer elastic material 8 is cured, the temporary tool 10 is removed to finish the replacement of the sleeper. The temporary tooling 10 comprises a gauge pull rod for fixing the transverse position of the steel rail 1 and a jack or a sleeper for fixing the vertical position of the steel rail.

Preferably, the polymer elastic material 8 is polyurethane or modified polyurethane, epoxy or modified epoxy material.

The polymer elastic material 8 is in a liquid state before use, and when the polymer elastic material is used, different components are mixed and then are cured at normal temperature to form an elastic body, so that the designed strength, hardness and the like can be achieved within a certain time. By changing the amount of polyurethane and epoxy material in the polymer elastic material 8, the curing time of the polymer elastic material 8 reaching the sufficient strength can be adjusted, and the modification can be completed within one day. By adjusting the proportion of the polymer elastic material 8, the modulus of the filled polymer elastic material 8 can be adjusted, so that the rigidity of the boot formed by the polymer elastic material 8 is consistent with the rigidity of the cleaned rubber boot 4, and the consistency of the line rigidity is maintained.

To sum up, the embodiment of the invention provides a method for quickly reconstructing an elastic short sleeper, which comprises the steps of coating an adhesive around the elastic short sleeper, pouring a high-molecular elastic material between the elastic short sleeper and a sleeper pit, and bonding and sealing the high-molecular elastic material and the adhesive to form stable chemical connection, so that an integral structure is formed among the sleeper, a track bed and the high-molecular elastic material, the follow-up problems that the cooperation between the sleeper and the track bed is not tight, gaps occur at the periphery of a sleeve shoe when the sleeper moves vertically and the like are avoided, the integrity, the durability and the waterproof performance are better, the curing time period and the strength of the high-molecular elastic material are high, and the reconstruction speed is high.
