The food containing anthocyanin can be used for enhancing the immune system ability and preventing cancer after long-term consumption.

Oatmeal is a food processed by taking wheat as a raw material, is a breakfast cereal food which is industrially produced, and the technology for processing purple waxy wheat into oatmeal at present has high promotion space.
