When the first connecting pipe 12 discharges liquid outwards, the liquid pushes the movable plate 25 to move downwards, in the process that the barrel 5 absorbs water inwards, under the action of the second spring 28, the movable plate 25 moves upwards to reset, in the process that the movable plate 25 moves upwards and downwards, the movable plate 25 can drive the brush strip 19 to move upwards and downwards so as to clean the filter screen 32, the filter screen 32 is prevented from being blocked by large particles, and the first sealing plate 24 and the second sealing plate 31 cover the first strip-shaped opening 22 and the second strip-shaped opening 36 in the process of moving upwards and downwards so as to keep the first connecting pipe 12 and the second connecting pipe 16 sealed.
