When the movable frame 4 moves leftwards, the sliding plug plate 8 can be driven to move leftwards through the connecting rod 6, air in the fixed box 7 is extruded into the buffer box 9, the elastic film is bent and deformed, when the sawtooth ring 19 is firstly contacted with the moso bamboo branches, the sawtooth ring 19 is extruded by the moso bamboo branches, the sawtooth ring 19 continuously moves leftwards, the two electric connection plates 27 are contacted, further an external circuit of the power supply 20 is conducted, the electromagnetic valve is opened, the air in the buffer box 9 can be discharged into the telescopic air bag 22 through the air outlet pipe 13, the air cannot be discharged in time due to the small caliber of the air discharge pore 17, the telescopic air bag 22 can rapidly extend and drive the rack 23 to move, further the gear ring 24 is driven to rotate, further the sawtooth ring 19 is driven to rotate, the moso bamboo branches can be sawn into a crack at the position, then the moso bamboo branches are cut through the fixed blade 18, the moso bamboo branches are cut, and the situation that the branches cannot be cut through, meanwhile, the blade can be damaged by large impact generated between the fixed blade 18 and branches, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
