Background

At present, with the continuous improvement of living standard of people, various kitchen and bathroom products are matched and designed based on the hierarchy of consumer groups, for example, the price of a middle-high end faucet is not low, the faucet is hundreds of yuan cheap, and the price is high even up to one or two thousand yuan; in order to enable consumers to have deeper cognition on the purchased products, such as the flowing water condition, the flexibility degree and other functions of the water, a water test display platform is designed and developed; the kitchen and toilet products can be arranged on the water testing display table and water is supplied for the buyers to watch the using effect, so that the buyers can conveniently and visually know the kitchen and toilet products; because the using effect of the kitchen and toilet products needs to be displayed for different purchasers, the water testing pipeline of the water testing display table is always switched to be in an open or closed state, the water outlet joint can leak water under the influence of water pressure at the water inlet joint and the water outlet joint, and particularly the water inlet pressure at the water inlet joint is higher, so that the probability of water leakage is higher; moreover, an internal thread hole on the existing water outlet joint is assembled with an external thread on a kitchen and bath product or a connecting pipeline of the kitchen and bath product, and the threaded connection position between the water outlet joint and the kitchen and bath product faces to the water flow direction; referring to fig. 1 and 2, when water is tested, the water flow directly impacts the threaded connection position between the water outlet joint and the kitchen and toilet product, and the threaded connection position is easy to loosen and leak water under the impact of water pressure for a long time; when the water outlet connector and the kitchen and bathroom product are assembled, the thread connection part between the water outlet connector and the kitchen and bathroom product is wound with the raw material belt, so that the cost is high; the raw material belt between the two can be corroded and damaged after water leakage, and the sealing effect cannot be achieved, so that the sealing effect is poor; therefore, if the water test display stand is sold and the water leakage problem of the water test pipeline occurs, maintenance personnel needs to be dispatched for maintenance, and sometimes, when the water test display stand is sold to a remote place, the maintenance is inconvenient, and the sale of the display stand is influenced.

In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies and studies to develop and design the present invention in view of the deficiencies and inconveniences caused by the imperfect structural design of the water testing display stand.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a water testing display device with a good sealing effect, which is better in sealing effect, more convenient and simpler to assemble, free of winding a raw material belt and lower in cost.

The water outlet connector is provided with a first sealing step positioned at the top of the first external thread, and the water test sample is provided with a second sealing step positioned at the top of the first internal thread hole and abutted against the first sealing step.

The water outlet joint and the water test sample are connected through a flexible pipeline for prolonging the distance between the water test sample and the water outlet joint or/and through a three-way adapter for shunting; the flexible pipeline and the three-way adapter are respectively provided with a first internal thread hole assembled with the first external thread and a second sealing step which is positioned at the top of the first internal thread hole and is mutually abutted against the first sealing step at one end connected with the water outlet joint.

The water outlet connector and the water test sample are connected through an electromagnetic valve used for controlling the switch of the water test sample, one end, connected with the water outlet connector, of the electromagnetic valve is provided with a first internal thread hole assembled with the first external thread and a second sealing step located on the top of the first internal thread hole and abutted against the first sealing step, and the electromagnetic valve is provided with a switch controller extending to the outside of the display frame.

And a hexagonal nut-shaped first clamping block is formed on the periphery of the pipe wall below the first external thread of the water outlet joint.

The water inlet joint is provided with a second external thread and a third sealing step located at the top of the second external thread, and the end part of the water outlet end of the water pump, which is connected with the water inlet joint, is provided with a second internal thread hole assembled with the second external thread and a fourth sealing step located at the top of the second internal thread hole and abutted against the third sealing step.

And a second hexagonal nut-shaped fixture block is formed on the pipe wall of the water inlet joint below the second external thread.

The water inlet joint is connected with the water outlet end of the water pump through a first corrugated pipe.

The first corrugated pipe is made of metal materials.

The main pipeline is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of water pipes, a water inlet joint and a water outlet joint, wherein the water inlet joint and the water outlet joint are respectively provided with two connecting pipes inserted in two adjacent sections of water pipes.

The pipe diameter of water supply connector is greater than the pipe diameter of water outlet connector.

The two ends of the main pipeline are assembled with end part water outlet joints, and each end part water outlet joint is provided with a connecting pipe section inserted with the end part of the main pipeline and a water outlet pipe section connected with a water test sample; the water outlet pipe section is provided with a first external thread and a first sealing step positioned on the top surface of the water outlet pipe section.

The water testing display device further comprises a water collecting tank which is located below the display table board and used for collecting accumulated water on the display table board, and the display table board is provided with a plurality of water discharging holes communicated with the water collecting tank.

The water collecting tank is provided with a lower water inlet connected with a water inlet of the water pump, and the lower water inlet is connected with the water inlet through a second corrugated pipe.

The water collecting tank is a clip-shaped groove and is provided with a strip-shaped cavity in the middle, the water testing pipeline and the water pump are positioned in the cavity, and the cavity is transversely provided with a supporting seat for bearing the water testing pipeline and the water pump.

The lamp strip is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity.

A layer of sponge is laid on the display table board.

Referring to fig. 3 to 10, the present invention discloses a water testing display device with good sealing effect, which comprises a display frame 1, a display table 2 arranged on the display frame 1, a water testing pipeline 3 and a water pump 4; the display table board 2 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 21 for assembling the test water samples 100, the test water pipeline 3 is provided with a main pipeline 31, and the main pipeline 31 is assembled with a water inlet connector 32 connected with the water pump 4 and a plurality of water outlet connectors 33 connected with the test water samples 100; the water outlet connector 33 has a first external thread 331, and the test sample 100 has a first internal thread hole assembled with the first external thread 331.

According to the water testing display device, the water testing pipeline 3 is provided with the first external thread 331 at the water outlet joint 33, the water testing sample 100 is provided with the first internal thread hole, the first external thread 331 of the water outlet joint 33 is assembled with the first internal thread hole of the water testing sample 100, and the threaded connection position between the water outlet joint 33 and the water testing sample 100 is positioned on the pipe wall position of the first internal thread hole in the water flow direction; when water is tested, the water flow direction enters the water test sample 100 from the water outlet joint 33, the water flow does not impact the threaded connection positions of the water outlet joint and the water test sample in a straight surface manner in the water flow process, the threaded connection positions of the water outlet joint and the water test sample are connected more firmly, the sealing effect is better, and the water leakage condition is not easy to occur; the water testing display device has the advantages of better sealing effect, more convenience and simplicity in assembly, no need of winding the raw material belt and lower cost.

The water outlet joint 33 of the present invention has a first sealing step 332 located at the top of the first external thread 331, and the test water sample 100 has a second sealing step located at the top of the first internal thread hole and abutting against the first sealing step; the first sealing step 332 and the second sealing step are mutually abutted and sealed, so that the sealing effect is better.

The water outlet joint 33 and the water test sample 100 are connected through a flexible pipeline 51 for prolonging the distance between the water test sample 100 and the water outlet joint 33 or/and through a three-way adapter 52 for shunting; the flexible pipeline 51 and the three-way adapter 52 are respectively provided with first internal thread holes 511 and 521 connected with the water outlet joint 33, and second sealing steps 512 and 522 positioned at the tops of the first internal thread holes 511 and 521 and abutted against the first sealing step 332; when the water outlet connector 33 and the water test sample 100 cannot be directly connected due to the position relationship, the flexible pipeline 51 can be adopted to connect the two together, which is more convenient; in addition, one of the water outlet connectors 33 is connected with a pressure sensor on the water pump 4 through a flexible pipeline 51, so that the water pressure of the water outlet connector 33 can be sensed, and the water inflow of the water pump can be adjusted; when the water outlet joint 33 is not enough to be used, the three-way adapter 52 can be assembled on the water outlet joint 33 to divide the water flow, so that more water test samples 100 can be connected, and the practicability is better; and the other two joints of the three-way joint 52 are provided with external threads connected with the flexible pipeline 51 or the water test sample.

The water outlet joint 33 and the test water sample 100 are connected through an electromagnetic valve 53 for controlling the switch of the test water sample 100, one end of the electromagnetic valve 53 connected with the water outlet joint 33 is provided with a first internal thread hole 531 assembled with a first external thread 331 and a second sealing step 532 positioned at the top of the first internal thread hole 531 and mutually abutted with the first sealing step 332, and the electromagnetic valve 53 is provided with a switch controller 533 extending to the outside of the display rack 1; because when the water test sample 100 is a shower or a top shower, the shower or the top shower is utilized to control the water flow to be opened or closed by the switch, and the worker is located near the shower or the top shower and is easily sprayed by water, the shower or the top shower is opened by the switch, the electromagnetic valve 53 is arranged on the water outlet joint 33 and is used for controlling the water flow to be opened or closed, then the shower or the top shower is remotely controlled to be opened or closed by the switch controller 533 of the electromagnetic valve 53, the worker can not spray water, and the use is more convenient.

In the water outlet joint 33 of the present invention, a first fixture block 333 in the shape of a hexagon nut is formed on the periphery of the pipe wall below the first external thread 331; the first fixture block 333 can be fixedly clamped by a tool when the water sample 100 is assembled, so that the assembly is convenient and firm.

The water inlet joint 32 is provided with a second external thread 321 and a third sealing step 322 positioned at the top of the second external thread 321, and the end part of the water outlet end of the water pump 4 connected with the water inlet joint 32 is provided with a second internal thread hole assembled with the second external thread 321 and a fourth sealing step which is positioned at the top of the second internal thread hole and is abutted against the third sealing step 322; the threaded connection position between the water inlet connector 32 and the water pump 4 is also positioned on the pipe wall in the water flow direction, when water is tested, water flow cannot impact the threaded connection positions of the water inlet connector and the water pump in a straight surface mode in the water flow flowing process, and the threaded connection positions of the water inlet connector and the water pump are connected more firmly and have better sealing effect; and the third sealing step and the fourth sealing step are mutually abutted and sealed, so that the sealing effect is better.

In the water inlet joint 32, a second fixture block 323 in a hexagon nut shape is formed on the pipe wall below the second external thread 321; the second fixture block 323 can be fixedly clamped by a tool when the water pump 4 is assembled, so that the assembly is convenient and firm.

The water inlet joint 32 is connected 41 with the water outlet end of the water pump 4 through a first corrugated pipe, and the first corrugated pipe 41 can facilitate the connection of the water pump 4 and the water inlet joint 32; the first bellows 41 is provided with a second internal thread hole assembled with the second external thread 321, and a fourth sealing step located at the top of the second internal thread hole and abutting against the third sealing step 322.

The first corrugated pipe 41 of the present invention is made of metal, and the metal corrugated pipe has the advantages of higher rigidity, higher pressure resistance and better use effect.

The main pipeline 31 of the present invention is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of water pipes 311, a water inlet connector 32 and a water outlet connector 33, wherein the water inlet connector 32 and the water outlet connector 33 are respectively provided with two connecting pipes inserted in two adjacent sections of water pipes 311.

The pipe diameter of the water inlet joint 32 is larger than that of the water outlet joint 33; because the main pipeline is provided with the water inlet connector 32 and the water outlet connectors 33 which are of a one-inlet and multi-outlet structure, the water inlet connector 32 with the larger pipe diameter can input more water into the main pipeline 31, and each water outlet connector 33 is ensured to have certain water pressure to smoothly discharge water.

The two ends of the main pipeline 31 are assembled with end water outlet connectors 34, and the end water outlet connectors 34 are provided with a connecting pipe section inserted with the end of the main pipeline 31 and a water outlet pipe section connected with a water test sample 100; the water outlet pipe section is provided with a first external thread 34 and a first sealing step positioned on the top surface of the water outlet pipe section; the number of water outlets can be increased by arranging two water outlets at two ends of the main pipeline 31, so as to connect more water samples 100.

The excess water outlet connector 33 which is not connected with the test water sample 100 can be combined with a sealing end cover 35, and the sealing end cover 35 seals the unused water outlet connector 33.

The water testing display device also comprises a water collecting tank 6 which is positioned below the display table board 2 and collects water accumulated on the display table board 2, and the display table board 2 is provided with a plurality of water discharging holes 22 communicated with the water collecting tank 6; the drain hole 22 can drain the water on the display table 2 into the water collecting tank 6, so as to prevent the water from overflowing the display table 2.

The water collecting tank 6 is provided with a lower water opening 61 connected with the water inlet of the water pump 4, and the lower water opening 61 and the water inlet are connected through a second corrugated pipe 62; the water in the water collecting tank 6 can be collected and conveyed to the water testing pipeline 3 through the water pump 4 to supply water to each water testing sample 100, the water flows out of each water testing sample 100 and flows to the display table board 2, and then is discharged into the water collecting tank 6 to supply water to the water testing samples 100, so that a water circulation is achieved, and the water resource is saved and the environment is protected; and the second corrugated pipe 62 can be a transparent plastic pipe, so that the sewer port 61 and the water inlet can be conveniently connected, and the condition of water flow in the second corrugated pipe 62 can be observed.

The water collecting tank 6 is a clip-shaped groove and is provided with a strip-shaped cavity 63 in the middle, the water testing pipeline 3 and the water pump 4 are positioned in the cavity 63, and the cavity 63 is transversely provided with a supporting seat 7 for bearing the water testing pipeline 3 and the water pump 4; make things convenient for water test pipeline 3 and water pump 4 firmly fixed placing.

The display table board 2 is a transparent panel, and a lamp strip 8 is arranged below the display table board 2; the lamp strip is turned on in the water testing process of the water testing sample 100, and light is displayed through the transparent panel, so that the display table board 2 has a light effect, and the display effect is better; the lamp strip 8 is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity 63; avoid lamp area 8 to meet water and damage, improve lamp area 8's life.

A layer of sponge is laid on the display table board 2, and the sponge can play a role in filtering, so that sundries are prevented from entering the water collecting tank 6 from the water discharging hole 22 and influencing the effect of water circulation; and when rivers flow to show mesa 2 in the show process on, the sponge still can play the cushioning effect, avoids rivers spill.
