a pen holder;

Background

At present, writing pens (sign pens, oil pens, gel pens and the like) are essential stationery in daily life and work of people. The writing pen is divided into the following parts according to different using methods: push type pens and cap type writing pens, but are widely used because they are convenient to operate. Push type pens usually employ a gear structure to achieve the protruding positioning of the pen tip, for example: chinese patent application No. 2018103199956 discloses a writing instrument with a pen point protruding reversely after being pressed, which uses a push rod with rotary teeth and a lock cylinder with gears to realize the positioning of the pen point. However, in the actual use process, the gear still needs to cooperate with the location muscle that forms on the pen-holder inner wall at the rotation in-process, and the lock post card that appears the bottom because of the assembly error easily can't reset on the muscle of location for write the file and be in the dead state of card, lead to user to use the experience relatively poor. In view of this, how to design a stationery which is smoothly pressed to improve the user experience is a technical problem to be solved by the invention.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: provided is a press-type writing tool, which improves the pressing smoothness of the press-type writing tool and improves the user experience.

The technical scheme provided by the invention is that the press type writing stationery comprises:

a pen holder;

the pen core is provided with a pen point and is arranged in the pen holder;

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the pressing type writing tool of the present embodiment includes:

a pen holder 1;

the pen core 2, the pen core 2 is provided with a pen point 21, and the pen core 2 is arranged in the pen holder 1;

the pressing and positioning assembly 3 comprises a guide piece 31, a sliding piece 32 and a positioning piece 33, wherein a guide sliding groove 311 is formed in the guide piece 31, a rotation driving part 312 and a positioning matching part 313 are arranged in the guide sliding groove 311, the sliding piece 32 is slidably mounted on the guide piece 31 along the length direction of the guide sliding groove 311, the positioning piece 33 is rotatably mounted on the sliding piece 32, a positioning part 331 is arranged on the positioning piece 33, the positioning part 331 is slidably arranged in the guide sliding groove 311, the guide piece 31 is arranged in the pen holder 1, and the sliding piece 32 is connected with the pen core 2;

a spring (not shown) provided in the barrel 1 and used to drive the refill 2 or the slider 32 to return;

wherein, in the process that the slider 32 drives the positioning element 33 to move towards the rotation driving part 312, the rotation driving part 312 is used for touching the positioning part 331 to drive the positioning element 33 to rotate, and the positioning matching part 313 is used for matching with the positioning part 331 to limit the pen point of the pen core 2 from extending out of the pen holder 1.

Specifically, the pen holder 1 is provided with an independent pressing positioning component 3 for positioning the pen core 2 after extending out. When the sliding member 32 moves due to external force, the positioning member 33 is driven to move together, so that the positioning portion 331 slides in the guide sliding slot 311; the positioning portion 331 slides to the rotation driving portion 312, and is abutted by the rotation driving portion 312 to enable the positioning portion 331 to rotate in the guide chute 311, and then the positioning engagement portion 313 is in contact engagement with the positioning portion 331 to position the position of the slider 32. The rotation driving portion 312 is used for driving the positioning member 33 to rotate by touching the positioning portion 331, and the positioning matching portion 313 is used for enabling the pen point of the pen core 2 to extend out of the pen holder 1 by clamping the positioning portion 331, so that the pen core 2 is kept in an extending-out state, and the writing and using requirements of a user are met. The specific using process is as follows: when the user needs to write using the press-type writing instrument, the user presses the cap with his finger, and as shown in fig. 6, the cap moves the driving slider 32 toward the pen tip 21, and thus the positioning portion 331 moves toward the rotational driving portion 312. During the movement of the slider 32, as shown in fig. 7, the positioning portion 331 will contact the rotation driving portion 312, and the rotation driving portion 312 will drive the positioning portion 331 to rotate, so that the positioning portion 331 rotates toward the positioning engagement portion 313. After the user releases his hand, as shown in fig. 8, under the action of the spring, the sliding member 32 will move in the opposite direction, and at the same time, the positioning portion 331 will be driven to slide in the guiding sliding slot 311, and the positioning portion 331 will be limited by the positioning matching portion 313, so that the positioning portion 331 and the positioning matching portion 313 are clamped together; at this time, the pen point 21 of the pen core 2 is exposed outside the pen holder 1, so that the user can write conveniently.

When the user presses the cap again, the positioning portion 331 will move again in the guide sliding slot 311 toward the rotation driving portion 312, at this time, the positioning portion 331 and the rotation driving portion 312 are separated, and after the rotation driving portion 312 contacts the positioning portion 331, the rotation driving portion 312 will drive the positioning portion 331 to rotate again. And after the user releases his hand, the slider 32 will move reversely under the action of the spring, and the positioning portion 331 will move along the guide sliding slot 311 away from the rotation driving portion 312 and the positioning engagement portion 313 until moving to the end of the guide sliding slot 311, at which time the pen point 21 of the pen core 2 will retract into the pen holder 1.

Fix a position refill 2 through pressing locating component 3, whole location in-process, only rely on pressing locating component 3 self to realize the location to refill 2, and need not to cooperate with the inside location muscle in pen-holder 1. On one hand, during assembly, an operator only needs to integrally install the pressing and positioning component 3 into the pen holder 1, and the pressing and positioning component 3 can be assembled outside the pen holder 1 in advance, so that the operator can conveniently and quickly assemble the pressing and positioning component; on the other hand, in the positioning process, the positioning portion 331 is engaged with the rotation driving portion 312 and the positioning engaging portion 313, so that the positioning engaging portion 313 can be used to limit the position of the positioning portion 331 more reliably, and normal use of the user is ensured.

More importantly, because the positioning is carried out without adopting the matching of gears, the gear jumping, the impact and the collision generated when the gears are matched and positioned can not occur, the noise generated when the press is carried out is greatly reduced, and the effect of mute press is further realized. Meanwhile, the pressing positioning assembly 3 cannot generate impact collision between parts in the using process, so that the vibration impact on ink in the pen core 2 is small, and the ink leakage of the pen core 2 caused by the impact is reduced.

In addition, as for the installation position of the spring, the spring can be installed between the barrel 1 and the cartridge 2 in a conventional manner of pressing a pen, and the cartridge 2 and the sliding member 32 are in a contact connection manner. And under the condition that the spring applies the spring restoring force to the sliding piece 32, the spring is sleeved outside the cartridge 2 and clamped between the pen holder 1 and the sliding piece 32, and meanwhile, the cartridge 2 and the sliding piece 32 can be in threaded connection or clamping connection and the like, so that limitation and details are not needed. The guide 31 and the barrel 1 may be detachably mounted on the barrel 1 by a clamping method, which is not limited or described herein.

Further, two groove structures 3311 are disposed on the positioning portion 331 and arranged oppositely. Specifically, when the user presses the pen cap twice, the positioning member 33 rotates 180 degrees, and the groove structures 3311 are respectively disposed at two ends of the positioning member 33, so that the requirement of the positioning portion 331 and the positioning matching portion 313 for performing the positioning can be met. In actual use, when the pen point 21 of the pen core 2 is exposed outside the pen holder 1 and is in a use state, the positioning matching part 313 is clamped in the corresponding groove structure 3311 to limit the pen point 21 of the pen core 2 from extending out of the pen holder 1.

The concrete entities of the rotation driving portion 312 and the positioning matching portion 313 may be bumps arranged in the guide sliding groove 311, and the driving rotation and the matching clamping limit of the positioning portion 331 are completed by using the bumps at different positions in the sliding process of the positioning portion 331.

In addition, the specific operation state of the positioning portion 331 during the sliding process is described as follows:

during the movement of the slider 32 toward the rotation driving portion 312, the rotation driving portion 312 abuts against one of the groove structures 3311 to drive the positioning member 33 to rotate, and during the movement of the slider 32 away from the rotation driving portion 312 in the opposite direction, the positioning engagement portion 313 is caught in the other groove structure 3311. Specifically, when a user needs to write, the user presses the pen cap once to enable the rotation driving portion 312 to be matched with one of the groove structures 3311 to realize the rotation of the positioning portion 331, so that the other groove structure 3311 is aligned with the positioning matching portion 313; after the user releases his hand, the positioning matching part 313 and the groove structure 3311 are matched to realize the clamping, limiting, locking and positioning, so that the pen point 21 is exposed out of the pen holder 1.

During the process that the sliding member 32 moves toward the rotation driving portion 312 again, the rotation driving portion 312 abuts against one side portion of the positioning portion 331 to drive the positioning member 33 to rotate, and the positioning engaging portion 313 disengages from the other groove structure 3311, and during the process that the sliding member 32 moves away from the rotation driving portion 312 again in the opposite direction, the positioning engaging portion 313 abuts against the other side portion of the positioning portion 331 to drive the positioning member 33 to rotate until the positioning member 33 slides along the side wall of the guide chute 311. Specifically, when it is necessary to retract the nib 21 inside the barrel 1, the user presses the cap again. At this time, the positioning matching portion 313 is separated from the corresponding groove structure 3311 to contact and limit, and meanwhile, the side portion of the positioning portion 331 contacts the rotation driving portion 312 to realize the rotation of the positioning portion 331, so that the groove structure 3311 is offset to one side of the positioning matching portion 313; after the user releases his hand, the other side of the positioning portion 331 contacts the positioning matching portion 313 during the reverse movement of the positioning portion 331, so that the positioning portion 331 further rotates, and the positioning portion 331 completes 180 degrees of rotation and moves along the guide sliding slot 311 to reset.

Further, in order to ensure good guiding of the positioning portion 331, the requirement for the positioning portion 331 to rotate in the guide slide groove 311 is satisfied. The guide slide 311 includes a first groove portion 3111 and a second groove portion 3112, the second groove portion 3112 has a width larger than that of the first groove portion 3111, the rotation driving portion 312 and the positioning engagement portion 313 are located in the second groove portion 3112, and the positioning portion 331 is rotatable in the second groove portion 3112. Specifically, the width of the first groove portion 3111 is slightly larger than that of the positioning portion, so that the positioning portion can slide smoothly in the first groove portion 3111 and obtain good guiding. The width of the second groove portion 3112 is gradually increased, and the positioning portion can rotate in the second groove portion 3112 after contacting the rotation driving portion 312 after sliding from the first groove portion 3111 to the second groove portion 3112.

Further, in order to enable the rotation driving portion 312 to reliably drive the positioning portion to rotate, the rotation driving portion 312 is located on one side of the center moving track of the positioning member 33, and the positioning engagement portion 313 is located on the other side of the center moving track of the positioning member 33. Specifically, the rotating shaft 332 is disposed in the shaft hole to meet the requirement that the positioning member 33 is rotatably mounted on the sliding frame. In order to meet the design requirement of compact structure, the sliding member 32 is provided with a circular groove 322, the positioning member 33 is in a disk structure, the positioning portion is located on one surface of the positioning member 33, the rotating shaft 332 is located on the other surface of the positioning member 33, and the positioning member 33 is rotatably disposed in the circular groove 322. Specifically, the circular groove 322 is formed on the sliding member 32, so that the positioning member 33 is integrally disposed in the circular groove 322, the positioning portion is exposed outside the circular groove 322 and located in the guide sliding slot 311, and the sliding member 32 and the guide member 31 can be tightly abutted together, so that the overall structure is more compact.
