Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of multi-mode printing, in particular to a printing method and a printing system based on combination of multiple printing modes of positioning.

Background

Prior art printing of documents includes three major categories:

the first type is that the certificate data page is printed in color;

the second type is full laser etching of certificate data page;

the third type is a method combining laser etching and color printing: the secondary image is an equal scaling of the primary image.

However, the first category is color printing of document pages, which has poor anti-counterfeiting properties and low document durability; the second type is laser etching, but the printed certificate is completely black and white and is not beautiful. The third type is a method combining laser etching and color printing: the secondary image is the scaling of the main image, the anti-counterfeiting characteristic is lacked, and the safety is poor.

Accordingly, there is a need for a technique to implement a document printing technique that combines multiple printing modes based on positioning.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical scheme of the invention provides a printing and system combining multiple printing modes based on positioning, and aims to solve the problem of how to print a certificate through multiple printing modes.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a printing method combining multiple printing modes based on positioning, wherein the method comprises:

The exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein, which are provided for complete and complete disclosure of the present invention and to fully convey the scope of the present invention to those skilled in the art. The invention can set color printing and laser etching to print double-color characters, the double-color characters can set the printing proportion of color printing and laser etching, one character can be horizontally cut, the upper part can print color characters according to a certain proportion, the lower part can print black and white characters according to a certain proportion by laser etching, and vice versa; or vertically cutting a character, printing color characters on the left side according to a certain proportion, and printing black and white characters on the right side according to a certain proportion by using laser etching. The double-color characters can be personal information such as certificate numbers, names, birthdays, sexes and the like.

The invention prints the secondary image information in a fluorescent mode. Fluorescent UV prints a color secondary image. The UV fluorescent secondary image is beside the color primary image and can be overlapped with the color personal primary image, and the fluorescent secondary image can be scaled for the color personal primary image. The color main image and the UV portrait can be printed or only the color main image can be printed, the position can be on the right side or the left side of the color main portrait, the position is not limited, and the fluorescent printing presents different colors under different illumination.

The present invention uses laser etching to print personal information including, but not limited to: name, sex, date of birth, nationality, pinyin, English name, issue date, expiration date, issue department, issue place, personal main image, personal auxiliary image, raised character, linear miniature character, curved miniature character, two-dimensional code, black and white part of double-color character, etc.

The laser etching part for printing black and white portrait, personal information and anti-fake information, miniature character, shading and bicolor character is laser etched and printed. The anti-counterfeiting information is added to the secondary image of the portrait, the anti-counterfeiting information comprises certificate numbers, birthdays, issue dates, names and other information of irregular figures such as trapezoids or arcs, the anti-counterfeiting information surrounds the side face of the secondary image or the main image, and the anti-counterfeiting information can be arranged on the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side of the secondary image without limitation, so that the anti-counterfeiting information is added to the surface of the certificate.

The laser etching etches the printing information into materials with different depths, namely the information on the surface of the protrusion can be etched, and the corresponding information can be etched in an internal appointed material layer. The anti-counterfeiting information (certificate number, birthday, issue date, name and other information) around the main certificate number and the secondary image can be used as a protruding form to enhance the anti-counterfeiting effect.

The color part of the main image and the double-color characters is printed by color, and can be color ink-jet printing, color thermal transfer printing or UV fluorescent printing; the black and white parts of the black and white portrait (sub-portrait), the personal information and the anti-counterfeiting information and the double-color characters are printed by laser etching. UV fluorescent portrait beside the color main image, and the color auxiliary image printed by the fluorescent UV is the same scale of the main image. The color main image and the UV portrait can be printed or only the color main image can be printed, the position of the color main image can be not limited at the right side or the left side of the color main image, and the fluorescent printing presents different colors under different illumination.

The invention adds anti-counterfeiting information to the portrait secondary image, which comprises certificate numbers, birthdays, issue dates, names and other information of irregular figures such as trapezoids or arcs, and the like, surrounds the side surface of the secondary image or the main image, can be arranged at the upper, lower, left and right sides, and has no position limitation. The laser with anti-counterfeiting characteristic and the color card printing method solve the defects that laser etching is black and white and has no color image in the prior art, further effectively solve the key technical problems of few anti-counterfeiting characteristics and low safety of the card, and simultaneously consider the accuracy, high efficiency and safety of the card making process.

The invention adopts the mode of combining laser etching and color printing, thereby increasing the easy identification of the certificate and enhancing the aesthetic property.
