The foot baths sold on the market at present are divided into two types, one is an unfoldable foot bath, and the other is a foldable foot bath. The present invention is illustrated by the following examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. Modifications to the embodiments of the invention or equivalent substitutions of parts of technical features without departing from the spirit of the invention are intended to be covered by the scope of the claims of the invention.

The first embodiment is as follows:

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a folding foot bath with an electric linkage comprises a folding tray body 1 and an upper cover 2, wherein the upper cover 2 is installed on the folding tray body 1, part of the upper cover 2 covers an upper opening of the folding tray body 1, and the electric linkage is arranged in the folding tray body 1 to control the folding tray body 1 to automatically expand or contract. In this embodiment, the foldable tray 1 is divided into a tray body 100 and a base 101, the tray body 100 is made of foldable soft rubber, and for the present embodiment, the material for manufacturing the tray body 100 is TPE, and can be folded and received downward. The tray body 100 is provided therein with an inner chamber for receiving the feet and legs of the user, and a conventional massager (not shown) is provided at the bottom of the inner chamber. A mounting cavity is formed between the tray body 100 and the base 101, and the mounting cavity is used for mounting electrical components, as will be understood by those skilled in the art.

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the electric linkage device includes an upper bracket 3, a lower bracket 4, a linkage assembly and a driving assembly for driving the linkage assembly to unfold or fold, the upper bracket 3 is mounted at the bottom of the upper cover 2, the lower bracket 4 is mounted in the folding disc body 1, the top end of the linkage assembly is slidably connected to the upper bracket 3, the bottom end of the linkage assembly is connected to the driving assembly, the driving assembly is mounted on the lower bracket 4 and is simultaneously placed in the mounting cavity, and a compression cover 5 for sealing the electric linkage device is further disposed in the inner cavity of the folding disc body 1. The compression cover 5 can prevent foot bath water in the folding tray body 1 from entering the electric connecting rod device or the mounting cavity, so that the electric connecting rod device is protected, and the electric connecting rod device is prevented from rusting. The design can also realize the self-locking characteristic, the lifting stability of the foot bath device is further improved, the electric lifting mode does not need to additionally increase a locking device or a lock catch, the opening stroke of the folding disc body 1 depends on the starting and stopping of a driving motor, the integral structure is simplified, and the production cost is saved. Of course, the straight-line motion can be realized by replacing the transmission structure of the worm 62 and the gear set 63 with a transmission structure of a straight gear and a rack.

Further, the gearbox output shaft 64 extends out of two sides of the box body 60 at the same time, two groups of transmission rods 7 and two groups of moving blocks 8 are arranged respectively, the two groups of transmission rods 7 are connected with two ends of the gearbox output shaft 64 respectively, the two groups of moving blocks 8 are connected to the two groups of transmission rods 7 respectively, the bottom end of the connecting rod assembly is hinged to the two groups of moving blocks 8 respectively, and the two groups of moving blocks 8 move relative to each other through the transmission rods 7, so that the connecting rod assembly can be opened or folded, and the upper cover 2 is supported. When the two groups of moving blocks 8 move outwards synchronously, the connecting rod assembly is hinged and contracted to drive the upper support 3 to move downwards, the upper support 3 drives the upper cover 2 to move downwards while moving downwards, the folding disc body 1 is folded under the condition of being pressed downwards by the upper cover 2, and the connecting rod assembly reaches the maximum folding stroke until the moving blocks 8 move to the positioning pressing block 70 on the outer side, so that the folding disc body 1 is folded and stored, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. When the two groups of moving blocks 8 move inwards synchronously, the connecting rod assemblies are hinged and unfolded to push the upper support 3 to move upwards, the upper support 3 drives the upper cover 2 to move upwards while moving upwards, and then the folding disc body 1 is pushed to be unfolded until the moving blocks 8 move to the positioning pressing block 70 on the inner side, the connecting rod assemblies reach the unfolded maximum stroke, and the folding disc body 1 is unfolded and used, as shown in fig. 1 and 3. A positioning sleeve 71 is arranged in the positioning pressing block 70, and the positioning sleeve 71 is used for connecting the gear box output shaft 64 and the screw rod to realize transmission.

In this embodiment, two sliding grooves 30 for sliding the connecting rod assembly are provided on the upper bracket 3, and the sliding grooves 30 are transversely and symmetrically provided on the upper bracket 3 to realize synchronous linkage with the moving block 8.

Furthermore, the connecting rod assembly comprises several sets of mutually articulated connecting rod hinges 9, said connecting rod hinges 9 being articulated end to end with adjacent said connecting rod hinges 9, said connecting rod hinges 9 themselves also being cross-articulated, as will be understood by a person skilled in the art.
