1. A pure manual whole-tensioning and stretching process for long fibers of silk floss is characterized in that: comprises selecting cocoon, boiling cocoon, rinsing, pulling cocoon, feeding cotton, expanding cotton, drying, laying and serging;

a. selecting cocoons, namely selecting double-cocoon cocoons with the silk length of more than 1200m, taking normal cocoons as raw materials, putting the selected silkworm cocoons into a dry fresh-keeping bag, and placing the bag in a normal-temperature state for later use;

b. boiling cocoons, namely firstly matching edible alkali and purified water according to the weight part ratio of 1-2: 100, controlling the pH value to be 8-11, and taking two parts of mixed water to be placed at normal temperature for later use; boiling silkworm cocoon with one part of mixed water for no less than 30min, and intermittently rolling and stirring silkworm cocoon at 100 deg.C under constant temperature control; heating the other part of mixed water to enable the temperature of the mixed water to be 50-70 ℃, putting the silkworm cocoons into the mixed water, and standing for 15-30 min for temperature difference permeation; finally, the silkworm cocoons which are subjected to the infiltration are repeatedly subjected to the cocoon cooking process; the repetition times are adjusted according to the temperature, and finally the purpose of cocoon layer infiltration is achieved; meanwhile, the external temperature is a factor for determining the cocoon cooking times, wherein the temperature is 0-18 ℃ for at least 4 times, 18-26 ℃ for 2-3 times, and more than 26 ℃ for 1-2 times. The whole process needs more than 3 hours, and because cocoon cooking is important, cocoon can be pulled and padded, cocoon silk can not be damaged by cooking, cocoon silk strength is kept, and the cocoon cooking process is important for expanding the cocoon and prolonging the service life of the silk quilt;

c. rinsing, namely rinsing the silkworm cocoons by using clean water to ensure that residual liquid is clear; soaking the washed silkworm cocoons for 3-4 times by mixing edible white vinegar and purified water, wherein the amount of the edible white vinegar and the water is 20-30 ml of the edible white vinegar used for 1kg of the silkworm cocoons and 10L of the water, the pH value is controlled to be 6.5-7, and after the soaking is finished, washing by using clear water again;

d. pulling cocoons, feeding cotton, and stretching the single silkworm cocoon to remove cocoon cakes and black nevi, wherein the thickness of the upper cotton is uniform, the upper cotton is aligned layer by layer, and the silk cannot be broken on one cocoon, so that the uniform stretching is ensured, and silk cotton bags are manufactured;

e. expanding the cotton, namely sleeving the prepared silk cotton bag on stretching equipment, wherein in the process of expanding the cotton, the cotton expansion needs to be carried out in water, the temperature of the water does not exceed 60 ℃, and the cotton expansion is carried out in a bidirectional parallel stretching mode;

f. and (3) drying: naturally airing the expanded cotton for later use;

g. cotton laying: manually laying the dried cotton, laying the silk in a cross mode by overlapping layers to form a silk quilt in a net shape, laying thousands of layers of cotton on one bed of silk quilt according to different weights of the silk quilt, and stretching according to different size requirements in the process;

Background

The silk is the lightest, the softest and the thinnest natural fiber in nature, can be easily recovered to the original shape after external force is removed, and the inner tube does not cake, is not stuffy, does not shrink together, is uniform and soft, and can be permanently used without turning over. The silk quilt adopts first-class silk and a novel fiber structure to enable water vapor to freely circulate. And the unique air permeability and moisture permeability of the silk make the silk quilt feel more smooth, cool and warm without dryness. The mulberry silk is mainly composed of animal protein, is rich in eighteen amino acids necessary for human bodies, can promote skin cell activity and prevent angiosclerosis, can prevent skin aging after long-term use, has a special itching relieving effect on certain skin diseases, and has a certain health care effect on arthritis, scapulohumeral periarthritis and asthma. The vegetarian food has the reputations of "the second skin of the human body" and "the fiber queen".

However, the cotton pockets used for manufacturing the pure manual silk quilts are all made to be small, usually about 50cm, and in the quilt manufacturing and stretching process, the whole piece of quilt cannot be stretched manually, and the silk is easy to break and cannot be laid in a whole piece; therefore, the existing purely manual silk quilts are all formed by splicing, and the problems of uneven thickness, dislocation and deformation and the like are easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a silk quilt which can be used for laying whole silk and can be made into silk floss with different lengths required by quilts with different sizes through pure manual silk floss, so that the problem of the existing pure manual silk quilt proposed in the background art is solved.

A whole stretch-draw equipment of long fibers of silk floss comprises a silk floss expansion area, a control area and an adjusting support, wherein the control area and the adjusting support are sequentially arranged below the silk floss expansion area; the constant-temperature backwater unit is communicated with the lower part of the cotton expanding area, the constant-temperature backwater unit is communicated with the water outlet pipe, a water outlet valve is arranged above the water outlet pipe, the constant-temperature backwater unit comprises a backwater pipe, and a backwater valve, a backwater pump and a heating device are sequentially and respectively arranged on the backwater pipe in the water flow direction; the power output equipment is in circuit connection with the cotton expansion unit, the cotton expansion unit comprises a guide rail and pull rod holders, the pull rod holders are arranged above the guide rail in a sliding mode, pull rods are arranged between the pull rod holders, and a fixing support is arranged below the power output equipment.

The whole process needs more than 3 hours, and because cocoon cooking is important, cocoon can be pulled and padded, cocoon silk can not be damaged by cooking, cocoon silk strength is kept, and the cocoon cooking process is important for expanding the cocoon and prolonging the service life of the silk quilt;

rinsing, namely rinsing the silkworm cocoons by using clean water to ensure that residual liquid is clear; soaking the washed silkworm cocoons for 3-4 times by mixing edible white vinegar and purified water, wherein the amount of the edible white vinegar and the water is 25ml of the edible white vinegar for 1kg of the silkworm cocoons and 10L of the water, the pH value is controlled to be 6.5-7, and after the soaking is finished, washing by using clear water again;

pulling cocoons, feeding cotton, and stretching the single silkworm cocoon to remove cocoon cakes and black nevi, wherein the thickness of the upper cotton is uniform, the upper cotton is aligned layer by layer, and the silk cannot be broken on one cocoon, so that the uniform stretching is ensured, and silk cotton bags are manufactured;

expanding the cotton, namely sleeving the prepared silk cotton bag on stretching equipment, wherein in the process of expanding the cotton, the cotton expansion needs to be carried out in water, the temperature of the water does not exceed 60 ℃, and the cotton expansion is carried out in a bidirectional parallel stretching mode;

and (3) drying: naturally airing the expanded cotton for later use;

cotton laying: manually laying the dried cotton, laying the silk in a cross mode by overlapping layers to form a silk quilt in a net shape, laying thousands of layers of cotton on one bed of silk quilt according to different weights of the silk quilt, and stretching according to different size requirements in the process;

and (3) locking: pressing the silk quilt edge on the operation platform along the silk quilt edge by using the batten plate for the silk quilt silk floss which is well paved, clamping the batten plate by using the snap spring, fixing and not moving the silk, and rotationally locking and sealing the edge of the silk quilt pressed by the batten plate by using an electric edge locking machine.

The cocoon cooking repetition times are two, and the cocoon cooking time is 30 min.

In the rinsing process, the edible white vinegar and water are soaked according to the proportion that 20ml of the edible white vinegar is used for 1kg of silkworm cocoons and 10L of water is used.

Example 3

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a technical solution:

a pure manual process for preparing stretch-draw quilt from long fibers of silk floss comprises selecting cocoons, boiling cocoons, rinsing, removing and loading cocoons, expanding cotton, drying, spreading cotton and serging;

selecting cocoons, namely selecting double-cocoon cocoons with the silk length of more than 1200m, taking normal cocoons as raw materials, putting the selected silkworm cocoons into a dry fresh-keeping bag, and placing the bag in a normal-temperature state for later use;

boiling cocoons, namely firstly matching edible alkali and purified water according to the weight part ratio of 2:100, controlling the pH value to be 8-11, and putting two parts of mixed water at normal temperature for later use; boiling silkworm cocoon with one part of mixed water for no less than 30min, and intermittently rolling and stirring silkworm cocoon at 100 deg.C under constant temperature control; heating the other part of mixed water to 70 ℃, putting the silkworm cocoons into the mixed water, and standing for 15-30 min for temperature difference permeation; finally, the silkworm cocoons which are subjected to the infiltration are repeatedly subjected to the cocoon cooking process; the repetition times are adjusted according to the temperature, and finally the purpose of cocoon layer infiltration is achieved; meanwhile, the external temperature is a factor for determining the cocoon cooking times, wherein the temperature is 0-18 ℃ for at least 4 times, 18-26 ℃ for 2-3 times, and more than 26 ℃ for 1-2 times. Preferably, the cocoon cooking is repeated twice, and the cocoon cooking time is 30 min.

Preferably, in the rinsing process, the edible white vinegar and the water are used for soaking the silkworm cocoons according to the proportion of 20ml of the edible white vinegar and 10L of the water used for 1kg of the silkworm cocoons.

Examples 2 and 3 correspond to the apparatus used in example 1.

The pure manual silk floss long fiber integral tensioning and stretching quilt process can be carried out in a pure manual mode in use, and the manufactured pure manual silk quilt does not need to be spliced, is uniform in thickness and is not prone to dislocation and deformation; meanwhile, in use, the silk quilt prepared by the invention is soaked in edible white vinegar for cocoon pulling and silk feeding, so that static electricity can be effectively prevented from being easily generated, and the defects of the silk quilt in the prior art are overcome; furthermore, stretch through pure manual the silk quilt and comparatively fluffy when using, silk quilt that forms for the concatenation mode has elasticity more.

The silk is made of long fiber materials, so that the larger the area of the expanding surface is, the stronger the resistance is, the problem is solved by the whole stretching and stretching equipment for the long fiber of the silk floss, the technical defect that the silk floss is expanded mechanically, the non-uniform manpower is prevented, or the silk floss can not be expanded and the splicing mode is adopted is overcome, the more complete whole-piece cotton expanding technology is provided, and the manufacturing process of the silk quilt is improved.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
