the tops of the two accommodating grooves (11) are communicated to form an accommodating channel (12), and the accommodating channel (12) is communicated with the opening;

the pressing and ejecting piece (23) is clamped in the accommodating channel (12) to press and seal the two pressing pieces (21).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a track sunshade device and a track sunshade system.

Background

The snowmobile skiing track has 360-degree rotary bends, and the highest designed speed per hour can reach up to 134.4 kilometers. The snowmobile ski-track needs to be totally closed when making ice so as to avoid sunshine. In addition, the snowmobile ski track needs to be shielded from sunlight after finishing, so that ice is prevented from melting. However, the existing construction method can only make the snowmobile ski track ice-making and exposed to the natural environment when in use, thereby reducing the ice-making efficiency and affecting the normal use of the snowmobile ski track.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a track sunshade device, and aims to solve the problem that the ice making efficiency and normal use of a snow car ski track are easily affected by the conventional construction method. The invention also provides a track sunshade system with the track sunshade device.

In one aspect, the present invention provides a track sunshade device, comprising: the pressing mechanism is arranged on the body; wherein, the bottom of the body is used for connecting with the vertical column of the track; the top of the body is provided with an opening, two containing grooves which are communicated with the opening are arranged inside the body, and the end part of one piece of sun-shading cloth is contained in each containing groove; the pressing mechanism is arranged in the body and used for pressing the end parts of the two sun-shading cloths.

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art. The embodiment of the device is as follows:

referring to fig. 1 to 3, there is shown a preferred structure of the track sunshade in the present embodiment. As shown, the track sunshade device includes: a body 1 and a hold-down mechanism 2. Wherein, the bottom of the body 1 is used for connecting with the vertical column 3 of the track, specifically, the bottom of the body 1 (the lower part shown in fig. 1) is connected with the vertical column 3 of the track, and the vertical column 3 of the track can be a V-shaped vertical column of the track. An opening is formed in the top (the upper part shown in fig. 1) of the body 1, two accommodating grooves 11 are formed in the body 1, and the two accommodating grooves 11 are communicated with the opening. Each accommodating groove 11 is used for accommodating an end of one sunshade cloth 4, and the end of each sunshade cloth 4 enters one accommodating groove 11 through the opening at the top of the body 1.

The pressing mechanism 2 is arranged in the body 1, and the pressing mechanism 2 is used for pressing the end parts of the two sun-shading cloths 4, so that the end parts of the two sun-shading cloths 4 are stably arranged in the corresponding accommodating grooves 11.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in the above embodiment, the pressing mechanism 2 may include: two pressing members 21. Wherein, two compressing pieces 21 correspond to two accommodating grooves 11 one by one, and each compressing piece 21 is used for compressing the end of the corresponding sunshade cloth 4.

Referring to fig. 4, preferably, each pressing member 21 has a preset elasticity, which can be determined according to practical situations, and the embodiment does not limit this. The bottom (the lower part shown in fig. 4) of each pressing piece 21 is provided with a concave portion 24, the concave portion 24 extends to the top (the upper part shown in fig. 4) of the pressing piece 21, and the concave portion 24 is used for accommodating the end of the sunshade cloth 4. The bottom of each pressing piece 21 corresponds to the bottom (lower portion shown in fig. 2) of the accommodating groove 11.

Each sunshade cloth 4 is clamped between the corresponding accommodating groove 11 and the pressing piece 21, and the end part of each sunshade cloth 4 is arranged in the corresponding concave part 24. Specifically, the two sun-shading cloths 4 have the same structure with the accommodating groove 11 and the pressing piece 21, and the description is given by taking one sun-shading cloth 4 as an example: the sunshade cloth 4 is arranged through the opening of the body 1 and extends along the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11, the sunshade cloth 4 is extruded by the pressing piece 21 and the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11, when the sunshade cloth 4 extends to the bottom of the accommodating groove 11, the sunshade cloth 4 is bent towards the concave part 24 of the pressing piece 21, and the end part of the sunshade cloth 4 is arranged in the concave part 24. Since the pressing piece 21 has an elastic piece, the pressing piece 21 is elastically pressed against the accommodating groove 11, so that the sunshade cloth 4 is tightly pressed against the accommodating groove 11 by the pressing piece 21. Moreover, the end of the sunshade cloth 4 is bent upward from the bottom of the storage groove 11 and then clamped in the recessed portion 24, so that the sunshade cloth 4 is further clamped, and the structure is simple and convenient to implement.

In specific implementation, the length of the body 1 can be equal to that of the track column 3. The length of each pressing piece 21 can be equal to the length of the body 1, or alternatively, a plurality of pressing pieces 21 are arranged in each accommodating groove 11 at intervals, and the distance between two adjacent pressing pieces 21 can be 300 mm.

In specific implementation, each pressing piece 21 is arranged in the corresponding accommodating groove 11 of the body 1 and is tightly knocked by a hammer, so that the sunshade cloth 4 is ensured to be tight and not loose.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in the above embodiment, a first side (left side shown in fig. 4) of each pressing member 21 is in contact with the sunshade cloth 4, and a friction mechanism is disposed between a second side (right side shown in fig. 4) of each pressing member 21 and a side wall of the accommodating groove 11. Specifically, the two pressing members 21 have the same structure, and the description will be given by taking one pressing member 21 as an example: the first side and the second side of the pressing piece 21 are opposite sides, the sunshade cloth 4 is attached to the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11 when entering the accommodating groove 11 from the top opening of the body 1, and the first side of the pressing piece 21 is the side facing the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11, so that the sunshade cloth 4 is clamped between the first side of the pressing piece 21 and the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11. Correspondingly, a friction mechanism is arranged between the second side of the pressing piece 21 and the side wall of the accommodating groove 11 corresponding to the second side of the pressing piece 21. The friction force between each pressing piece 21 and the corresponding accommodating groove 11 is increased through the friction mechanism, so that the stable fixation between the pressing pieces 21 and the accommodating grooves 11 is ensured, and the pressing pieces 21 are prevented from being separated from the corresponding accommodating grooves 11.

Preferably, the friction mechanism is a toothed slot 22 provided at a side wall of each pressing member 21 where the second side contacts the receiving groove 11. Specifically, a tooth groove 22 is formed in the second side of each pressing piece 21, a tooth groove 22 is also formed in the side wall of each accommodating groove 11 corresponding to the second side of the pressing piece 21, and the tooth groove 22 of the pressing piece 21 is engaged with the tooth groove 22 of the accommodating groove 11. Therefore, the tooth grooves 22 are meshed to improve the meshing force between each pressing piece 21 and the corresponding accommodating groove 11, so that the pressing pieces 21 are prevented from being separated from the corresponding accommodating grooves 11, the sunshade cloth 4 is ensured to be stably arranged in the accommodating grooves 11, and the end parts of the sunshade cloth 4 are firmly pressed.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in each of the above embodiments, the pressing mechanism 2 may further include: and a knock-out 23. Wherein, the tops (the upper portion shown in fig. 2) of the two accommodating grooves 11 are communicated to form an accommodating passage 12, and the accommodating passage 12 is communicated with the opening of the body 1. The top pressing piece 23 has elasticity, the top pressing piece 23 is clamped in the containing channel 12, the top pressing piece 23 is used for pressing and sealing the two pressing pieces 21, therefore, the two pressing pieces 21 are pressed through the top pressing piece 23, the pressing pieces 21 are guaranteed to be stably arranged in the containing groove 11, the pressing pieces 21 are further guaranteed to be pressed and fixed on the end portion of the sunshade cloth 4, and the pressing effect of the end portion of the sunshade cloth 4 is further improved. Moreover, the end portion of the sunshade cloth 4 is sandwiched between the top pressing piece 23 and the side wall of the accommodating channel 12, so that the top pressing piece 23 also plays a role in clamping and fixing the end portion of the sunshade cloth 4.

Two opposite side walls of the accommodating channel 12 are provided with grooves 13, and two opposite sides of the pressing top piece 23 are provided with protrusions corresponding to the two grooves 13. Each convex part is embedded in the corresponding groove 13, and each sunshade cloth 4 is clamped between the corresponding convex part and the corresponding groove 13. Specifically, each sunshade cloth 4 extends along the side wall of the accommodating channel 12 from the opening at the top of the body 1, then the sunshade cloth 4 enters the groove 13 and is clamped by the convex part of the top pressing piece 23, and continues to extend along the side wall of the accommodating channel 12 and the inner wall of the accommodating groove 11 after coming out of the groove 13 until the sunshade cloth 4 is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating groove 11 and then is bent into the concave part 24 of the pressing piece 21. Thus, the clamping effect of the sunshade cloth 4 can be further improved, and the sunshade cloth 4 is prevented from being separated from the body 1.

Referring to fig. 1, in each of the above embodiments, the two accommodating grooves 11 are both inclined, and the bottoms (the lower portions shown in fig. 2) of the two accommodating grooves 11 are both inclined outward, i.e. forming a "eight" shape.
