Background

The cape is a living article for cold winter people to wear on the shoulders for wind prevention and warm keeping, and is made of soft and comfortable cloth or fabric by sewing. In the prior art, in order to enable the shawl to have the functions of health care and warming, an electric heating layer is additionally arranged in the shawl for people, so that when the shawl is used at home, better life quality can be provided by utilizing the heating of the electric heating layer. However, the traditional shawl with the electric heating layer can drag a cumbersome controller, which not only affects the beauty of the whole shawl, but also is inconvenient to operate, and can not communicate information of the shawl, thereby seriously affecting the use experience of people.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an electric heating cape which is more convenient to use and lighter and can transmit user control information and product state information.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme:

an electric heating shawl comprises a rectangular shawl body (1) with an electric heating layer (2) laid inside, wherein a connector (3) electrically connected with the electric heating layer (2) and a silica gel key (4) is fixed on the shawl body (1) at a position relatively close to one corner; the silica gel key (4) is sewn on the cape body (1) to facilitate manual pressing operation; the silica gel key (4) is electrically connected with the connector (3); the connector (3) is connected with the plug (6) through the controller (5); the controller (5) is used for controlling the heating output of the electric heating layer (2), and the controller (5) is also used for collecting and sending the working state information of the cape body (1) and receiving the user control information collected by the silica gel keys (4).

As shown in fig. 1-8, an electric heating shawl comprises a rectangular shawl body 1 with an electric heating layer 2 laid therein, wherein a connector 3 electrically connected with the electric heating layer 2 and a silica gel button 4 is fixed on the shawl body 1 at a position relatively close to one corner; the silica gel keys 4 are sewn on the cape body 1 to facilitate manual pressing operation; the silica gel key 4 is electrically connected with the connector 3; the connector 3 is connected with the plug 6 through the controller 5; the controller 5 is used for controlling the heating output of the electric heating layer and mutually transmitting the state information of the electric heating shawl 1 and the user control information collected by the silica gel keys 4.

The silica gel key 4 and the connector 3 are arranged on the cape body 1 at positions relatively close to the diagonal line. The silica gel key 4 comprises a key shell 41 and a button switch arranged in the key shell 41; the top surface of the key housing 41 is provided with a button window in which a key 42 for conveniently pressing a button switch is disposed. The fixing blocks 35 are disposed at both sides of the female end upper cover 311.

The public end of connector specifically includes: male end upper cap 351, male terminal 352, and male end lower cap 353; the male end upper cover 351 is connected with the connector 32 in a buckling mode through a hook, the second end of the female terminal 313 is connected with the first end of the male end upper cover 351, and the second end of the male end upper cover 351 is connected with the male terminal 352; the male terminal 352 is disposed on the male end lower cap 353, and the male end upper cap 351, the male terminal 352, and the male end lower cap 353 are all disposed within the interior cavity of the male end overmold 34.

The invention designs a control mode of interaction between the controller and the silica gel keys to control the normal work of the shawl so as to ensure that the shawl is more convenient to use, lighter and more beautiful. The portable sewing of the form of adopting the silica gel button is in the convenient place of operation of scarf body, mainly is responsible for gathering the control intention of user's switch. The controller is connected through a four-core cable, so that the use experience of the product is greatly improved.
